【0124】
また、本発明における通信バス(回線)はCAN(Controller Area Network)プロトコルのみならず、LAN(Local Area Network) プロトコルを用いてもよい。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present inventionTo combineThe present invention relates to a provided display device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a farm machine such as a combiner has a fuel injection amount of an electronic governor that controls an output (load) of a sensor or a setter for transmitting a control amount signal as a control target to a control means, for example, an engine of a farm machine. A detection sensor (a rack position detection sensor for adjusting the position of the plunger for fuel injection), a vehicle height sensor for detecting the relative height of a pair of left and right traveling crawlers of the traveling portion with respect to the traveling machine body, and in response to the signal A sensor for detecting the operation amount of the controlled object, for example, an input system external device such as a vehicle speed sensor for detecting the traveling speed of the farm work machine, and various actuators, for example, for adjusting the rack position of the fuel injection pump It includes a rack actuator such as an electromagnetic solenoid, and an output system external device such as a hydraulic cylinder for adjusting the relative height of the traveling crawler. Usually, each of these input and output systems external device is controlled by a control means such as a microcomputer.
[0003]
Recently, a display device such as a liquid crystal display or a display instrument is provided in the vicinity of the operation unit of this type of farm work machine, and the operation status is displayed by displaying status information of each part of the farm work machine on these display devices. The operator can visually recognize (for example, the rotational speed and load of the engine, the vehicle speed, the amount of grain loaded in the grain tank, etc.).
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, since the screen area of the liquid crystal display has been limited, when an abnormal state occurs in each part of the agricultural machine, the abnormal state information (hereinafter referred to as abnormal information), etc. One or both of symbol information and character information indicating the above are displayed on the screen of the liquid crystal display.
[0005]
For this reason, in the conventional configuration, if the operator does not understand the structure of the agricultural machine to some extent, just looking at the abnormality information displayed on the screen of the liquid crystal display, it is possible to know where the failure part of the agricultural machine is. There was a problem that it was difficult.
[0006]
In addition, when multiple abnormal conditions occur in each part of the agricultural machine, the abnormal information detected first among these abnormal information, or the danger caused by the abnormal condition in advance (for example, the magnitude of damage to the work machine, repair The abnormality information related to the first abnormality information is displayed on the screen of the liquid crystal display with only one abnormality information having the highest priority set according to the difficulty or the possibility of injury to a person such as an operator. When the state is resolved, one of the remaining abnormality information is displayed (switched display) instead of the first abnormality information on the screen of the liquid crystal display. There was also a problem that the operator could not grasp all of the above quickly.
[0007]
In addition, in order to check whether or not all of the plurality of abnormal states have been resolved, every time the abnormal state displayed on the screen is resolved, is another new abnormality information displayed on the screen? [0126]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the invention, the display means for displaying the image information of the various modes of the combine, and the image information of the plurality of modes are controlled to be switched for each mode and displayed on the screen of the display means. In the display device comprising the control means for at least having an initial mode that is activated by turning on the power switch, and at least a normal mode that shifts when a predetermined time has elapsed or the engine speed exceeds a predetermined value, It is possible to shift from the initial mode that automatically starts when the power switch is turned on to the normal mode.
And the normal mode is separated into a work mode at the time of cutting / threshing work execution and a non-work mode at the time of non-work execution such as running on the road, and the control means is switched from the non-work mode by turning on the threshing switch Since the operation mode is shifted to the non-working mode by turning off the threshing switch, the operation is automatically performed by the on / off signal of the threshing switch that is operated when the operator performs the cutting and threshing operation. The mode can be shifted to the non-working mode, and the image information in the moved mode can be displayed on the screen of the display means without requiring any other operation by the operator.
[0127]
[0128]
[0129]
And claims2With this configuration, the display of character information in Japanese on the screen of the display means can be switched to character information in another language. For example, a combine produced in Japan can be exported and sold overseas, When production is performed overseas and sold locally, the screen display of the display means can be easily converted into a language used in a sales place or the like. Therefore, there is no need to significantly change the specification of the control program and the like, which can contribute to the reduction of the manufacturing cost.
