【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明はコンクリートブロックの設置方法及び設置器具に関し、特にボックスカルバート等のプレキャストコンクリートブロックの据付け及び水平移動に関わるコンクリートブロックの設置方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
図9は特開2000−273938号公報に開示されているコンクリートブロックの設置方法の概略図であり、図10は図9のX−Xラインの断面図であり、図11は図10の“Y”部分の拡大図である。

これらの図を参照して、プレキャストコンクリートブロックの1つである中央が空洞のボックスカルバート61a〜ボックスカルバート61cが順次基礎コンクリート19上に連結された状態に設置されている。ワイヤ18にて係止されて吊り上げられたボックスカルバート61dは、上方からボックスカルバート61cの近くに吊り下ろされる。そして水平方向の矢印に示す方向に引寄せられて、ボックスカルバート61a〜ボックスカルバート61cのように連結状態に移動する。

この水平移動時における基礎コンクリート19との摩擦抵抗を低減するためにボックスカルバート61の下部は特殊形状を有している。すなわち、図11に示されているように、ボックスカルバート61の下面には、下方に突き出る突起部62が形成され、突起部62の表面には鋼板63が取り付けられている。一方、基礎コンクリート19にはI型鋼よりなるガイドレール65が埋め込まれ、その上方面に複数の鋼球66が配置されている。

このようにボックスカルバート61及び基礎コンクリート19を形成した状態で、突起部62がガイドレール65上に位置するようにボックスカルバート61を基礎コンクリート19上に設置する。この状態でボックスカルバート61を水平方向に移動させると、鋼球66のベアリング効果によって、水平方向への移動に対する抵抗が軽減され、スムーズにボックスカルバート61同士を連結することができる。

通常ボックスカルバート61は連結状態に引寄せられた後、これらの相互のシールを確保するために更に相互に引寄せる締め固め作業がなされ、これらは一体化することになる。その後ボックスカルバート61の下部と基礎コンクリート19の上面との間に流動性の生コンクリートを流し込むことによって、ボックスカルバート61を基礎コンクリート19に固定する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のような従来のコンクリートブロックの設置方法であれば、上述のようにボックスカルバート61の下部に突起部62を設ける等してボックスカルバート61を特殊形状に仕上げる必要がある。そのため、通常のボックスカルバート61に比べてコスト的に不利なものとなる。

又、鋼球66を配置するためにガイドレール65を基礎コンクリート19に埋め込む必要があるため、その作業に手間がかかり結果としてコストも増大する。

この発明は上記のような課題を解決するためになされたもので、一般形状のコンクリートブロックにも適用でき、スムーズな水平移動を可能とするコンクリートブロックの設置方法を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するために、請求項1記載の発明は、コンクリートブロックの設置方法であって、基礎コンクリートとコンクリートブロックとの間に、少なくともその一面におけるメッキ鋼板に対する滑り摩擦係数が、鋼材とコンクリートとの滑り摩擦係数より小さな滑り材を配置する配置工程と、コンクリートブロックをほぼ水平方向に移動させる移動工程とを備え、配置工程は、基礎コンクリートの上面にシート状の滑り材を一面が上面となるように設置する工程と、滑り材の上面に板状の平板を設置する工程と、平板上にコンクリートブロックを載置する工程とを含むものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1はこの発明の第1の実施の形態によるコンクリートブロックの設置方法を示す概略図であり、図2は図1のII−IIラインの断面図であり、図3は図2の“X”部分の拡大図であり、更に、図4は図3のIV−IVラインの断面図である。

これらの図を参照して、基礎コンクリート19の上に長尺シート状の滑り材22が設置されている。滑り材22の上面におけるメッキ鋼板に対する滑り摩擦係数(動摩擦係数)は、鋼材とコンクリートとの間の摩擦係数より小さな値となっており、具体的にはその値は0.1〜0.4となっている。滑り材22は具体的にはステンレスグラフファイト(ステンレス板の表面に形成された複数の凹所に黒鉛を主体とした固体潤滑材を埋め込んだもの)や四弗化エチレン、或いは四弗化エチレンにグラスファイバーを加えたもの等を用いることができる。尚、四弗化エチレンよりなる滑り材22であれば、その下面も上面と同様の滑り摩擦係数を有しているが、この設置方法においては少なくとも滑り材22の上面のみが上記のような値の摩擦係数を有していれば良い。

滑り材22の上面には板状の鉄板よりなる平板21が設置されている。そして平板21の上には上方から吊り下ろされたボックスカルバート16が載置されることになる。

次に配置された平板21の上にワイヤ18を介してボックスカルバート16を吊り下ろす。そして図示しないウィンチやワイヤ等を用いてボックスカルバート16を水平方向に移動させる。このとき図4に示すように、ボックスカルバート16は平板21とともに滑り材22の上面をスムーズに滑り、その移動に対して必要な力が軽減する。これによって、スムーズなボックスカルバート16の移動作業が可能となる。このとき滑り材22は、基礎コンクリート19に対して移動することはなく、配置された状態の位置を保持する。

このようにして、ボックスカルバート16a〜ボックスカルバート16dは順次引寄せられて連結状態となり、更にこれらの連結部のシールを確保するために締め固めが行われる。この締め固め作業においても滑り材22の作用によってボックスカルバート16はスムーズに移動する。

図を参照して、この実施の形態においては、基礎コンクリート19の上にはレール状に配置された板状の平板25が設置されている。そして平板25の上面には上述した滑り材22が、その下面が上記の所定の摩擦係数を有する面となるように所定間隔で配置されている。そして、滑り材22上にボックスカルバート16が載置される。この状態でボックスカルバート16に対して水平方向に力を加えると、滑り材22と平板25との接触面に生じる摩擦力が他の部位に比べて一番小さくなるため、滑り材22はボックスカルバート16とともに平板25上をスムーズに移動することになる。

又、この場合、平板25の側面に沿って移動するようなガイドプレート26をボックスカルバート16の側面等に取付けることによって、ボックスカルバート16を平板25に沿ったルートで移動させることが容易となる。そしてこのガイドプレート26をボックスカルバート16の両側側面に取り付けておき、その内方に一対の平板25を配置するようにすれば、移動軌道が振れることなくより安定した水平移動が可能となる。

そこで、この実施の形態においては、プレキャストコンクリートブロック31を基礎コンクリート19から所定の高さに調整した後、プレキャストコンクリートブロック31の下面と滑り材22の上面との間隔に合うように高さ調整金具33を調整して設置する。このようにして高さ調整金具33の下方のボルトの平頭34が、土台37上の滑り材22上に当接される。

高さ調整金具33によるプレキャストコンクリートブロック31の基礎コンクリート19に対する高さ調整が終了すると、プレキャストコンクリートブロック31を水平方向に力を加えて所定量移動させる。この場合、プレキャストコンクリートブロック31の下面に取り付けられた高さ調整金具33の平頭34の下面が滑り材22の上面に対して滑ることによって、容易にプレキャストコンクリートブロック31は水平方向に移動する。そして、滑り材22の下面と土台37の上面との間で生じる摩擦力は、平頭34の下面と滑り材22の上面との間で生じる摩擦力に比べて大きいため、滑り材22の土台37に対する位置はそのまま保持される。

このようにして、プレキャストコンクリートブロック31の高さ方向及び水平方向の調整及び移動が完了すると、プレキャストコンクリートブロック31の下部と基礎コンクリート19の上面との間に生コンクリート又はモルタルが流し込まれ、プレキャストコンクリートブロック31はその状態で基礎コンクリート19に固定され、据付作業が完了する。尚、この実施の形態においては土台37は必ずしも形成する必要がなく、滑り材22を直接基礎コンクリート19上に配置するように構成しても良い。
