Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a device that kills red tides, blue sea cucumbers, algae and the like generated in the sea, lakes, and the like, and more particularly, to a water quality purification device that purifies water by generating ultrasonic waves using a running water flow of a boat.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a device for installing an ozone generator on a boat and injecting ozone into the water while running the boat in a water area where red tides, blue sea bream, etc., is killed is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-5918, for example. Known as described.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the water purification ship using the above conventional ozone generator, ozone works effectively to kill red tides and blue sea cucumbers near the water surface, but to kill red tides and blue sea breams that have occurred over a wide area. Required a large ozone generator and an injection device. It is an object of the present invention to provide a water purification device that kills red tides, blue sea bream, etc. that have occurred in a wide range.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The gist of the present invention is that the impeller is suspended in a cylindrical casing whose lower end is opened in water, and this casing is disposed on the boat, and the rear end of the suction pipe opened in the propulsion direction of the ship is rotated by the impeller. It is connected to the tangential casing, and the water flowing in the tangential direction is accelerated by rotating the impeller to make the inside of the casing have a negative pressure, and ultrasonic waves are generated by cavitation to kill the red tide and the like. Further, if the impeller has two stages and a suction pipe is disposed in the casing near the upper portion of the impeller, the flow rate in the casing can be increased and pressure drop can be promoted. A throttle valve may be provided in the suction pipe to limit the amount of water flowing into the casing in accordance with the traveling speed of the ship.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is configured as described above, and when a ship is sailed in a water area where red tides or aquatics have been generated, contaminated water flows from the suction pipe to the casing in the rotational tangential direction of the impeller due to the running water flow of the ship. Inflow. When the impeller is rotated at a high speed, the fluctuation of the flow becomes intense due to the water flow collected from the surroundings and the rotation of the impeller, and the pressure is reduced to the vicinity of the saturated vapor pressure of water. Eventually, cavitation occurs, bubbles are destroyed near the inner wall, ultrasonic waves are generated, planktons such as red tides and blue sea cucumbers are killed, algae are crushed, breeding is stopped, and contaminated water is purified. The water in the casing is discharged from the bottom of the casing while being stirred. Further, if the opening of the throttle valve of the suction pipe is reduced according to the traveling speed of the ship, the amount of inflow of contaminated water becomes constant and the generation of ultrasonic waves can be performed stably.
[0006]
【Example】

First, in FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a water jet propulsion device provided at the stern of a boat 2, and an impeller 4 disposed in a pump casing 3 is connected to a drive machine. 5, water sucked from the suction casing 6 is pressurized by the impeller 4 of the pump casing 3, pressurized water is injected from the injection nozzle 7, and the boat 2 is propelled by the reaction force. Reference numeral 8 denotes a water purification device mounted on the boat 2, which is suspended from the bottom 2a.
[0007]
The water purification device 8 will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 2. A cylindrical casing 9 having a lower end 9 a opened in water is suspended from the ship bottom 2 a, and a rotating shaft 10 pivotally supported on the top of the casing 9. A pair of impellers 11 and 11 are fixed horizontally at the lower ends of the two. And the upper end part of the rotating shaft 10 is interlockingly connected with the engine 12, the engine 12 is driven, the impeller 11 is rotated, and contaminated water is stirred. If the impeller 11 has two stages, it can cause turbulent flow in the water flow and increase the flow velocity. However, the impeller 11 may be one stage. Reference numeral 13 denotes a suction pipe, which is connected to the peripheral wall of the casing 9 in the rotational tangential direction of the impeller 11 and is open near the top of the tip of the impeller 11 as shown in FIG. And the front-end | tip part of the suction pipe 13 is opened in the propulsion direction of the ship 2, the running water flow of the ship 2 is made to flow into the casing 9 as a swirl flow, and the impeller 11 is rotated at a high speed along the water flow so that the contaminated water is discharged. Stir. Inside the casing 9, cavitation occurs in the wall surface, which is the boundary of the flow with a large flow rate difference, and in the vortex in the center of the flow, and the contaminated water is stirred by the rotation of the impeller 11 to eliminate bubbles and generate ultrasonic waves. Then, the red tide and the blue sea cucumber are killed by the impact, or the algae are crushed to stop the breeding and purify the contaminated water. A throttle valve 14 is provided at the opening tip of the suction pipe 13 so that the opening degree is adjusted according to the traveling speed of the vessel 2 so that the inside of the casing 9 can be adjusted to a negative pressure. is there. Reference numeral 15 denotes an operating rod for the throttle valve 14. Since the casing 9 is subjected to electrochemical corrosion due to the occurrence of cavitation, the entire surface of the casing 9 may be subjected to rubber lining.

Therefore, the running water flow that flows in the tangential direction is stirred by rotating the impeller at high speed, and ultrasonic waves are generated by cavitation using the inside of the casing as a negative pressure. It is something that can be done. Further, if the impeller has a double structure, the flow velocity can be increased while generating turbulent flow in the casing, and the pressure drop can be promoted. If a throttle valve is provided in the suction pipe, the amount of water flowing into the casing can be adjusted according to the traveling speed of the boat.
