Description
【0001】
【0021】
W=−Kt・Z1=−Fz+M1・Z1**
【0022】
【0026】
W=−Kt・Z1
=−Fz+M1・Z1**+C・(Z1*−Z2*)
+Ks・(Z1−Z2)
【0027】
Mx=Tf/2・(−Fz1+Fz2)
My=Lf・(−Fz1−Fz2)
−Lr・(−Fz3−Fz4)
となる。
【0029】
Iyθ*=My
=Lf・(−Fz1−Fz2)
−Lr・(−Fz3−Fz4)
となる。
【0030】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a ground load control device for a vehicle that is controlled to travel on a vehicle that can travel while maintaining a predetermined route.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a lane keeping system that can automatically travel on a predetermined route is known. This is a technique that enables a vehicle to autonomously travel by detecting, for example, a white line drawn on a road surface with a monitor camera.
[0003]
Further, cornering speed control is known as a control for turning. This includes means for controlling the vehicle deceleration independently of the brake operation by the driver, and road information recognition means such as a NAVI system, so that the vehicle does not enter the curve in an overspeed state. Thus, the vehicle is controlled to decelerate to a safe speed in advance, and can turn while maintaining a predetermined route.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described conventional technology, when deviating from a predetermined route due to disturbances such as hail or crosswind, it may take time to recover due to the magnitude of the disturbance. In addition, during turning, for example, when only one wheel is stepped on a low μ road, the behavior of the vehicle may become unstable, and it may take time to return. Furthermore, in the conventional turning control described above, since the friction coefficient (μ) of the road surface of the curve cannot be predicted, it is necessary to perform a deceleration more than necessary with a margin.
[0005]
The present invention has been devised to solve such problems imposed on the prior art, and its main purpose is to ensure appropriate control and stable motion state in automobile route traveling control. An object of the present invention is to provide a ground load control device capable of performing
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve such problems, in the present invention, the inertial force in the vertical direction on the vehicle body at a stretch acceleration actuator for actively changing the vertical relative distance between the vehicle body and the axle In a vehicle that is provided with ground contact load control means that generates and temporarily applies the reaction force to the contact load acting between the tire and the road surface, and that can travel while maintaining a predetermined route. A means for determining wheel slip, and when the wheel slip is determined and it is determined that the vehicle has deviated from the path, the actuator of the wheel determined to be slip by the ground load control means On the other hand, control to increase the ground load was performed. In particular, the vehicle upon running deviates from the path when performing the steering control to return over the path may be controlled by the vertical load control means to increase the vertical load of the steering wheel.
[0007]
In this way, the path when the wheel deviates from the path that the vehicle is a predetermined slip by the effect of disturbance, by controlling to increase the vertical load of the wheel which slips, a predetermined Since the grip force of the tire suitable for returning to the vehicle increases, the effect of the automatic traveling control can be enhanced. Further, when the steering angle is controlled to return when the vehicle deviates from a predetermined route, the ground load of the steered wheels is increased, so that the responsiveness can be improved.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Next, the principle of the present invention will be described. In the model of FIG.
M2: Unsprung mass M1: Unsprung mass Z2: Unsprung coordinate Z1: Unsprung coordinate Kt: Spring constant of tire Fz: Actuator thrust, where the downward direction is positive, the motion of unsprung mass M2 and unsprung mass M1 Each equation is given by the following equation. However, the * mark in the formula represents the first derivative, and the ** mark represents the second derivative.
[0019]
M2 ・ Z2 ** = −Fz
M1 ・ Z1 ** + Kt ・ Z1 = Fz
[0020]
Therefore, the tire ground contact load W is given by the following equation.
[0021]
W = -Kt · Z1 = -Fz + M1 · Z1 **
[0022]
That is, since the ground load W is the sum of the sprung inertia force and the unsprung inertia force, the inertial force of the sprung mass or the unsprung mass is changed by controlling the expansion / contraction acceleration of the
[0023]
Generally, a suspension spring that supports the vehicle weight and a damper for generating a damping force are used in combination in order to save energy consumption of the actuator (see FIG. 3).
When Ks is the spring constant of the suspension spring and C is the damping coefficient of the damper, the equations of motion for the sprung mass M2 and the unsprung mass M1 are given by the following equations, respectively.
[0024]
M2 ・ Z2 ** + C ・ (Z2 * −Z1 * ) + Ks ・ (Z2−Z1)
= -Fz
M1 ・ Z1 ** + C ・ (Z1 * -Z2 * )
+ Ks · (Z1−Z2) + Kt · Z1 = Fz
[0025]
Therefore, the tire ground contact load W is given by the following equation.
[0026]
W = -Kt · Z1
= -Fz + M1 · Z1 ** + C · (Z1 * -Z2 * )
+ Ks · (Z1-Z2)
[0027]
That is, it can be seen that the ground load W can be changed by controlling the expansion / contraction acceleration of the actuator, as described above.
[0028]
The actual vehicle inertia force is generated not only by the vertical motion but also by the rolling motion and the pitching motion. Here, the rotational motion around each axis passing through the center of gravity of the sprung mass,
Roll rate: φ
Pitch rate: θ
Yaw rate: γ
Lf, Lr, Tf / 2, and Tr / 2 are the distances from the center line in the front-rear direction and the center line in the left-right direction to the ground center of each wheel (see FIG. 4). If the thrust of Fz1 (front left), Fz2 (front right), Fz3 (rear right), Fz4 (rear left) and the direction of the force, moment, and coordinate system are as shown in FIG. Is
Mx = Tf / 2 · (−Fz1 + Fz2)
-Tf / 2 ・ (-Fz3 + Fz4)
And the pitching moment is
My = Lf · (−Fz1−Fz2)
-Lr (-Fz3-Fz4)
It becomes.

Also,
Rolling moment of inertia: Ix
Pitching moment of inertia: Iy
given that,
Rolling inertia is
Ixφ * = Mx
= Tf / 2 ・ (-Fz1 + Fz2)
-Tf / 2 ・ (-Fz3 + Fz4)
And the pitching inertia force is Iyθ * = My
= Lf. (-Fz1-Fz2)
-Lr (-Fz3-Fz4)
It becomes.
[0030]
Furthermore, the inertial force of the vertical movement is
Thus, it can be seen that by controlling at least one of these inertial forces, the ground contact load including the rolling motion and the pitching motion can be individually controlled for each tire. In addition, since a conventional thing distributes a load to four wheels, a rolling inertia force, a pitching inertia force, and an inertia force of a vertical motion do not occur, and these values are zero.
[0031]
In the above embodiment, a hydraulically driven cylinder device is used as the actuator. However, this may be achieved by using other electric thrust generating means such as a linear motor or a voice coil, or by using a cam mechanism or a spring means. Even if acceleration is generated by using the same, the same effect can be obtained.
[0032]
Next, control for returning from an unstable behavior state of the vehicle such as wheel slip at the time of automatic vehicle traveling and spin at the turn by using the
[0033]
In a seventh step ST7, the norm yaw rate and the norm lateral G are calculated in consideration of the road surface μ. Here, the calculation taking the road surface μ into consideration is that the standard yaw rate and the standard lateral G can be obtained from the vehicle speed and the turning radius, but by further adding the steering angle, the road surface μ is estimated and the standard yaw rate is calculated. This is to make the values of and the norm horizontal G more accurate.
[0034]
In an eighth step ST8, a path deviation is determined from the difference between the reference yaw rate and the actual yaw rate, and the difference between the reference lateral G and the actual lateral G. If the path deviation is smaller than the threshold value, it can be corrected by normal automatic steering, so the process returns to the first step ST1. Accordingly, the process proceeds to the ninth step ST9. In the ninth step ST9, the
[0035]
The wheel speed signal is read in the second step ST2 of the flow control, which is to select a target wheel for ground load control. If slip occurs, the lateral force decreases. It is also possible to increase the ground load on all the wheels simultaneously without reading the wheel speed.
[0036]
For example, the tire slip state can be determined from the difference between the vehicle speed and the wheel speed. If it is determined that the tire is in the slip state, a load for returning from the slip state is calculated, and the sprung acceleration sensor 22 and the unsprung acceleration are calculated. With reference to each signal with the
[0037]
Further, from the relationship between the turning radius size, steering angle, vehicle speed, road surface μ of the driving lane and the standard lateral G and yaw rate, it is determined that the behavior of the vehicle is abnormal. When excess or deficiency occurs with respect to the reference value, the ground load of each tire is controlled and increased as described above so as to cancel them.
[0038]
In addition, when the vehicle deviates from a predetermined travel route, control is performed so as to return to the original route by automatic steering control. In this case, the grounding load of the steered wheel is controlled and increased as described above. The responsiveness at the time of automatic steering can be improved, and a quick return is possible.
[0039]
Next, another control according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the flowchart of FIG. In FIG. 7, first, a road shape is predicted in advance by the
[0040]
In the thirteenth step ST13, it is determined whether or not the curve is overspeed. If not overspeed, the process returns to the eleventh step ST11 and the above flow is repeated. If it is determined in the thirteenth step ST13 that the speed is overspeed, the process proceeds to a fourteenth step ST14 where deceleration control is performed. The control from the eleventh step ST11 to the fourteenth step ST14 may be the same as the conventional turning control.
[0041]
In the next fifteenth step ST15, whether or not the result of deceleration is sufficient is determined based on the presence or absence of occurrence of tire slip based on the difference between the vehicle speed and the wheel speed as in the control flow. If no tire slip has occurred, the deceleration has been effective, so the process returns to the 11th step ST11 and the above flow is repeated. If it is determined that a tire slip has occurred, the process proceeds to a sixteenth step ST16, where it is determined whether or not a steering for correction has been performed. Returning to 1st step ST1, if correction turning is not performed, the process proceeds to 17th step ST17, and the contact load is controlled in 17th step ST17 as in the case of tire slip in the control flow.
[0042]
In this way, even when the vehicle is partially slippery on a curve, the tire's lateral force can be compensated by increasing the contact load of the tire on which the slip occurred. However, it can pass safely without disturbing the vehicle behavior.
[0043]
In addition, the sensor currently used can be simplified in the range which does not deviate from the meaning of this application. For example, in this embodiment, the sensor is configured redundantly, but the
[0044]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, when the vehicle deviates from a predetermined travel route due to external factors such as dredging, crosswinds, and road surface conditions, the grounding load of the corresponding wheel is increased when returning by the route travel control. Therefore, it is possible to increase the grip force and improve the return response. In addition, when entering a curve at a speed that can be safely turned in route driving control, even if the road surface condition suddenly changes in the curve and a tire slip occurs, the ground contact load of the tire is increased to restore the grip force. Therefore, it is possible to pass the curve at the normal speed, and it is not necessary to decelerate before the curve unnecessarily, and smooth route traveling is possible.
