Description

【0001】

[0001]
The present invention relates to a sealer for sashes such as doors and sliding doors.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, buildings with high heat insulation and airtightness have been demanded with the high functionality of houses. A sash such as a door, a sliding door, and a window frame also needs a structure in accordance with this tendency.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a sealer interposed in a contact portion between a vertical sash and a horizontal heel of a sash is formed of an elastic material, for example, a thin plate of chloroprene sponge, and an adhesive is applied to the surface.
In the sash of an open / close door in which the sealer is interposed between a vertical shaft and a horizontal surface, the vertical position of the door wheel provided on the lower arm is adjusted, that is, the installation is adjusted using a tool for operation. In this case, the tool is inserted through an insertion hole formed in the sealer from the downside, and the insertion hole spatially communicates the downside and the horizontal plane in the in-plane direction (frontage direction). For this reason, the airtightness of the sash is insufficient, and as a result, there is a problem that the heat insulation performance is lowered.
[0003]
In addition, when the tool is rotated through the insertion hole, the adhesive applied to the sealer has viscosity, so that it sticks to the tool and winds, causing the sealer to be displaced or damaged. Therefore, even if the sealer is in the proper position before tightening, there is a problem that the sealer does not maintain its normal position and shape after the operation with the tool and the sealing function is not exhibited. .
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention was invented to solve the above-mentioned problems, and by realizing a highly airtight sealer by not opening a tool insertion hole in the sealer, the tool was inserted into the sealer and rotated. However, the sealer is not caught by the tool, and the proper position and form of the sealer are ensured even after the construction operation by the tool, so that the function of the sealer is ensured.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
It is interposed at the contact part between the vertical and horizontal planes, and is made of an elastic material and includes a screw hole and a slit. The screw hole is drilled at a position corresponding to the screw hole. It is a notch located between the tongue pieces pushed open by inserting the tool, and an adhesive material is provided on one side surface except for the peripheral portion of the slit.
[0006]
In both of the above-mentioned means of the present invention, “the adhesive material 8 is provided excluding the peripheral portion of the slit 7” means that the entire surface excluding the peripheral portion of the slit 7 on one side of the sealer is adhered as in the following embodiment. In addition to providing the material 8, the adhesive material 8 is not provided at least in the periphery of the slit 7, in other words, the adhesive material 8 that reduces the labor of applying the adhesive material 8 in addition to the periphery of the slit 7 is provided. It is added that the case where there is a portion where the adhesive material 8 is not provided in other portions for reasons such as saving is also included in the gist of the present invention.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 2 is a side view of the corners of the vertical and horizontal shovels 1 and 2 of the open / close shoji according to the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. The vertical rod 1 and the lower rod 2 are fixed via a sealer S. For fixing, the screws 5 are inserted into the screw holes (not shown) of the vertical rod 1 and the screw holes 4 of the sealer S and screwed into the screw holes 2a of the horizontal rod 2.
[0008]
FIG. 1 shows details of the structure of the sealer S. The substrate of the sealer S has a thickness of about 1.5 mm. The extending portions 3 and 3 are formed upward on both shoulders in a rectangular shape as a whole, which has a height and a vertical width of substantially the same length.
Upper screw holes 4a and 4a are drilled symmetrically in the lower portions of both shoulders in correspondence with the positions of the screw holes 2a formed in the horizontal collar 2.
[0009]
In addition, lower screw holes 4b and 4b are formed symmetrically in the lower part of the sealer S so as to correspond to the positions of the screw holes 2a formed in the horizontal bar 2. The lower screw holes 4b and 4b are formed in the lower parts of the lower screw holes 4b and 4b. Slits 7 and 7 formed by cross-shaped notch through grooves are formed. The slits 7 and 7 are not opened in the normal form, but merely have a cross-shaped cut.
The slits 7 and 7 are cuts through which the tool is inserted. When the tool is inserted into the slits 7 and 7, the tongue pieces around the slits 7 and 7 are pushed open so that the position of the door support frame 11 of the door 12 is changed. Allow adjustment. The sealer S may be provided with a drain hole at an appropriate position as needed (not shown).
[0010]
On one side surface of the sealer S, the adhesive material 8 is formed by removing only the circular shape of the slits 7 and 7 and the release paper 9 is pasted. The portion where the adhesive material 8 is not formed is not limited to a circular shape, but may be a square shape or a polygonal shape. The release paper 9 may be a part where the adhesive material 8 is formed, but may be attached to the entire surface.
Moreover, it is not necessary to form the adhesive material 8 also about the part which does not form the adhesive material 8 for some reason. The release paper 9 is not an essential component. As a matter of course, the release paper 9 is peeled from the adhesive material 8 immediately before the sealer S is interposed between the both sides 1 and 2.
[0011]
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the present embodiment connects and fixes the vertical rod 1 and the horizontal rod 2 with screws 5. In order to interpose the sealer S, first, the release paper 9 of the sealer S is peeled off, and the sealer S is attached to the vertical gutter 1 with the adhesive material 8, and the vertical gutter 1 and the horizontal gutter 2 are aligned, and then both sides 1 , 2 are fixed with screws 5. When the opening / closing shoji is attached to the shoji frame, as shown in FIG. 2, the position adjustment of the door wheel 12 is inserted by inserting the tool D from the side of the vertical shaft 1 and pushing the slit 7 of the sealer S open and inserting it. Then, the tool D is rotated to adjust the position of the door support frame 11.
In this case, since the adhesive material 8 is not provided on the sealer S, the adhesive material 8 does not adhere to the tool D and the operation is easy, and an external force is not applied to the sealer S. There is no fear of it.
[0012]
FIG. 4 shows a modification of the present embodiment, and when the wheelchair or the like collides with the opening / closing obstacle A from the outside by the outdoor protective cover 13 that mainly covers the outdoor side of the lower arm portion of the opening / closing obstacle A. In addition, the opening / closing shoji A is provided so as not to be damaged by the impact.
The protective cover 13 is attached over the entire width of the opening width of the lower collar 2. The attachment is mainly by retrofitting, but it may be formed in advance with the lower collar. The protective cover 13 is attached to the outdoor side of the lower end of the lower cover 1 and the lower cover 2 of the lower cover 2 and the cushion 13b that is made of metal, plastic, wooden, etc. It consists of a double-sided adhesive tape 13c provided on the lower and both sides.
In addition, the protective sheet 13d is provided in the double-sided adhesive tape 13c before sticking.
The outdoor protective cover 13 is used to prevent breakage due to an impact from the outside. However, if the cover plate 13a is formed of a heat insulating material such as a synthetic resin, it can function as a heat insulating obstacle.
[0013]
FIG. 5 shows still another modified example of the present embodiment. An indoor protective cover 14 mainly covers the indoor side of the lower arm portion of the opening / closing door A, and a wheelchair or the like is attached to the opening / closing door A from the indoor side. It is provided so that the opening / closing shoji A is not damaged by the impact when it collides.
The protective cover 14 is attached to the lower arm 2. The attachment means, configuration and the like of the protective cover 14 are the same as those of the outdoor protective cover 13 shown in FIG. However, the outdoor protective cover 13 requires a weather-resistant material and configuration, but the indoor protective cover 14 is not necessary. However, the impact resistance is necessary in the same manner as the protective cover 13 on the outdoor side, and in addition, the relationship with the overall design of the room must be considered.
[0014]
In addition, although the said Example showed the example which applied this invention to the opening / closing shoji, you may apply to another opening / closing door. Moreover, although the said Example showed the example of the connection part of a vertical fence and a lower fence, the sealer S of this invention is applied to the connection part of a vertical fence and an upper fence, and the position adjustment of the hanging roller of an opening / closing door is carried out You may apply to the slit part for tool insertion for doing.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, even if the tool D is inserted through the slit 7 of the sealer S and rotated, the sealer S does not get caught by the tool D, and the sealer S before the operation after the operation by the tool D does not occur. An appropriate position and form are secured, and the function of the sealer S is secured.
