BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an induction heating type shrink fitting device for fixing a blade shank portion to a hole portion of a tool holder by shrink fitting.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a method of fitting and fixing a metal shaft member in a hole of a metal holder or the like, the difference in the thermal expansion coefficient of the metal is used by induction heating that generates heat due to eddy current loss caused by induction current generated by magnetic flux change. There is something that performs shrink fitting. (Published Patent No. 8-502212)
In addition, as a method for cooling the blade shank portion fixed to the tool holder by shrink fitting, for example, there is a device that blows cold air from a cooling nozzle or an air nozzle provided in the vicinity of the tool holder. (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-77443)
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the conventional induction heating type shrink fitting device has different tool holder dimensions, it is necessary to select and replace the optimal coil corresponding to the tool holder of various sizes when shrink fitting. There was a problem that it took time.
[0004]
Further, each time the blade shank portion fixed to the tool holder by shrink fitting is cooled, there is a problem in that the blower nozzle must be set in the vicinity of the tool holder.
[0005]
In addition, since there is only one blowing nozzle, the tool holder can be cooled only from one direction, and the entire circumference of the tool holder cannot be efficiently cooled.
[0006]
Furthermore, this conventional induction heating type shrink fitting device detects the temperature of the tool holder using a non-contact infrared type temperature sensing means corresponding to the tool holders of various sizes to be shrink fitted, and performs heating. Although it was automatically stopped, this temperature detection means is very expensive, and the tool holder is discolored by heating as it is used repeatedly, and it becomes impossible to accurately detect the surface temperature of the tool holder. was there.
[0007]
In addition, there is a problem that the core of the induction heating coil comes into contact with the tool holder and breaks the core.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention comprises an induction heating coil comprising a core having a hollow inside and provided with a temperature detection means, a bobbin provided outside thereof, and a pair of coils wound around the bobbin. The coil is disposed on the side surface of the tool holder so that the position of the coil can be adjusted, whereby the temperature of the tool holder can be detected.
[0009]
In addition, a stopper insulator that is fixed to the core, bobbin, and holding part and protrudes toward the tool holder from the core so that the core does not directly contact the tool holder is provided to prevent contact between the core and the tool holder.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
According to the first aspect of the present invention, an induction heating type shrink fitting in which an alternating current is passed through the induction heating coil, the tool holder is heated by the induced current generated thereby, and the shank portion of the blade is fixed to the hole portion by shrink fitting. In the apparatus, the induction heating coil is wound around the core, a core into which the temperature detecting means for measuring the temperature of the tool holder in contact is inserted, a bobbin provided outside the core, and the bobbin. The coil is arranged on the side surface of the tool holder so that the position of the coil can be adjusted, and heating by the coil is automatically performed when the temperature detected by the temperature detecting means reaches a predetermined temperature or more. And a blower for cooling the tool holder. The blower and the core are connected by a hose, and the tool hob is blown by the blower from the blower when the tool holder is cooled. Da cooled, then, is obtained so as to automatically stop the blowing.
[0011]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a stopper insulator that is fixed to the core, bobbin, and holding part and that protrudes toward the tool holder from the core so that the core does not directly contact the tool holder.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the induction heating coil is constituted by a pair of coils and is arranged on both side surfaces of the tool holder so that the position of the tool holder can be adjusted. The coil can be moved to a position where optimum heating efficiency can be obtained by changing the position of the coil. For this reason, it is not necessary to replace the coil every time the size of the tool holder changes, and the setup time can be shortened.
[0039]
Moreover, since the cooling air blowing part of the tool holder is in the coils on both sides, the structure is simple, and the setup such as installation of the cooling air blowing member required for cooling can be eliminated.
[0040]
Furthermore, since the induction heating coil has a core provided with temperature detection means, the temperature can be accurately detected with an inexpensive structure regardless of the surface state of the tool holder.
[0041]
In addition, a stopper and insulator that are fixed to the core, bobbin, and holding part and protrude from the core so that the core does not directly hit the tool holder, prevent contact between the core and the tool holder, prevent damage to the core, The distance from the tool holder can be made appropriate.
