Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicle power supply device that supplies power to various electrical components, devices, and devices mounted on a vehicle such as a passenger car, and more specifically, reduces power consumption of a battery when the vehicle is stopped. The present invention relates to a vehicle power supply device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
While a vehicle such as a passenger car is stopped or not in operation, for example, it is possible to display an alarm by displaying a half door, but on the other hand, if the driver is not aware of the alarm and left unattended for a long time, the battery life may be exhausted. . In addition, when the vehicle is not in operation, forgetting to turn off the headlight, forgetting to turn off the room light, etc. continues for a long time, the battery life may be exhausted. In addition, there are various factors that consume battery power even when the vehicle is not operating.
[0003]
Further, there is a factor that the battery power is consumed even when the operation is not forgotten as in the above-described example while the vehicle is stopped or not operating.
A typical example is power feeding to an electronic control system that can be always activated to activate a vehicle. The electronic control unit that occupies the core of the electronic control system is usually configured with a microcomputer, and is in a sleep mode so that the power consumption of the microcomputer is minimized when the vehicle is not operating or stopped. In many cases, even in the sleep mode, if the number of electronic control units using a microcomputer is large, it does not change that a considerable amount of power is consumed.
[0004]
Also, when the vehicle is stored for a long period of time, when it is exported overseas by sea, it is transported over a long period from the exporting country to the importing country. Accumulation of current can also significantly reduce battery life or run out of battery life.
[0005]
In particular, since recent vehicles have been digitized, many electronic devices are mounted on the vehicle, and battery consumption tends to be accelerated. However, since the capacity of the battery is limited, the above-mentioned problems cannot be sufficiently overcome.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Various approaches for reducing the power consumption of the battery can be considered in order to extend the life of the battery.
For example, regarding forgetting to turn off the room light described above, the electronic control system that monitors the state of the vehicle mounted on the vehicle monitors the state, and automatically after a predetermined time has elapsed after the vehicle is not operating or stopped. A method of stopping power supply to all electrical systems that do not operate when the vehicle is not operating or stopped, such as a room light that has been forgotten to be turned off, can be considered.
However, since the electronic control system that monitors the vehicle state always operates, power supply to the electronic control system consumes battery power as a dark current. Even when the electronic control system is in the sleep mode, there are a large number of electronic control circuits, and if the non-operation period is long, the power consumption of the battery becomes considerable.
[0007]
When the vehicle is not used for a long period of time such as overseas transportation during the long-term storage described above, the fuse on the output side of the battery may be removed. Certainly, if the fuse is removed, the power supply to all the electric systems of the vehicle is completely eliminated, so that only the voltage drop of the battery due to the natural discharge over a long period of time is obtained.
However, it is troublesome to remove the fuse when the vehicle is not used for a long time or to insert the fuse when the vehicle is used, and there is a possibility that the operator may come into contact with the battery power supply line. Is dangerous.
[0008]
In a conventional power supply system, a power supply system to a load such as a room light and a headlight and a power supply system to an electronic control system are not clearly divided. For this reason, there is an aspect in which the above-described measures for reducing power consumption when the vehicle is stopped cannot be effectively performed.
[0009]
An object of the present invention is to overcome the above-described problems, and in particular to provide a vehicle power supply device that minimizes power consumption when the vehicle is stopped or not in use.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention clearly divides a power feeding system into a power feeding system for a load and a power feeding system to an electric system such as a control circuit.
Next, for power supply of an electric system such as a control circuit, power is supplied for a predetermined time when the vehicle is not operating or stopped, and power is supplied to a predetermined electronic control unit without any trouble during a non-operation period that can be considered in a normal vehicle usage form.
