The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and a main object of the present invention is to provide an origin position adjustment method for a component transfer apparatus that can easily and accurately realize origin position adjustment. is there.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the first invention of the present application is configured such that a screw shaft screwed into a movable body having a component holding portion is connected via a coupling. It is necessary to adjust the deviation of the rotor rotation angle with respect to the stator motor so The movable body can be moved on the apparatus main body by driving, and the origin of the component transfer apparatus that performs positioning control of the movable body by reading the linear scale attached to the apparatus main body with a reading head attached to the movable body. In the position adjustment method, position detecting means for detecting that the movable body is within a predetermined range including the apparatus origin and outputting a predetermined range position signal; an encoder for detecting the rotational position of the motor and outputting a maximum output signal; Move the movable body to match the device origin that is pre-positioned on the device body. The apparatus origin position setting means is provided, and in the range in which the predetermined range position signal is output, the maximum output signal is output only once. First, the movable body is configured using the apparatus origin position setting means. Positioning at the device origin position, a position signal of a predetermined range is output from the position detection means, and the motor is rotated so that the coupling is loosened under such a state, When the output signal is output, the rotation of the motor is stopped, then the coupling is connected and the home position adjustment operation is completed. During the subsequent movement of the movable body, both the predetermined range position signal and the maximum output signal are obtained. The determined position is set as a zero point of the reading position of the linear scale by the reading head.
[0015]
In such a configuration, the movable body first uses the apparatus origin position setting means. Pre-positioned It is positioned at the origin position of the device, and a position signal is output from the position detection means. Under such a state, the coupling is loosened. It is necessary to adjust the deviation of the rotor rotation angle with respect to the stator When the motor is rotated and the maximum output signal is output from the encoder, the rotation of the motor is stopped, and then the coupling is connected and the home position adjustment operation is completed. Since the position where both the signal and the maximum output signal are obtained is the zero point of the linear scale reading position by the reading head, the origin position can be adjusted only by coupling on / off operation, as in the conventional example, There is no need to adjust both the read head position and the coupling on / off operation. Moreover, since the amount of deviation of the rotor with respect to the stator of the motor is always zero at the origin of the movable body and the maximum output of the motor can be obtained, no complicated work for checking the amount of deviation of the rotor is required. Therefore, the origin position adjustment time is significantly shortened, and the origin position adjustment can be performed accurately.
[0016]
In the second invention of the present application, a screw shaft screwed into a movable body having a component holding portion capable of adjusting the position is connected via a coupling. The apparatus origin position setting means is provided, and in the range where the predetermined range position signal is output, the maximum output signal is configured to be output only once. First, the motor is rotated to move the movable body, When a predetermined range position signal is output from the position detection means and a maximum output signal is output from the encoder, the motor is stopped to stop the movable body, and then the component holder is used as the apparatus origin position setting means. The position where the predetermined range position signal and the maximum output signal are obtained during the subsequent movement of the movable body is set as the zero point of the reading position of the linear scale by the reading head. It is what.
[0017]
In such a configuration, It is necessary to adjust the deviation of the rotor rotation angle with respect to the stator When the motor is rotated and the movable body is moved, the position detection means outputs a predetermined range position signal, and when the maximum output signal is output from the encoder, the rotation of the motor is stopped and the movable body is stopped. Next, the component holding unit uses the device origin position setting means. Pre-positioned Since the position where both the predetermined range position signal and the maximum output signal are obtained during the subsequent movement of the movable body is the zero point of the reading position of the linear scale by the reading head. The origin position can be adjusted only by position adjustment, and both the operations of adjusting the position of the read head and turning on / off the coupling as in the conventional example are not required.
[0018]
Further, the position detection means is provided on the apparatus main body so as to output a predetermined range position signal when the detection plate is attached to the movable body and has a predetermined length in the movable body moving direction and detecting the detection plate. If it consists of a sensor, since a commercially available position detection sensor can be used, there exists an effect of the said 1st or 2nd invention with a simple structure.
[0019]
Further, the position detecting means comprises a mark provided on the linear scale and having a predetermined length in the moving direction of the movable body, and a reading head to which a function of outputting a predetermined range position signal when this mark is detected is added. Then, since a special position detection sensor is unnecessary, the effects of the first or second invention can be achieved with a simpler configuration.

【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, the origin position can be adjusted only by turning on / off the coupling or only by adjusting the position of the component holding portion. There is no need for both coupling on / off operations. Moreover, at the origin of the movable body It is necessary to adjust the deviation of the rotor rotation angle with respect to the stator Since the amount of deviation of the rotor with respect to the stator of the motor is always zero and the maximum output of the motor can be obtained, a complicated operation for confirming the amount of deviation of the rotor is not required. Therefore, the origin position adjustment time is significantly shortened, and the origin position adjustment can be performed accurately.
