【0051】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a moving body that moves by rotating a wheel by traveling driving means such as a motor, and particularly relates to speed control thereof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in the mobile body, the travel drive means drives the mobile body at a travel speed commanded from travel control means such as a computer, and the travel control means has a preset travel pattern (set travel pattern). Based on the above, a traveling speed command is output to the traveling drive means. In the traveling control means, acceleration / deceleration, rated speed, and low speed before stopping are set in advance as the set traveling pattern.
[0003]
Also, the travel control means of the moving body gives a travel speed command to the travel drive means regardless of the load of the travel drive means, and if an unpredictable large overload occurs in the travel drive means, an “unusual state” is obtained. Judging and stopping the moving body.
[0004]
Also, if the power supply voltage supplied to the travel drive means decreases, and if the regenerative voltage becomes overvoltage when the travel drive means is performing regenerative control with an inverter, it is judged as an “unusual state” and the mobile object is It is stopped.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-described conventional configuration, since the traveling speed command is given regardless of when the traveling driving means is overloaded, the traveling driving means is not normal, and as a result, the moving body stops. There was a problem of reduced efficiency. Similarly, when the power supply voltage is lowered or the regenerative voltage is overvoltage, the moving body is stopped, so that the operation efficiency of the moving body is lowered.
[0006]
Therefore, the present invention has an object to provide a moving body that can improve the operation efficiency by continuing traveling without stopping the moving body even if it is determined as the “unusual state”. It is. Particularly, adaptive control is performed by knowing the state of its own drive means.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the invention described in
[0008]
According to the above configuration,Motor current value, regenerative voltage value, and power supply voltage value measured by the inverterAccording to the state ofThe acceleration / deceleration setting value is obtained, and based on this acceleration / deceleration setting value, the speed command valueIs controlled. For example,Travel drive deviceIf the condition is recognized as overloaded,Travel drive deviceSpeed command output tovalueIs reduced, soTravel drive deviceThe situation where the overload is eliminated and the moving body stops is avoided.
[0009]
The invention according to
[0010]
According to the above configuration,The motor current value measured by the inverter is overcurrent, the regenerative voltage value is overvoltage, or the power supply voltage value is undervoltage. Is recognized,Travel drive deviceThe driving ability ofIt is dropped from the normal driving state, and the moving body is driven. For example,Travel drive deviceIf the condition is recognized as overloaded,Travel drive deviceThe driving ability of theTravel drive deviceThe situation where the overload is eliminated and the moving body stops is avoided.
[0011]
The invention according to
[0012]
According to the above configuration,The current value measured by the inverter is overcurrent, the regenerative voltage value is overvoltage, or the power supply voltage value is undervoltage. When it is recognized, a notification signal is output,Travel drive deviceThe traveling ability is reduced from the normal traveling state, and the moving body travels. The notification signal allows the worker toTravel drive deviceCan be recognized as being in an unusual state.
[0013]
The invention according to
[0014]
According to the above configuration, when the travel control unit outputs a travel command to the travel drive device in response to the movement command, the current value measured by the inverter is in an overcurrent state, or the regenerative voltage value is in an overvoltage state. Or when the power supply voltage value is recognized as an undervoltage state,When the movement command is a movement command that is not a loading / unloading operation by a stacker crane,The speed command value is set to zero and no travel command is output. Therefore, when the current value measured by the inverter is an overcurrent state, the regenerative voltage value is an overvoltage state, or the power supply voltage value is an undervoltage state,The movement command is not a loading / unloading operation by a stacker crane. In the case of a movement command, the moving body is not moved.
[0017]
AlsoClaim 5The invention described in
[0018]
According to the above configuration,If it is predicted that the state of the travel drive device will become abnormal due to at least one of the travel position of the mobile object, the atmosphere in which condensation around the mobile object is likely to occur, the number of times or the time of movement of the mobile object, the acceleration / deceleration The travel value of the travel drive device is reduced from the normal travel state, and the mobile body travels.

In addition, when an overload occurs, the travel command is not output in a specific travel mode, that is, a specific travel command, and a movement that is not related to the loading / unloading operation (a movement that is not necessarily important) is not performed. As a result, it is possible to prevent damage from being accumulated in the motor M2, and it is possible to prevent the life from being shortened.
[0047]
When the regenerative energy is consumed by the discharge resistor, when a (regenerative) overvoltage occurs, the travel command is not output in a specific travel mode, that is, a specific travel command, and the travel is not related to the loading / unloading operation. By not performing (not necessarily important movement), it is possible to prevent damage from being accumulated in the discharge resistor due to overvoltage, and it is possible to prevent the life from being shortened.

[0050]
In the above embodiment, the recognition of the state of the traveling electric motor M2, which is the traveling drive means of the stacker crane C, is recognized by the current output from the inverter to the motor, the power supply voltage supplied to the inverter, and the regeneration output from the inverter. Although all the voltages are measured, it is also possible to recognize at least one of them to recognize the state of the traveling electric motor M2.
[0051]
In the above-described embodiment, as an example of the “unusual state”, the overload, the regenerative overvoltage, and the (input) undervoltage of the electric motor M2 for travel are cited. 【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention,For each motor current value, regenerative voltage value, and power supply voltage value measured by the inverter, the set value of acceleration / deceleration of the moving object is obtained, and the minimum value is selected from these set values, and the set value of acceleration / deceleration Based on this acceleration / deceleration set value, a speed command value is formed and output to the inverter.By doing so, it is possible to avoid a situation where the moving body stops.
