Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vibration conveyor, and more particularly to a vibration conveyor suitable for installation in a high place.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 6 shows a conventional vibratory conveyor, the whole of which is shown as 1, and a
[0003]
The counterweight 3 is supported on the ground by an anti-vibration coil spring 9. An electric motor 10 is fixed to the counterweight 3, and a small pulley fixed to this rotating shaft and a large pulley that fixes both ends of the rotating shaft pivotally supported on the counterweight 3 to the central portion. A belt 11 is wound around the belt 12. A connecting rod 14 is pivotally attached to the crank portion of the rotating shaft, and the tip end portion is attached to an attachment member 19 via a rubber bush 15.
[0004]
The conventional vibrating conveyor 1 is configured as described above. Next, this operation will be described.
[0005]
When the electric motor 14 is driven, the large pulley 12 is rotated by the belt 11, and the connecting rod 14 is linearly moved by a crank portion that is eccentrically provided on the rotation shaft. Note that a large shock is applied to the
[0006]
Therefore, in the illustrated example, the counterweight 3 is supported on the ground by the coil spring 9. However, in some cases, the counterweight 3 may be installed at a position extremely higher than the ground via a gantry. In such a case, when a horizontal vibration reaction force is transmitted to the counterweight 3, a moment from the distance to the ground × the horizontal vibration force is generated. The counterweight 3 applies a horizontal reaction force to the gantry at a high place, and in some cases, mounting means for attaching the oscillating conveyor 1 to the gantry, for example, when the bolt is broken, the oscillating conveyor is moved from the gantry to the ground. There is a risk of a major disaster falling.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a vibration conveyor that can prevent a horizontal vibration transmission force and fall on the ground even when installed at a high place. .
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above problem is that the first trough and the second trough, which are substantially horizontally aligned and transport an object in the same direction, and the first counterweight and the second counterweight vibrate in mutually opposite directions. The first counterweight and the second counterweight are integrated with each other by a lever and a coil spring , and are driven by an electric motor and a horizontal first leaf spring coupled to the first trough. The first pivot point of the crank mechanism with the crankshaft is 180 degrees different from the second pivot point of the horizontal leaf spring coupled to the second trough and the second pivot point of the crankshaft. The first and second counterweights are solved by a vibration conveyor characterized in that they are supported on the base by vibration-proof springs that are vibration-proof in the vertical direction.

As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described, of course, this invention is not limited to these, A various deformation | transformation is possible based on the technical idea of this invention.
[0017]
For example, in the above embodiment, a leaf spring made of lignin is used as the connecting means, but a leaf spring made of steel may be used instead.
[0019]
Moreover, although the above embodiment demonstrated the case where it installed on a high mount frame, of course, the effect of this invention is not lost even when it installs low on the ground without using such a high mount frame.
[0020]
Further, according to the above-described embodiment, as shown schematically in FIG. 5, the crank housing b is provided at both ends of the crankshaft A whose both ends are supported by the bearing a, and the phase is changed by 180 degrees. A crank housing c was provided. As a result, as shown in FIG. 3, the leaf springs P 1 and P 2 made of lignin indicated by the arrows were driven in the direction of the arrows. Instead, as shown in FIG. 6, crank housings b 1 and b 2 are provided at both ends of the crankshaft A ′, and the phase is changed by 180 degrees between them, and the crank housings c 1 and c 2 are placed between them. The plate springs P 1 a and P 2 b made of lignin are connected to each of them, and the plate springs P 2 a and P 2 b made of lignin are connected to the crank housings b and b 2 , respectively, and the upstream trough and Even if the upstream trough and the downstream trough are driven by being coupled by a leaf spring composed of two lignins arranged in parallel with the downstream trough, the effect of the present invention can be obtained.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
According to the vibration conveyor of the present invention as described above, a particular vibration transmitting force in the horizontal direction of the horizontal and vertical directions to the counterweight ho Isuzu may be zero. Therefore, even when used at a higher place than the ground via a gantry or a support, the fear of falling to the ground as in the past can be prevented.
