Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an incoming call notification unit for a mobile phone, and more particularly to a technique for identifying a caller by notifying a caller's voice at a called terminal.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a conventional mobile phone, the calling party's calling number (calling party's telephone number) is used as a means for identifying the other party (calling party) who made the call at the called party's terminal. Identification can be made by displaying on the liquid crystal display unit of the terminal or by displaying a name corresponding to the calling number stored in the terminal on the called side. In addition, at least one of the sounds recorded by the owner, the composed music, and the built-in sound of the mobile phone is used as the incoming sound to be notified when there is an incoming call. In addition, there are some which can be set to use different ringtones for each caller who receives a call using the calling number notified by the caller.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described conventional method, the caller cannot be identified on the receiving side unless the caller notifies the calling number. In addition, even if the calling party is notified of the calling party number, the name and the like corresponding to the calling party number are stored for incoming calls from a person who does not store the calling party telephone number in the called terminal. Therefore, the name of the caller could not be displayed on the liquid crystal display, and the caller could not be specified.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problem, the mobile phone according to claim 1 is a mobile phone capable of exchanging information between a caller and a callee by placing information on a subaddress included in a call signal.

Storage means for storing the voice information as a ringing tone corresponding to the identification information of the calling party when the sub-address detecting means detects the voice information;
Control means for reading out a ring tone corresponding to the identification information of the calling side from the storage means and notifying the ringing tone using the notification means in response to an incoming call from the calling side. It is characterized by that.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, based on one Example of this invention, it demonstrates using figures. In addition, the same code | symbol is used for the location which shows the same structure.
FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing an embodiment of a mobile phone according to the present invention. 1, 1 is an antenna, 2 is a transmission / reception unit that transmits / receives a radio signal, and 3 is a sub-address detection unit that detects a sub-address included in the radio signal received by the transmission / reception unit 2. 4 is an identification information detecting means for detecting caller identification information (telephone number, etc.) included in the received radio signal, and 5 is an electric signal obtained by taking in surrounding sounds and sounds like a microphone. A voice input unit for conversion, a voice output unit for outputting voice information of an electrical signal as an actual sound like a speaker, a storage unit for storing data such as a telephone number and a ring tone, and 8 for an incoming call A ringing tone generating unit that informs the user of this incoming call with sound, 9 is a display unit that displays a telephone number, a function setting menu, and the like. Read and display on the display unit 9 , Control to put the data into sub-address, indicates a CPU, for controlling for setting the ringing tone.
[0007]
Next, the operation will be described with reference to FIG.
First, a description will be given of a process from when a calling terminal creates a ring tone and includes the ring tone in a sub-address before making a call. The caller takes a ring tone to be transmitted to the receiving terminal from the voice input unit 5 and temporarily stores the fetched voice in the storage unit 7 as voice information. Then, while making a call operation to the other party who wants to transmit, the CPU 10 includes the voice information captured and stored in the sub-address area of the call signal. The transmitter / receiver 2 transmits a call signal including the voice information via the antenna 1.
[0008]
Next, the operation for extracting and storing the voice information transmitted from the calling terminal will be described. When a call signal is received from the calling terminal by the transmitting / receiving unit 2 via the antenna 1, the sub-address detecting unit 3 detects whether information is included in the sub-address of the call signal. At the same time, the identification information detecting means 4 detects the caller identification information from the call signal. When the sub address detecting unit 3 detects voice information at the sub address of the call signal, the voice information and caller identification information are stored in the storage unit 6 in association with each other.
[0009]
Next, the incoming call notification operation of the incoming terminal that has received the call signal will be described. The receiving terminal that has received the call signal detects the caller's identification information from the identification information means 4. Then, the CPU 10 reads the corresponding ringtone from the storage unit 7 in accordance with the caller identification information. The read ringing tone notifies the ringing tone corresponding to the calling party from the ringing tone generating unit 8 according to the control of the CPU 10 and notifies the receiving side subscriber of the incoming call including the identification of the calling party.
[0010]
FIG. 2 shows an operation flowchart on the calling side until the caller transmits a ring tone and makes a call. First, before making a call, the caller starts recording the incoming voice (in the case where the incoming call is a voice) in order to create a ringtone on the called side (step 101). When the incoming voice is created, the incoming voice is included in the subaddress of the outgoing call signal as data (step 102). Thereafter, the called party is called with the incoming voice included in the subaddress until the called party answers (step 103). When the called party answers the incoming call, a call is made (104).
[0011]
FIG. 3 shows an operation flowchart on the called side until a call is made after receiving a call from the calling party. When an incoming call is received from the calling side, the transmitted data is received (step 201). If there is a ringtone created by voice or the like in this data (step 202), the ringtone is stored and set as a ringtone at the same time (step 203). Then, a ringing tone (sound or the like) transmitted according to the setting in step 203 is sounded to notify that there is an incoming call (step 204). Then, the call is started by identifying and responding to the caller by the ring tone (step 205).
[0012]
Also, the flowcharts of FIGS. 2 and 3 may be omitted for the sake of simple explanation.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
With the above configuration, using the mobile phone according to the present invention, the calling terminal can add its own voice or a sound that can identify the calling party to the calling signal and transmit it to the called terminal. Since the terminal on the receiving side is configured to ring with the sound that can identify the caller sent as the ringing tone that notifies the incoming call, the terminal on the receiving side notifies the incoming call with the caller's voice, etc. Therefore, it is possible to quickly determine who is receiving the incoming call. As a result, it is possible to determine by voice (voice) a partner who does not want to speak immediately or a person who absolutely does not want to speak, and the caller can be identified even from a location away from the mobile phone.
