Description
【0001】

【The invention's effect】
The present invention has the following first effect. Since a portion for storing the sealing material is provided inside the outer frame, when a fluid silicone resin or urethane resin is used for the sealing material, excess sealing material will be collected in the above-mentioned storage portion. The work which removes the excess sealing material which protruded from the fitting part as described in the subject which this invention is going to solve becomes unnecessary. Also, if a resin such as double-sided adhesive tape based on non-flowable butyl rubber or acrylic foam is used as the sealing material, this resin will be stored in the above-mentioned reservoir, so that the outer frame can be assembled easily. In addition, since a sufficient amount of resin can be used, the water resistance is also good. As described in the problem to be solved by the above-mentioned invention, since the resin does not have fluidity, excess resin cannot escape from the fitting portion, and it is difficult to assemble the outer frame. The problem of lowering water resistance and water stoppage due to reducing the amount of resin to facilitate assembly work can be solved.
[0028]
In addition, the present invention has a weather resistant member having insulation on the front and back surfaces of the metal foil or metal plate on the back surface side in the solar cell panel, and in the metal outer frame, the end portion of the weather resistant member In addition to the first effect described above, the metal foil or metal plate and the metal outer frame are not in contact with each other because the recess for storing the sealing material is provided on the inner side of the outer frame facing each other. Insulation required for the solar cell module can be obtained.
[0029]
Furthermore, the present invention provides a solar cell panel comprising a light-transmitting insulating substrate on the light-receiving surface side and a weather-resistant film in which a metal foil on the back surface is sandwiched between insulating films, and a solar cell element interposed between them. A structure in which a transparent resin is filled in a gap between the inside and the inner space, and in the outer frame, the portion where the rear surface side edge of the outer periphery of the translucent insulating substrate is located, that is, the end of the metal foil of the weather resistant film is opposed. A recess for storing the sealing material is provided inside the outer frame. Therefore, in addition to the first effect, the insulation required for the solar cell module can be obtained without contact between the metal foil and the metal outer frame.
