【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、百貨店や運送会社等が配送業務に使用する配送伝票に係り、特に、受領票の紛失を確実に防止することができ、帳票類の円滑な管理が行なえる配送伝票に関する。

【従来の技術】
例えば、百貨店や運送会社等が配送品を発送する場合には、配送品に配送伝票を貼付して配送品の流れを管理しており、従来から複数枚綴りの配送伝票は公知であるが、最近ではラベルシートに剥離片となる複数の伝票用紙が剥離可能に貼付された管理が容易でかつ、各種情報の確認が一目でできる１頁仕様の配送伝票が多様される傾向にある。

この１頁仕様の配送伝票としては、図２３，図２４に示すように、配送伝票１は、ラベルシート２の表面側に受領票３ａ，貼付票３ｂ，管理票３ｃが設置されており、この各票３ａ〜３ｃのうち、両側の受領票３ａと管理票３ｃは剥離可能にラベルシート２の表面に貼付されており、中央の貼付票３ｂは剥離不能にラベルシート２の表面に完全接着されている。また、ラベルシート２の裏面側には配送品に貼り合わせるために粘着剤４が塗布され、粘着剤４面には剥離紙５が貼付されている。

そして、この配送伝票１の使用形態について説明すると、受領票３ａ，貼付票３ｂ，管理票３ｃに所定情報を印字した後、剥離紙５を剥がして、粘着剤４により配送品（図示せず）に配送伝票１を貼り付け、受領票３ａ並びに管理票３ｃを剥離して運用している。尚、配送品を配送先のユーザーに手渡した際、この受領票３ａに捺印してもらい、捺印済みの受領票３ａを持ち帰り管理している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このように、従来の１頁仕様の配送伝票１においては、配送品に配送伝票１を貼付した後、受領票３ａと管理票３ｃとを剥がして、管理伝票として使用し、配送先のユーザーに配送品を届け、受領票３ａに捺印してもらうが、受取人不在の場合には、受領票３ａと配送品を再度持ち帰ることになり、受領票３ａが疑似接着してあった箇所は再貼付できないため、配送品と受領票３ａとを別個に所持する関係で受領票３ａの紛失が発生し易く、伝票類の円滑な管理が困難であるという欠点が指摘されている。

この発明は、このような事情に鑑みてなされたもので、１頁仕様の配送伝票において、配送品の受取人が不在の場合、配送品と受領票を再度持ち帰る場合においても、受領票の紛失を確実に防止でき、円滑な伝票管理が行なえる配送伝票を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、請求項１記載の発明は、ラベルシートの表面に、貼付票，管理票，受領票等の伝票用紙が設けられ、これらのうち貼付票以外の伝票用紙が剥離可能に貼付されるとともに、ラベルシートの裏面に配送品に貼り合わされるために粘着剤が塗布され、粘着剤面に剥離紙が貼付された配送伝票において、前記配送伝票を配送品に貼り付けた後、ラベルシートから剥離操作した受領票を差込み収納できる収納部が設置され、前記受領票の収納部は、ラベルシート裏面の剥離紙の一部を残して配送品に貼り付け、剥離紙片と配送品との間に設置されるとともに、収納部の開口として、ラベルシート又はラベルシート及び剥離紙にスリット，穴等を開設したことを特徴とする。

このように、本発明の特徴は、配送伝票に封筒機能を付与し、受領票等の伝票用紙を差込み収納できる収納部を設置したことにある。

ここで、ラベルシートは、連続用紙形式のものが使用され、このラベルシートの表面側には、受領票，管理票等の伝票用紙が剥離可能に貼付されており、また、貼付票としては剥離不能に接着されるか、あるいはラベルシート表面に印刷されても良い。また、ラベルシート裏面には、粘着剤が塗布され、この粘着剤面に剥離紙が貼付されているが、剥離紙にカット処理を施し、剥離紙の一部を残したままで配送品に貼り付けることにより、配送伝票と配送品との間に剥離紙を介した非接着部分を設け、この非接着部分を受領票の収納部とするために、ラベルシート及び剥離紙にスリット加工を施すか、ラベルシートのスリット加工と、剥離紙の紙端を一致させるか、あるいは剥離紙の紙端を配送伝票の紙端と一致させることにより、封筒用の開口とする。

次に、請求項２記載の発明は、ラベルシートの表面に、貼付票，管理票，受領票等の伝票用紙が設けられ、これらのうち貼付票以外の伝票用紙が剥離可能に貼付されるとともに、ラベルシートの裏面に配送品に貼り合わされるために粘着剤が塗布され、粘着剤面に剥離紙が貼付された配送伝票において、前記配送伝票を配送品に貼り付けた後、ラベルシートから剥離操作した受領票を差込み収納できる収納部が設置され、前記受領票の収納部は、方形状の貼付票をラベルシートに対してその３辺に沿って糊付けを行ない、残る１辺を開口として、封筒状に貼り付けることにより、貼付票内に設定されていることを特徴とする。

以上の構成から明らかなように、ラベルシート裏面の剥離紙片と配送品との間の非接着部分及びラベルシート表面と伝票用紙、あるいは圧着用紙間の非接着部分にそれぞれ受領票を差込み収納できる収納部を設定したため、受取人が不在の場合でも配送伝票に受領票を差し込んで持ち帰れば、受領票の紛失を有効に防止できる。

以下、本発明に係る配送伝票の実施形態について、添付図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。

次に、図４乃至図６に基づいて、本発明に係る配送伝票１０の使用形態について説明する。

本発明に係る配送伝票１０は、ラベルシート２０の所定部に設定した貼付票３２及び受領票３０，管理票３１に所定情報を印字処理した後、図示しない横方向ミシン目を破断操作して、単片状の配送伝票１０を形成し、図４に示すように、配送品Ｐに貼付するが、その際、剥離紙６０を剥がす際、部分カットライン６１で囲まれた図２中符号ａで示す剥離紙片６２をラベルシート２０裏面に残したままで、配送品Ｐに貼付する。

【発明の効果】
以上説明した通り、本発明は、以下に記載する格別の作用効果を有する。
