スロットル開速度Vs(即ち、スロットル開度θの微分項)は次式(A)により求められる。
【0055】
Vs=dθ/dt…(A)
Vs=15%/100ms
【0057】
dT=208Nm

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a driving force distribution control device for a four-wheel drive vehicle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a four-wheel drive vehicle that variably controls the driving force transmission ratio of the driving force transmission device based on the vehicle speed and the throttle opening, thereby variably controlling the driving force distribution between the front wheel side and the rear wheel side. A driving force distribution control apparatus is known. Specifically, the driving force (transmission torque) corresponding to the vehicle speed and the throttle opening is obtained by referring to a predetermined torque characteristic map, and the four-wheeled wheel is transmitted so that this torque is transmitted to the front wheel side or the rear wheel side. The driving force distribution control device of the driving vehicle controls the friction engagement force of the electromagnetic clutch constituting the driving force transmission device. This torque characteristic map is a table map of transmission torque using the vehicle speed and the throttle opening as parameters, and is obtained in advance by experimental data using a vehicle model and well-known theoretical calculations.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the driving force distribution control device for the conventional four-wheel drive vehicle has the following problems. That is, in the torque characteristic map, the command torque in the low speed range is generally set higher. For this reason, when the throttle opening suddenly increases in a low speed region, such as when suddenly starting, the command torque is too large and the driver may feel a shock when the electromagnetic clutch is connected. Further, the command torque in the medium and high speed range is set to be low assuming that there is little rapid acceleration demand and gentle acceleration is assumed. For this reason, for example, when a torque shortage is felt during traveling on an uphill road, it is necessary to depress the accelerator pedal greatly in order to obtain a satisfactory torque feeling. Therefore, in the conventional driving force distribution control device for a four-wheel drive vehicle, it may be difficult to distribute the driving force according to the traveling state.
[0004]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide a driving force distribution control device for a four-wheel drive vehicle capable of appropriately distributing the driving force according to the traveling state. There is to do.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the driving force transmission ratio of the driving force transmission device is variable based on the vehicle speed obtained by the vehicle speed detecting means and the throttle opening degree of the internal combustion engine obtained by the throttle opening degree detecting means. In the driving force distribution control device for a four-wheel drive vehicle that variably controls the driving force distribution between the front wheel side and the rear wheel side by controlling, based on the throttle opening detected by the throttle opening detecting means The throttle opening speed is calculated, and the driving force transmission rate of the driving force transmission device is variably controlled in consideration of the calculated throttle opening speed. The

The gist is that the driving force transmission device is controlled so that the driving force is obtained and the driving force is transmitted to the front wheel side or the rear wheel side.

[0010]
(Function)
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the throttle opening speed is calculated based on the throttle opening detected by the throttle opening detecting means. In addition to the vehicle speed and the throttle opening, the driving force transmission ratio of the driving force transmission device is variably controlled based on the calculated throttle opening speed. Thereby, the driving force distribution between the front wheel side and the rear wheel side is variably controlled. For this reason, it becomes possible to appropriately control the driving force transmission ratio of the driving force transmission device in accordance with the traveling state of the four-wheel drive vehicle (for example, the driver's willingness to accelerate based on the throttle opening speed). Therefore, the stability of the vehicle behavior is improved.
[0011]
AdditionThe applied characteristic map is switched between the first characteristic map and the second characteristic map based on the calculated throttle opening speed. Then, based on the applied characteristic map, a driving force to be transmitted to the front wheel side or the rear wheel side is obtained, and the driving force transmission device is controlled so that this driving force is transmitted to the front wheel side or the rear wheel side. . For this reason, it becomes possible to finely set an appropriate driving force in accordance with the traveling state.
[0012]
Claim2According to the invention described in claim1In addition to the operation of the invention described in (1), the command torque in the low speed region in the second characteristic map is set to be smaller than the command torque in the low speed region in the first characteristic map. For this reason, for example, when the second characteristic map is applied when the throttle opening is suddenly increased in a low speed range, such as when suddenly starting, the command torque is reduced compared to the case where the first characteristic map is applied. The Therefore, the shock at the time of electromagnetic clutch connection at the time of sudden start etc. is relieved.
[0013]
Claim3According to the invention described in the invention described in claim1Or claim2In addition to the operation of the invention described in (1), the command torque in the medium / high speed range in the second characteristic map is set to be larger than the command torque in the medium / high speed range in the first characteristic map. For this reason, for example, when the second characteristic map is applied when traveling on an uphill road at medium and high speeds, the accelerator pedal is made larger in order to obtain a feeling of torque and stability than when the first characteristic map is applied. There is no need to step in.
[0014]
Claim4According to the invention described in the invention described in claim1~ Claim3In addition to the operation of the invention described in any one of the above, the throttle opening speed is compared with a preset throttle opening speed determination threshold, and a characteristic map to be applied is switched based on the comparison result. By setting a throttle opening speed determination threshold corresponding to the throttle opening speed, an appropriate characteristic map corresponding to the throttle opening speed can be applied.

[0043]
Next, the pre-torque calculation unit 54 determines whether or not the calculated throttle opening speed Vs is greater than a preset throttle opening speed determination threshold Vs0 (5% / 100 ms in the present embodiment) (S102).
[0044]
When it is determined that the throttle opening speed Vs is smaller than the throttle opening speed determination threshold Vs0 (NO in S102), the pre-torque calculation unit 54 is referred to as a pre-torque characteristic map (hereinafter referred to as “normal map Mpn”) based on the throttle opening θ and the vehicle speed V. ) Is applied (S103), and the process proceeds to S104.
[0045]
In S104, the pre-torque calculation unit 54 calculates the pre-torque T2 by referring to the pre-torque characteristic map Mp based on the throttle opening θ and the vehicle speed V.
The normal map Mpn is a map that is applied during normal travel in which the driver does not suddenly depress the accelerator pedal, for example, when starting suddenly or accelerating on an uphill road, and is stored in the
[0046]
As shown in FIG. 5, the normal map Mpn is a table map of the pre-torque T2 with the throttle opening θ and the vehicle speed V as parameters. Specifically, the throttle opening θ is set as 0, 1, 5, 20, 70, 100, and the vehicle speed V is set as 0, 5, 20, 30, 60, 130, 150. Each value is linearly interpolated.
[0047]
On the other hand, if it is determined in S102 that the throttle opening speed Vs is larger than the throttle opening speed determination threshold Vs0 (5% / 100 ms) (YES in S102), the pre-torque calculation unit 54 performs pre-torque characteristics based on the throttle opening speed Vs and the vehicle speed V. A map (hereinafter referred to as “alternative map Mps”) is applied (S105), and the process proceeds to S104.
[0048]
In S104, the pre-torque calculation unit 54 calculates the pre-torque T2 by referring to the alternative map Mps based on the throttle opening θ and the vehicle speed V.
The alternative map Mps is a map that is applied when the driver suddenly depresses the accelerator pedal, for example, when starting suddenly or accelerating on an uphill road, and is stored in the
[0049]
As shown in FIG. 6, the alternative map Mps is a table map of the pre-torque T2 using the throttle opening speed Vs and the vehicle speed V as parameters. Specifically, the throttle opening speed Vs is set as 5, 7, 10, 12, 15, 20, and the vehicle speed V is set as 0, 5, 20, 30, 60, 130, 150. Each value is linearly interpolated.
[0050]
(Comparison of alternative map and normal map)
The command torque in the low speed region L * (see FIG. 6) in the alternative map Mps is set to be smaller than the command torque in the low speed region L in the normal map Mpn (see FIG. 5). In the present embodiment, the command torque in the low speed region L * in the alternative map Mps is about 0.5 times the command torque in the low speed region L in the normal map Mpn.
[0051]
Further, the command torque in the medium / high speed region H * (see FIG. 6) in the alternative map Mps is set to be larger than the command torque in the medium / high speed region H (see FIG. 5) in the normal map Mpn. In the present embodiment, the command torque in the medium / high speed region H * (see FIG. 6) in the alternative map Mps is about 1.5 times the command torque in the medium / high speed region H (see FIG. 5) in the normal map Mpn. .
[0052]
Here, the normal map Mpn shown in FIG. 5 is compared with the alternative map Mps shown in FIG. Since the parameters differ between the throttle opening θ and the throttle opening speed Vs, first, the throttle opening speed Vs is obtained from the normal map Mpn, and the command torque corresponding to the throttle opening speed Vs is obtained. Then, the command torque is compared with the command torque corresponding to the throttle opening speed Vs obtained from the alternative map Mps.
[0053]
(Low speed range)
First, the command torque in the low speed region L in the normal map Mpn is compared with the command torque in the low speed region L * in the alternative map Mps.
[0054]
In the normal map Mpn, for example, consider a case where the throttle opening θ changes from 5% to 20% in a state where the vehicle speed V = 0 km / h.
The throttle opening speed Vs (that is, the differential term of the throttle opening θ) is obtained by the following equation (A).
[0055]
Vs = dθ / dt (A)
Here, dθ is a deviation of the throttle opening θ per unit time (control cycle), and dt is a control cycle (sampling cycle).
[0056]
In this embodiment, dθ = 15% and dt = 100 ms (milliseconds). Therefore, when these are substituted into the equation (A), the throttle opening speed Vs is as follows.
Vs = 15% / 100ms
Since the command torque corresponding to the calculated throttle opening speed Vs is a deviation dT per unit time of the command torque in the normal map Mpn, the following is obtained from the normal map Mpn.
[0057]
dT = 208Nm
This is the difference between the command torque corresponding to V = 0, θ = 20% in the normal map Mpn and the command torque corresponding to V = 0, θ = 5%.
[0058]
In the alternative map Mps, the command torque corresponding to the vehicle speed V = 0 and the throttle opening speed Vs = 15% / ms is 150 Nm. The vehicle speed V = 0 and the throttle opening speed Vs = 15% / ms in the normal map Mpn. It is smaller than the command torque corresponding to ms (that is, 208 Nm).
[0059]
From this, it can be seen that the command torque in the low speed region L * in the alternative map Mps is set to be smaller than the command torque in the low speed region L in the normal map Mpn.
[0060]
(Medium / high speed range)
Next, the command torque in the medium / high speed region H in the normal map Mpn and the command torque in the medium / high speed region H * in the alternative map Mps are compared.
[0061]
In the normal map Mpn, for example, consider a case where the throttle opening θ changes from 5% to 20% with the vehicle speed V = 60 km / h. At this time, the throttle opening speed Vs is 15% / 100 ms, and the command torque corresponding to the calculated throttle opening speed Vs is dT = 0 Nm.
[0062]
In the alternative map Mps, the command torque corresponding to the vehicle speed V = 60 and the throttle opening speed Vs = 15% / ms is 321 Nm. The vehicle speed V = 0 and the throttle opening speed Vs = 15% / ms in the normal map Mpn. It is larger than the command torque corresponding to ms (that is, 0 Nm).
[0063]
From this, it can be seen that the command torque in the medium / high speed region H * in the alternative map Mps is set to be larger than the command torque in the medium / high speed region H in the normal map Mpn.
[0064]
In this way, by applying the alternative map Mps when the throttle opening speed Vs is large in the low speed range, such as when suddenly starting, the basic command current I0 to the electromagnetic
[0065]
Further, when traveling on an uphill road in the medium-high speed range, that is, when the throttle opening speed Vs is small in the medium-high speed range, the basic command current I0 to the electromagnetic
[0066]
A characteristic map to be applied is switched between the normal map Mpn and the alternative map Mps according to the traveling state of the four-wheel drive vehicle 11 (in this embodiment, the driver's acceleration intention based on the throttle opening speed Vs). Thus, the driving force distribution between the front wheel side and the rear wheel side is appropriately controlled.
[0067]
Thereafter, the
[0068]
(Effect of embodiment)
Therefore, according to the present embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) Based on the calculated throttle opening speed Vs in addition to the vehicle speed V and the throttle opening degree θ, the driving force transmission ratio of the driving
[0069]
(2) The characteristic map to be applied is switched between the normal map Mpn and the alternative map Mps based on the calculated throttle opening speed Vs. Then, based on the applied characteristic map, the driving force transmitted to the front wheel side or the rear wheel side is obtained, and the driving
[0070]
(3) The command torque in the low speed region L * in the alternative map Mps is set to be smaller than the command torque in the low speed region L in the normal map Mpn. For this reason, the command torque is reduced by applying the alternative map Mps when the throttle opening θ is suddenly increased in a low speed region, such as when suddenly starting, as compared with the case where the normal map Mpn is applied. The Therefore, a shock at the time of connecting the electromagnetic
[0071]
(4) The command torque in the medium / high speed region in the alternative map Mps is set to be larger than the command torque in the medium / high speed region in the normal map Mpn. For this reason, it is not necessary to depress the accelerator pedal greatly in order to obtain a feeling of torque by applying the alternative map Mps, for example, when traveling on an uphill road at medium to high speed. In other words, a feeling of torque can be obtained without greatly depressing the accelerator pedal.
[0072]
(5) The throttle opening speed Vs is compared with a preset throttle opening speed determination threshold value Vs0, and a characteristic map to be applied is switched based on the comparison result. By setting the throttle opening speed determination threshold value Vs0 corresponding to the throttle opening speed Vs, an appropriate characteristic map corresponding to the throttle opening speed Vs can be applied.
[0073]
(Another example)
In addition, you may implement the said embodiment as follows.
In the present embodiment, the command torque in the low speed region L * in the alternative map Mps is smaller than the command torque in the low speed region L in the normal map Mpn so that the command torque in the medium high speed region is also in the normal map Mpn. Although it is set to be larger than the command torque, it may be as follows. That is, the command map of the first alternative map in which the command torque in the low speed range L * of the alternative map Mps is made smaller than the command torque in the low speed range L of the normal map Mpn and the command torque in the medium / high speed range H * of the alternative map Mps are normally set. A second alternative map that is larger than the command torque in the medium and high speed range H of the map Mpn is provided. Based on the throttle opening speed Vs, the characteristic map to be applied is switched among the normal map Mpn, the first alternative map, and the second alternative map. Even if it does in this way, the effect similar to the (1)-(5) th effect of this embodiment can be acquired.
[0074]
Further, the alternative map Mps may be replaced with the first alternative map. Then, based on the throttle opening speed Vs, the applied characteristic map is switched between the normal map Mpn and the first alternative map. Even if it does in this way, the effect similar to the (3) th effect of this embodiment can be acquired.
[0075]
Further, the alternative map Mps may be replaced with the second alternative map. Then, based on the throttle opening speed Vs, the applied characteristic map is switched between the normal map Mpn and the second alternative map. Even if it does in this way, the effect similar to the (4) th effect of this embodiment can be acquired.
[0076]
In the present embodiment, the alternative map Mps using the throttle opening speed Vs and the vehicle speed V as parameters is provided. For example, a characteristic map (not shown) using the accelerator opening speed and the vehicle speed V as parameters is used. Also good. Based on this, the torque characteristic map may be switched. Further, another parameter such as a parameter differential term may be set for the change per unit time of the engine speed and the vehicle speed V, and a torque characteristic map may be created based on this.
[0077]
(Appendix)
Next, a technical idea that can be grasped from the embodiment and another example will be added below.
