BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a plant operation support method of an operation information support system including a local system that monitors and controls a plant and simulates a state quantity, and an operation support providing system that provides operation support information to the local system, and a program therefor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, the operation of a plant has become complicated and large-scale, and as a result, the operation of the plant is also expected to predict the operating conditions that change from moment to moment, and the plant operation that reads ahead is required. It has become a high task. Therefore, a technique for simulating and predicting the operation state of the plant is positioned as a very important technique for maintaining the plant in an optimum operation state.
[0003]
Currently, the simulation technology is used to capture the measured values online and perform a simulation to detect anomalies based on the difference between the measured values and the simulation results, as well as the future operation plan, predicted demand, and predicted supply. As a condition, a plant operation support system for predicting an operation situation in the near future has been put into practical use.

Here, the state quantity is a physical quantity representing the operation state of the plant, and refers to, for example, the temperature, pressure, concentration, flow rate, etc. of the fluid in an apparatus or device having the plant.
[0008]

[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since a model for simulating the state of a plant cannot always be constructed with a clear physical model that can be expressed by a mathematical expression, it is generally difficult to obtain a highly accurate simulation model.
[0010]
For this reason, the difficulty of constructing a simulation model increases as the operation of the plant becomes more complex and larger, and even if the simulation model has been constructed once, It is necessary to cope with a decrease in application performance, a decrease in accuracy of a simulation model accompanying a change in plant characteristics, and this delay in response is a problem.
[0011]
Furthermore, when building a simulation model, it is necessary to repeat adjustments by changing the structure and parameters of the simulation model while repeating trial and error to match the actual state quantity value of the plant. In order to perform processing within a short time, an apparatus with high processing capacity is required, and a large amount of capital investment is required.
[0012]
Therefore, it is difficult to respond sufficiently to the need to continue operation under an optimal plan by flexibly following changes in plant characteristics and building an optimal simulation model in a short period of time. It is in the situation.
[0013]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and a plant operation support method capable of continuously providing a simulation model for formulating an optimal plant operation plan quickly and inexpensively, and The purpose is to provide the program.

[0049]
The operator checks the ID number and password entered in accordance with the instructions displayed on the input / output device 7 (S11). The reason why the ID number and the password are input is to specify the customer in the driving support providing system 4 and to limit the operation to a specific person such as an operator due to the nature of this processing.
[0050]
Therefore, if there is an error in the ID number and password, an error message is output and the process ends (S12).
[0051]
If the ID number and password are correct, the operator is prompted to input a simulation model to be updated (S13).
[0052]
A plurality of simulation models are generated according to the situation, and are registered and stored in the simulation
[0053]
When the simulation model to be used has already been generated and registered, the operator specifies the simulation model by specifying the pattern number (S14).
[0054]
If the simulation model has not yet been registered, a new pattern number is designated together with information indicating unregistered (S15).
[0055]
Next, time-series state quantity data, which is simulation input data, is extracted by searching the plant state quantity
[0056]
Similarly, time-series state quantity data, which is simulation result data, is extracted by searching the plant state quantity
[0057]
Then, a determination condition for determining the quality of the generated simulation model is set (S18). This determination condition is a condition for evaluation based on whether or not the difference in the degree of coincidence between the simulation result and the measured plant value is within a predetermined range.
[0058]
After arranging the data according to the procedure from S14 to S18, the data is edited and transmitted to the driving support providing system 4 (S19).
[0059]
When the above-described data for generating the simulation model is transmitted from the

The simulation
[0064]
When the pattern number of the simulation model registered in the transmission data is described, a customer having the same ID number and password is specified, and the corresponding simulation model is extracted by searching the customer
[0065]
When there is a description that the simulation model is not registered in the transmitted data, the setting condition of the neural network used for creating the simulation model is determined.
[0066]
FIG. 9 is a diagram showing the structure of a neural network used for creating a simulation model.
[0067]
In this simulation, XiWhen (t) is a state quantity measured every moment in the plant and Y (t) is a state quantity to be predicted, the state quantity Y after time t is predicted from the state quantity until time t. The structure of the neural network is shown.
[0068]
Here, in order to determine a more desirable neural network structure with high prediction accuracy, a setting range (maximum) is set for each of the number of intermediate layers constituting the network, the number of units of each intermediate layer, and the number of output feedbacks of the neural network. Value and minimum value), and the prediction accuracy of the simulation model selected using a search method such as randomly selecting a value within the set range is confirmed.
[0069]
Therefore, first, the number of intermediate layers constituting the network is randomly selected within the set range (S23), then the number of units of each intermediate layer is randomly determined within the set range (S24), and the output of the neural network is further determined. The number of feedback is determined randomly within the set range (S25).
[0070]
Subsequently, learning is performed on the neural network having the selected structure.
[0071]
FIG. 10 is a diagram for explaining learning of a neural network.
[0072]
This learning uses back propagation (error back-propagation method), and the unit actual value Z (t + 1) is used as teacher data so that the residual with Y (t + 1) which is the output of the neural network is minimized. This is done by updating the weighting coefficient between them (S26).

[0074]
If the determination condition is not met (S27) and the selection of the neural network structure has not been repeated a predetermined number of times (S29), the used neural network structure may not be optimal, so the neural network is again selected. Learning is performed by selecting a network structure (S23 to S26).
[0075]
When the simulation model registered in the determination condition (S27) is not used (S28) or when the determination condition is not satisfied (S27), the selection of the neural network structure is repeated a predetermined number of times. If so (S29), a message indicating that it is difficult to generate a simulation model and information on the matching degree of the determination result are generated (S30).
[0076]
If the determination condition is met (S27), a source code of a program describing the neural network structure is generated (S31). The generated program outputs a source code of a program language registered in advance as a language used in the

Next, a simulation model generation method according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described. This embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that a simulation model is generated using genetic programming instead of a neural network.
[0080]
Here, genetic programming is an optimization algorithm for a tree, and can be effectively applied to an unknown problem with an optimal processing method. For example, when a processing program is expressed by an arithmetic operator, a logical operator, a conditional branch instruction, or other instructions, the contents can be described by a tree structure.

When there is a description that the simulation model is not registered in the transmitted data, an initial individual used for genetic programming used as a simulation model is generated (S43). This initial individual can be selected from an individual group prepared in advance according to the classification of the simulation model (for example, approximation of characteristics, object motion control, etc.).
[0092]
Then, a plurality of initial individuals are generated by randomly replacing the nodes or subtrees of the selected initial individuals (S44).

Subsequently, chromosome crossover and gene mutation are executed in the above-described procedure to generate a plurality of individuals (S45), and the actual data sent from the

[0095]
If the determination condition is not met (S47) and the predetermined number of generations has been reached (S48), a message that the generation of the simulation model is difficult and information on the degree of conformance of the determination condition Is generated (S50).
