本発明は、腹部の形態を補整することによって女性の体型、特にウエストラインから腹部にかけての形態をすっきりと整えるショーツ、ガードル、ボディースーツ、レオタード、水着等の体型補整用被服、及びペチコート等の股部分の無い体型補整用被服の製造方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、腹部やヒップの形態を補整し又は造形することによって女性の体型、特にウエストラインから太股にかけての形態をすっきりと整えるための体型補整用被服として、例えばガードルが提供されている。

このガードルは、基本的に腹部とヒップの全体を締めつけるようにして体型を整えるものであり、特に腹部については、ガードル本体の内側又は外側に、当て布として例えばダイヤ形状の非伸縮性の布片を密着させて縫着したり、又は宙吊り状に縫着したりすることにより、この当て布によって腹部全体を押さえつけるようになっているものが一般的である。

このようなガードルは、通常、ショーツの上に重ねて着用することから、圧迫感が強く、また嵩張るため、この圧迫感や嵩張り感を嫌う人も多い。一方、ショーツについては、肌に直接触れるため、今までは装着感と装着の容易性とが重視されており、体型補整についてはほとんど考慮されていないのが現状である。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、本発明は、人体の腹部を被覆する伸縮性の前布片と、人体の臀部を被覆する後布片とを有し、前記前布片に、前布片と後布片との縫着箇所である一方の脇線部分から他方の脇線部分に至る横方向のダーツラインが、丈方向の複数箇所に形成されている体型補整用被服の製造方法であって、前記前布片の製造は、前記前布片を作製する元となる元布片から、その両脇線部分を起点として、中央部にいくほど幅広となるような三日月状の布片を切除する工程と、切除後の対向する切除ライン同士を縫合することによって前記ダーツラインを形成する工程と、からなるものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について、図面を参照して説明する。

すなわち、本実施の形態の体型補整用被服の前布片２の丈は、従来のショーツの前布片の丈より短くなっているため、これを着用したときには、従来のショーツよりも大きな丈方向の張力が、前布片２の主に中央部分にかかることになるが、このような丈方向の張力は上記した如く各小片２１〜２４によって分散されており、かつ横方向の張力も上記した如く各ダーツライン６，７，８によって分散されているので、着用したときに前布片２のウエストライン９がその張力によって下方にずれていくといった事態は発生しない。しかも、上記した如く、両脇線部分５ａ，５ｂの長さは、従来のショーツのものと同じ長さになっているので、この両脇線部分５ａ，５ｂでも、前布片２に作用する下向きの張力を受け止めることができるようになっており、安定した装着感が得られるものである。

なお、上記実施の形態では、ダーツラインを３本設けているが、２本程度であっても十分にその機能を果たすことが可能である。また、反対に４本以上設けてもよいが、あまり多すぎると腹部の全体を圧迫することになり、従来のガードルと変わらなくなるので、２〜４本程度が好適である。

また、上記実施の形態では、本発明の体型補整用被服を股部のあるショーツに適用しているが、股部の無い例えばペチコート等に適用した場合でも、同様の効果が得られるものである。

【発明の効果】
本発明の製造方法によれば、体型補整用被服は、前布片に、前布片と後布片との縫着箇所である一方の脇線部分から他方の脇線部分に至る横方向のダーツラインを丈方向の複数箇所に形成している。また、そのダーツラインは、前布片を作製する元となる外形寸法の同じ元布片の両脇線部分を起点とし、中央部にいくほど幅広となるような三日月状の布片を切除し、切除後の対向する切除ライン同士を縫合することによって形成している。つまり、腹部にたまった脂肪の弛み部分に相当する布片を切除して、その切除部分にダーツラインを設けているので、あたかも腹部にたまった脂肪（ぜい肉）を摘んで左右両側に引き上げるように作用し、その結果、腹部の弛みを効果的に補整することができるものである。
