【0001】

An object of the present invention is to provide a boiler device that eliminates the disadvantages of the prior art and has no deformation of the tubes constituting the ceiling wall.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a ceiling wall inlet header, a ceiling wall outlet header, and a tube that constitutes a ceiling wall by connecting one to the ceiling wall inlet header and the other to the ceiling wall outlet header. And a steel frame for fixing the ceiling wall, a support bar installed in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the tube, and a rod for connecting the support bar and the steel frame,
The support bar is divided into a plurality of portions, and the joint portions of the divided support bars with the tube are welded, and the divided support bars are connected by a connecting member with a gap, and for each of the divided support bars The rod is arranged .
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Conventionally, since each individual tube was welded and fixed to one support bar, the difference in elongation was determined by the maximum elongation and the minimum elongation in the tube. However, as shown in the present invention, multiple support bars are used. Since the structure is divided, the difference in elongation is determined by the maximum elongation and the minimum elongation of the tube for each division, so that the elongation can be reduced with respect to the conventional structure. Further, since the support bars are connected to each other with a gap G as shown in FIG. 3, the axial displacement of the tube between the support bars can be absorbed by the gap.
[0016]
Therefore, even if a difference in elongation occurs between the individual tubes welded and fixed to the support bar, there is no problem that a part of the tubes is deformed.
