【0001】
【0004】
Δθ=tan-1(sinθ/cosθ)
【0018】
Δθ1=θs−θ0+θe1
【0020】
Δθ2=θr−θ0+θe2
【0022】
θe1 =θe2
【0025】
Δθ1=2π・ta/tc
【0026】
Δθ2=2π・td/tc
である。
【0027】
【0028】
Δθ3=2π・(ta+tb)/2tc
【0029】
Δθ4=2π・(td+te)/2tc

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a densitometer that measures the concentration of a fluid to be measured using a microwave, and more particularly to a densitometer that can improve accuracy.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, this type of densitometer is shown in FIG. This densitometer measures the phase lag of the received wave that has propagated through the substance to be measured by injecting the microwave into the fluid to be measured that flows through the pipe. Furthermore, the reference phase lag (for example, when water flows through the same pipe) In this case, the concentration of the substance to be measured is measured from the difference from the phase delay.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such a conventional densitometer, in particular, since a voltage offset error occurs in the quadrature

In addition, since the two high-
In addition to the above errors, since many analog circuits are used, the error factors of each analog circuit overlap, and the resulting phase difference includes voltage offset error, phase linearity error, phase offset error, frequency offset Since errors etc. are included, in order to calibrate these errors, the power, phase, and frequency are used as parameters to obtain the error when these are changed, and a correction curve is created and measured. Sometimes the correction result is corrected using this correction curve.
[0007]
However, it takes time and labor to create such a correction curve, and the characteristics are different for each analog circuit, so that there is a problem that a correction curve must be created for each densitometer. In addition, even if a correction curve is prepared, there is a problem that the error characteristic changes due to aging or temperature change of the analog circuit. The temperature change can be dealt with by storing the apparatus in a container heated to a constant temperature with a heater, but there is also a problem that it costs because it requires a heater or the like.

By taking the difference between Δθ 3 and Δθ 4 , θs−θr can be obtained. In other words, by obtaining the phase difference θs−θr based on the time point of 90 degrees of each of the measurement signal S and the reference signal R, it is not affected by errors due to leakage of the

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the microwave signal from the receiver is mixed with the second microwave signal from the second microwave oscillator, and the low frequency of | f 1 −f 2 | After converting the low-frequency signal into a rectangular wave, a signal that does not propagate through the fluid to be measured and a rectangular wave signal from the waveform shaping circuit are input to the phase difference calculation circuit. By using the reference frequency signal from the reference oscillator to count the phase difference of the analog circuit, the analog circuit can be reduced compared to the conventional densitometer, so there is less error due to the characteristics of the analog circuit. Thus, the accuracy can be improved.
[0038]
The microwave signals from the first microwave oscillator and the second microwave oscillator are phase-locked to the signal from the reference oscillator, and the phase difference calculation circuit detects the phase difference using the signal from the reference oscillator. Therefore, for example, even if the signal of the reference oscillator fluctuates, all are affected by the same effect, and as a result, the phase difference output from the phase difference calculation circuit is not affected by the fluctuation of the reference oscillator. There is no excellent effect.
[0039]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, a microwave signal from the first microwave oscillator is mixed with a second microwave signal from the second microwave oscillator as a signal that does not propagate through the fluid to be measured. , | F 1 −f 2 | is converted into a low-frequency signal, and this low-frequency signal is converted into a rectangular wave signal. The phase difference calculation circuit uses the waveform shaping circuit that has propagated the fluid to be measured. By counting the phase difference from the square wave signal, the analog circuit can be reduced compared to conventional densitometers, so errors due to the characteristics of the analog circuit are reduced and accuracy is improved. Can be made.
[0040]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the signal to be measured is obtained by dividing the signal of the reference frequency from the reference oscillator into | f 1 −f 2 | as the signal that does not propagate through the fluid to be measured. Since only one analog circuit for processing the signal propagated through the circuit is required, the circuit configuration is simplified and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
