【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides a method of laminating a material having a loop structure in engagement with a hook-and-loop fastener, which is one of the methods for assembling automobile seats and chair upholstery. The present invention relates to a skin material that is rational because it does not require a separate process and that is suitable for recycling by using a single material.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When the sheet material for the vehicle and the office chair material used as the skin material are engaged with the sheet body having the hook surface to form a molded product, the back surface of the skin material has a non-woven fabric or loop shape. An engagement function was provided by laminating or stitching the tricot fabric.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the case of a vehicle seat upholstery and office chair upholstery using a skin material by such a conventional processing method, the moldability and the feeling of use can be satisfied, but as described above, separate steps are required. Therefore, it is necessary to perform laminating processing, which leads to high cost.
In some cases, before laminating a non-woven fabric or looped tricot fabric on the back surface of the skin material, in order to obtain cushioning properties or to ensure form stability at the time of sewing with urethane foam resin etc. Need to be laminated, leading to higher costs.
In the case of the structure as described above, since it is a mixture of a wide variety, it is complicated to separate and separate waste treatment and recycling, and currently it is landfilled as shredder dust. Yes.
[0004]
The present invention has been made to eliminate such drawbacks. The object is to provide a sinker pile knitted fabric in which a looped felt layer having an engagement function is integrated with the back surface of the use surface.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to design the structure of the sinker-pile knitted fabric required for the present invention, sufficient peel strength can be obtained in engagement with a hook-and-loop fastener having hook-like engagement elements, It is a precondition that there is no qualitative change to the surface due to the engagement and does not affect the feeling of use at all.
[0006]
In order to provide a sinker-pile knitted fabric having the structure, the present inventors
(1) It is important that a looped felt layer is formed on the back surface, and (2) the yarn forming the looped felt layer needs to be separated from the yarn forming the surface. Ari,
(3) It has been found that it is preferable to knitting a yarn having a high heat shrinkage rate into the ground yarn in order to adjust the elongation of the base fabric so that no wrinkle is generated when engaged with the hook-like engagement element group. Reached.
[0007]
That is, the present invention is provided with a yarn carrier having a vertical hole and a horizontal hole for separately supplying two types of pile yarns at the same time as a vertical hole for supplying ground yarn, and further separating and holding the two types of pile yarns A sinker pile knitted fabric characterized by knitting a knitted fabric raw machine using a sinker pile circular knitting machine equipped with a two-stage sinker, and then subjecting only one type of pile yarn covering the back of the raw machine to raising It is a manufacturing method.
[0008]
FIG. 1 shows an example of a sinker-pile knitted fabric of the present invention. In FIG. 1, 1 is a loop-like felt layer, which is integrated with a knitted fabric and has a role as an engaging function. Reference numeral 3 denotes a cut pile yarn that forms the surface of the sheet tension fabric. 2 is a ground yarn for fixing the 1 and 3 yarns.
The invention is described in more detail below.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The sinker-pile knitted fabric is composed of a pile yarn and a ground yarn that fixes the pile yarn, and the pile yarn is cut to a surface by aligning the height in the next shaving process.
In the case of such a fabric, the yarn occupying the back surface is not a ground yarn but a pile yarn (referred to as a needle loop). Depending on the product, the back surface may be raised without going through the shaving process. In this case, the felt layer is formed by drawing the pile yarn to the back surface by the needle cloth of the raising machine. Alternatively, it is possible to form a looped felt layer without completely cutting the pile yarn depending on the selection and conditions of the raising cloth.
[0010]
FIG. 2 shows a normal sinker-pile knitted fabric. 4 is a pile yarn. 5 is a ground yarn, and 6 is a needle loop of pile yarn knitted to wrap the ground yarn. FIG. 3 shows a state where the pile loop of needle pile is pulled out by the raising machine. As shown in FIG. 3, it can be seen that the pile yarn is not in its original state because it is pulled out to the back surface.
[0011]
Although the basic operation for forming the back surface structure of the present invention is as described above, it is not valuable as a skin material just by processing such a normal knitted fabric.
The structure of the required raw machinery is a knitted fabric that can be used as a skin material without affecting the surface by forming a looped felt layer by drawing the yarn only on the back side after processing. .
[0012]
The condition of the production machine that has led to the present invention is that two types of pile yarns form pile yarns, and the needle loop is always knitted so that only one type of yarn covers the back surface. .
By achieving such a structure, it is possible to draw out only one type of pile yarn that covers the back surface in the raising step, and it can be used as the surface without affecting the other pile yarn.
[0013]
In a sinker / pile knitting machine, even if two types of yarns are simply aligned and knitted in the yarn feeder, the back side as described above cannot be completely covered with the same yarn and partially replaced with the other yarn. Always occurs.
Therefore, such a normal alignment method impairs the design of the surface and loses its value as a skin material.
[0014]
In addition, it is possible to obtain the knitted fabric structure required by the present invention as long as described above by adjusting the alignment conditions such as the yarn feeding tension. However, since the pile yarns forming the surface have the same height, Occasionally, pile yarn that has been lowered (remained without being sufficiently pulled out) due to insufficient brushing is visible from the surface, which lowers the design. When the raising process is performed more strongly in order to avoid such a state, the raised pile yarn is cut and the engagement function is lost.
[0015]
Therefore, the knitted fabric structure necessary and sufficient for carrying out the present invention is:
(1) There are two types of pile yarns in the same course and the same weal,
(2) Further, one pile yarn always has a different height from the other,
(3) The needle loop covering the back surface satisfies that it is the lower pile yarn.
[0016]
FIG. 4 shows an example of a knitted fabric structure necessary and sufficient for carrying out the present invention. 7 is a high pile yarn remaining on the surface, and 8 is a low pile yarn that forms a looped felt layer on the back surface by raising. 9 is a ground thread for fixing 7 and 8.
A method for producing a knitted fabric having such a structure will be described.
[0017]
First, a yarn carrier for knitting the ground yarn and two types of pile yarns at the same time is required, and further, a two-stage sinker that separates the two types of pile yarns with a height difference is required.
The requirements for the yarn carrier are:
(1) A yarn introduction hole is opened at a position where the yarn can be properly fed to the slot portion of a two-stage sinker with a height difference,
(2) The yarn can be fed stably even with slight fluctuations in tension.
[0018]
FIG. 5 shows the positional relationship between the yarn carrier 10 having the above requirements, the two-stage sinker-11, and the two types of
The
[0019]
The low pile yarn forms a needle loop that covers the back of the knitted fabric depending on the tension of the yarn to be fed and the positional relationship between the yarns held by the needle.
A sinker / pile knitted fabric knitted under a predetermined condition using the above-described sinker / pile knitting machine designed with the above-described yarn carrier 10 draws only a low pile yarn needle loop in a raising process.
[0020]
Preferably, the fineness of the low pile yarn is thicker than that of the high pile yarn, and a difference of 100 denier or more, more preferably 150 denier or more is good.
When the denier difference is 100 denier or less, a needle pile of a high pile yarn may be pulled out.
The single fiber fineness is preferably 4 denier or more. In the case of 4 denier or less, the frequency with which the single fiber is cut by the needle cloth of the raising machine increases. Therefore, it is also necessary to increase the number of filaments.
[0021]
Furthermore, in order to control the raising conditions more easily, it is preferable to set the heat shrinkage rate of the pile yarn lower than that of the high pile yarn to a low value.
[0022]
The important thing is that when raising the back side, the surface does not change qualitatively as the skin material, and the back side is intended to strongly engage the hook of the hook-and-loop fastener. It is to design a knitted fabric structure that allows only the yarn to be pulled out to the back side in the raising process.
[0023]
The above provides a sinker-pile knitted fabric in which engagement elements that can be supplied in a rational production manner can be engaged with a hook-and-loop fastener, which is one of the sheet assembly methods. The structure and manufacturing method for doing so were described in detail.
The sinker-pile knitted fabric of the present invention can be replaced with a cushion layer by selecting the fiber type of the low pile yarn drawn out on the back surface. In that case, the single fiber fineness of the low pile yarn may be 15 denier or more.
[0024]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described by way of examples.
Example 1
Knitting conditions: A vertical hole and a horizontal hole for separately feeding two types of pile yarns at the same time as a vertical hole for supplying ground yarn as described above to a 30 inch 16 gauge sinker / pile knitting machine having two tracks Replace with a yarn carrier with an opening and insert a two-stage sinker with heights of 4.5 mm and 2.2 mm. SD175-72 Wool yarn is fed into the horizontal hole for pile yarn, and B300-64 low-warm wool is fed into the vertical hole. A high-strength yarn 150-24 provided with an interlace is inserted into the vertical hole for supplying the ground yarn.
[0025]
The yarn to be passed through the horizontal hole is directly supplied from the teeth without adjusting the yarn supply amount, and the yarn to be passed through the vertical hole is supplied by adjusting the yarn supply amount by the IRO tape. The ground yarn is also supplied by adjusting the yarn supply amount by the IRO tape.
[0026]
Brushing conditions: Brush the back surface by a conventional method. Adjust the pressure applied to the base fabric and brush it several times.
Hair shaving conditions: The surface is shaved by a conventional method.
The base fabric obtained by the above operation was set at 150 ° C. to obtain a product of the present invention.
