BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a composite magnet of an electromagnet and a permanent magnet, comprising an iron core, a coil disposed so as to surround the outer peripheral surface of the iron core, and a permanent magnet mounted on the iron core so that the magnetic pole matches the magnetization direction of the iron core. About.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-44930 discloses an electromagnet comprising an iron core, a coil disposed so as to surround the outer peripheral surface of the iron core, and a permanent magnet mounted on the iron core so that the magnetic poles coincide with the magnetization direction of the iron core. And a permanent magnet composite magnet is disclosed. A groove extending in the axial direction is formed in a part of the outer peripheral edge of the iron core in the intermediate part in the axial direction or from one end part to the other end in the axial direction, and a permanent magnet is fitted into this groove. It is installed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, permanent magnets (for example, ferrite magnets, rare earth magnets, etc.) have lower magnetic permeability than iron cores (generally low carbon iron materials). In the composite magnet, a permanent magnet having a low magnetic permeability is attached to a part of the outer peripheral edge of the iron core, so that the magnetic flux generated in the iron core when the coil is energized to magnetize the iron core. Cannot be collected sufficiently efficiently on one of the magnetic pole faces of the iron core. In other words, since a permanent magnet having a low permeability is attached to a part of the outer peripheral edge of the iron core, a part of the outer peripheral edge of the iron core is blocked in the magnetization direction, and the outer peripheral edge of the iron core The magnetic flux generated in a part of the core is blocked by the permanent magnet, and the magnetic flux generated in a part of the outer peripheral edge of the iron core cannot be efficiently guided to one of the magnetic pole faces of the iron core as desired. Moreover, the area | region where a permanent magnet exists of an iron core becomes far in the radial direction with respect to a part of coil, and the magnetic flux corresponding to electricity supply of a coil cannot be generated effectively. Therefore, it can be said that when the coil is energized to magnetize the iron core, magnetic flux cannot be generated in the iron core sufficiently efficiently, and the performance of the electromagnet cannot be fully utilized. Also, due to the configuration in which the permanent magnet is attached to a part of the outer peripheral edge of the iron core, the permanent magnet's cross-sectional area cannot be increased sufficiently as required, and the permanent magnet is used effectively. Can not do it. In summary, it can be said that neither an electromagnet nor a permanent magnet can be used effectively. Due to the fact that neither an electromagnet nor a permanent magnet can be used effectively, the length of the electromagnet (iron core and coil) in the magnetizing direction is lengthened, and the entire composite magnet is increased in size and weight. Cost increases. Since the cross-sectional area of the iron core in the part where the permanent magnet is installed becomes considerably larger than the cross-sectional area of the permanent magnet, when magnetizing force is applied for magnetization after assembling the permanent magnet before magnetizing to the iron core A lot of magnetic flux flows through the iron core, and the permanent magnet cannot be sufficiently magnetized as required. In order to solve this problem, the magnetized permanent magnet must be mounted on the iron core, which makes the assembly work difficult. Furthermore, due to the configuration in which the permanent magnet is mounted on a part of the outer peripheral edge of the iron core, the cross-sectional shape of the permanent magnet cannot be a simple shape such as a circle or a rectangle. There is also a problem that the manufacturing cost is increased because it is relatively difficult to groove the outer peripheral edge of the iron core. Furthermore, in the composite magnet, since the length of the permanent magnet is relatively long, the material cost becomes expensive.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to provide a novel electromagnet-permanent magnet composite magnet that makes it possible to use both electromagnets and permanent magnets effectively.
[0005]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a novel electromagnet and a permanent magnet that make it possible to make the length of the magnetization direction of the electromagnet shorter than before when the magnetic flux generated from one of the magnetic pole faces is the same when the coil is energized. It is to provide a composite magnet of magnets.
[0006]
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a novel electromagnet-permanent magnet composite magnet that makes it possible to reduce the overall configuration in size and weight and to reduce the manufacturing cost.
[0007]
Still another object of the present invention is to allow the permanent magnet to be sufficiently magnetized as required after the permanent magnet before being magnetized is assembled to the iron core, thereby facilitating the assembly work of the permanent magnet to the iron core. It is an object of the present invention to provide a novel electromagnet-permanent magnet composite magnet that can be converted into a magnet.
[0008]
Still another object of the present invention is to produce a permanent magnet at a relatively low cost since the cross-sectional shape of the permanent magnet can be made simple and there is no need to groove a part of the outer peripheral edge of the iron core. It is to provide a novel electromagnet / permanent composite magnet that makes it possible to do this.
[0009]
