本発明の手段は次のとおりである。
切断した野菜類の落下口を形成した機枠内にモータを固装し、該モータのモータ軸の貫通突出部に遊嵌した固定太陽歯車を機枠に固着し、該固定太陽歯車をその周りの中空回転盤で被覆し、該中空回転盤をビスによってモータ軸に固定し、該中空回転盤内には前記固定太陽歯車と噛み合い、その周りを自転し、公転する遊星歯車を持つ回転軸を設け、該中空回転盤の前面に複数の弾性体を介して複数のねじで円形回転盤を取付け、該円形回転盤の偏心円孔にのぞませて前記回転軸の先端に円板状回転刃を固着し、円板状回転刃と対向して変形誘導筒及び斜め切り間隙を形成し、かつ斜め切り間隙に野菜類の切断角度の調整可能なガイド板を装備した、ことを特徴とする野菜類切断機。

【発明の実施の形態】
図面について本発明の具体例を説明する。符号1は機枠を示し、この機枠1はモータ2の固定板部材3と、その前面に嵌込む被覆枠体4とから成り立ち、両者を止具15で緊締し、固定板部材3と被覆枠体4の下方に切断した野菜類の落下口5を形成し、固定板部材3の背面にモータカバー6を取付け、被覆枠体4の前に変形誘導筒7と壁面板8とを斜め切り間隙9をあけて突設し、間隙9に斜め切りガイド板10を介在させ、その下端を軸11により被覆枠体4に枢着して上端に摘み12を、又図2及び図3に示すように中間位置に変形誘導筒7の一面と、壁面板8に圧接してガイド板10を安定させる弾星部材13をビス14で固定してある。従ってガイド板10は任意の傾斜角度に調節して後述する円板状回転刃16に接近し、野菜類を所望の斜め切りを行なうことができると共に、前記変形誘導筒7より挿入した野菜類は円板状回転刃16で直角に細断する。固定板部材3はモータ2の軸17を貫通し固定太陽歯車18をその周りの中空回転盤19で被覆し、中空回転盤19にビス20によつてモーター軸17を固定する。中空回転盤19内には固定太陽歯車18と噛み合いその周りを自転し公転する遊星歯車21の軸22を設け、先端に前記円板状回転刃16を固着し、円板状回転刃16が斜め切り間隙9と変形誘導筒7に接近し対向する。そして中空回転盤19の前面にゴム等の弾性体23を介してねじ24で円形回転板25を取付け、円形回転板25の偏心円孔26から前記円板状回転刃16を露出させ、円形回転板25を変形誘導筒7と斜め切り間隙9に対向して位置させる。27は全体を支える屈曲脚、28はモータの固定板部材3に形成した把手、29は変形誘導筒7に挿込む押圧部材、30はスイッチを示す。

本発明は以上記述した構成であるから非常に簡単な装備で所望の目的を達成することができると共に野菜類を希望の角度に斜め切りが可能となり野菜類切断機としての性能は著しく向上する。
