Description
【0001】

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to a Western style flush toilet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a Western-style flush toilet, a bowl part, a rim formed on the upper edge of the bowl part and having a rim water passage that allows washing water to flow into the bowl part, a trap part connected to the lower end of the bowl part , that a nozzle port provided in trap portion is known. In a conventional Western-style flush toilet, the bowl and trap are composed of a ceramic Western-style toilet body, and a jet nozzle separate from the Western-style toilet body is fixed to the nozzle port. the Rukoto is connected to a cleaning device adapted to jet along the wash water in the trap portion by a jet port of the jet nozzle.
[0003]
In such a Western-style flush toilet, the wash water discharged from the washing device is supplied to the rim through the rim water passage, whereby the bowl portion is washed and the reserved water is secured. Further, the cleaning water is also supplied to the jet port via the jet pipe, thereby forcibly producing a siphon effect, so that waste can be discharged even with a small amount of cleaning water. For this reason, in this Western style flush toilet, the running cost can be reduced by saving water. Moreover, in this Western style flush toilet, since the pottery-made Western style toilet bowl has a relatively simple shape, it is possible to reduce the manufacturing cost.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional Western-style flush toilet, if used in a cold district, the washing water in the trap part may freeze and become unusable in the cold season or may be destroyed.
[0005]
In this regard, it is also conceivable to provide a heater below the trap portion. If this is the case, the trap part can be heated by the heater even if it is used in a cold region, so it is possible to prevent freezing of the wash water, etc. in the trap part, and to prevent use and destruction of the cold season. Can be realized.
[0006]
However, in such a Western-style flush toilet, even if a heater is provided in the trap portion, the wash water in the jet pipe may freeze. In particular, in Western-style flushing toilet, compared with the conventional one toilet stool body and another Karadadea lever jet pipe is provided with a heater, Western style toilet body has a jet water conduit, is greater this tendency. At this time, if the jet pipe is heated by a heater different from the heater that heats the trap portion, the manufacturing cost increases. In this case, it is impossible to achieve both reduction in manufacturing cost and running cost, maintenance of a usable state in the cold season, and prevention of destruction.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional situation, and is a Western-style water-washing type that can achieve both reduction in manufacturing cost and running cost, maintenance of a usable state in the cold season, and prevention of destruction. Providing a toilet is an issue to be solved.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The Western-style flush toilet of the present invention comprises a bowl part, a trap part connected to the lower end of the bowl part, and a nozzle opening provided in the trap part, and the bowl part and the trap part are made of earthenware. A jet nozzle connected with a cleaning device capable of discharging the cleaning water and a jet pipe is fixed to the nozzle port, and the cleaning water is passed along the trap portion by the jet port of the jet nozzle. In a Western style flush toilet that erupts
The jet pipe is configured separately from the western-style toilet body, and the jet pipe is heated by a heater that forms a planar shape and surrounds the trap section, and the trap section and the trap section are disposed below the heater. A dew proofing material is provided to prevent the jet pipe from dewing, and the heater surrounds the jet pipe .
[0009]
In the western style flush toilet of the present invention, the jet pipe is heated by the heater that heats the trap portion, so that the washing water in the jet pipe can be prevented from freezing even when used in a cold region. For this reason, it is possible to achieve both reduction in running cost due to water saving, maintenance of a usable state in the cold season, and prevention of destruction. In addition, since a heater unique to jet piping is not required, the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
[0010]
Therefore, according to the Western style flush toilet of the present invention, it is possible to achieve both reduction in manufacturing cost and running cost, maintenance of a usable state in the cold season, and prevention of destruction.
[0011]
The heater you adopt a forming planar. Such heaters are well known. With such a heater, the trap portion can be easily enclosed, and the effect of the present invention can be realized by positioning the jet pipe in the vicinity of the heater. In addition, with such a heater, the trap portion and the jet pipe can be easily surrounded, and the effects of the present invention can be realized.
[0012]
The western-style toilet body may be formed with an opening for guiding the jet pipe to the inside. On the other hand, the heater is usually provided with a cord connected to an external power source. It is preferable to open this cord in the opening in which the Western-style toilet body is formed. Otherwise, an opening for inserting the cord must be separately formed in the Western-style toilet body, which makes the manufacture of the Western-style toilet body cumbersome, leading to an increase in manufacturing cost and poor appearance. . Such an opening is preferably provided at a position where it can be easily seen from above. This is because the assemblability of the Western style flush toilet is improved.
[0013]
As the cleaning device, in addition to a conventionally known cleaning tank, one that is directly connected to a water supply pipe such as a water pipe for supplying cleaning water from the outside and that can discharge cleaning water by opening and closing a valve can be employed. The effect of the present invention is great when the latter cleaning device is employed. The former cleaning device temporarily stores and discharges the cleaning water, and it is relatively easy to prevent the cleaning water from freezing in the jet pipe by heating with other heaters during storage. On the other hand, the latter cleaning device discharges new cleaning water from the external water supply pipe as needed, so that the cleaning water existing outside flows in the pipe for jetting and is likely to freeze there in the cold season. Because.
