本発明は、容器内に収容した、香水、整髪料などの内容物を噴出させて用いるためのスプレー容器、特に容器を倒立状態にした場合でも内容物を噴出させることのできる、正倒立両用スプレーに関するものである。

かかるスプレー容器として、例えば実公昭60-36364号公報、実公昭60-26839号公報および実公昭61-899号公報に記載のものがある。

これらの容器は、いずれも、シリンダ内にボール弁式の吸込弁および空気阻止弁が上下に配置され、正立状態では通常のスプレー容器と同様に動作し、一方倒立状態では空気阻止弁が容器内の空気がシリンダ内に入り込むのを防ぐように働く。

しかしながら、こうした容器においては、弁体としてのボールにシリンダ内での跳びやガタつきといった不所望の運動が生じた場合、それによって噴霧される内容物の量が一定しなくなるという問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記の問題点を解決し、常に一定量の内容物を噴霧することのできる正倒立両用スプレー容器を提案するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
すなわち本発明は、容器本体に固定されるキャップと、前記キャップの前記容器本体への固定と共に前記容器本体に固定されるシリンダと、前記シリンダ内部に配置したピストンガイドと、前記ピストンガイドに案内されて前記シリンダ内部を摺動するピストンと、前記ピストンと前記ピストンガイドとの間に配置したばねとを具え、前記シリンダ内部に吸込弁および空気阻止弁を直列に配置して設けた正倒立両用スプレー容器において、前記吸込弁および前記空気阻止弁の各弁体の移動を規制するストッパを一体に形成し、このストッパを前記シリンダ内を摺動可能としたことを特徴とするものである。

本発明による正倒立両用スプレー容器においては、吸込弁と空気阻止弁のそれぞれの弁体の移動を規制するストッパを一体化し、かつ、このストッパがシリンダ内を摺動可能としている。そのため、正立・倒立いずれの状態においても、吸込弁と空気阻止弁の各弁体の一方が弁座に着座し、かつストッパによって移動を規制された状態に置かれることとなる。それゆえ、弁体の跳びやガタつきといった不所望の運動を抑えることが可能となり、常に一定量の内容物を噴霧させることができるようになる。

以下、図面を参照して本発明の好適な実施形態について説明する。

図1および図2は、本発明による正倒立両用スプレー容器の一実施形態を示すものである。図1は容器全体を、図2はポンプ部分の詳細をそれぞれ示すものである。図示の正倒立両用スプレー容器11は、容器本体12にねじ止めにより固定されるキャップ13と、シリンダ14と、シリンダ14内に延在させたピストンガイド15と、このピストンガイド15に案内されてシリンダ14内を上下方向に摺動するピストン16と、ピストン16下端部とピストンガイド15の基部15aとの間に介在させたばね17、容器本体12とシリンダ14との間に設けたパッキン18とを具える。
