Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an injection mechanism that can accurately control the back pressure of a screw and a control method therefor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a screw back pressure control technique applied to an injection mechanism is known (for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2000-313038 A (FIG. 1)
[0004]
FIG. 11 is an excerpt from FIG. 1 of Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-313038. According to the solution described in the summary of the above gazette, the oil of “hydraulic motor 105 (the code is changed to No. 100. The same applies hereinafter) The discharge side and the

However, the
In addition to simply providing the
[0007]
That is, in the conventional back pressure control technology, a complicated back pressure control mechanism and a precise back pressure control method are indispensable. This increases the equipment cost of the injection mechanism and causes the production cost to rise. This makes it difficult to spread back pressure control technology.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventors to solve the above problems in the course review the conventional back pressure control technique, the piston is subject of the pressure offset, shaft, among the screw, piston weight piston, the shaft, the total weight of the screw It was found that the proportion occupied was remarkably large. From this, it was conceived that the back pressure can be easily controlled with the shaft and the screw as compared with the case where the piston, the shaft and the screw are all controlled.
Therefore, when a structure was created in which the piston was separated from the shaft and screw during plasticization and weighing, operation was successful.
[0009]
That is, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the screw is accommodated in the heating cylinder so that the screw can be moved forward and backward, and in the plasticizing / metering process, the material is stored at the tip of the heating cylinder while the screw is rotated, and the screw is retracted by the reaction force of the storage. In the injection mechanism that advances the screw in the injection process and injects the material from the heating cylinder, this injection mechanism includes an injection cylinder that advances the screw in the injection process and a back pressure when the screw moves backward in the plasticizing / metering process. Each having a back pressure control cylinder for controlling the pressure, and the screw is always connected to the back pressure control cylinder, but can be separated from the injection cylinder at the time of plasticizing and measuring.
[0010]
The back pressure control cylinder that is always connected to the screw and the injection cylinder that can be separated from the screw are provided in the injection mechanism, so the back pressure control cylinder is not affected by the injection cylinder in the plasticizing / metering process. Back pressure control can be implemented. Exceptionally complex control system is not required, the mechanical order only needs to add a small back pressure control cylinder to the conventional apparatus, it is possible to provide a compact back-pressure control function injection mechanism at low cost.
[0011]
The injection mechanism according to
In the case of a vertical injection mechanism, the weight of the piston of the injection cylinder directly affects. Therefore, the present invention is effective by the vertical injection mechanism.
[0012]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the injection cylinder is a pneumatic cylinder.
Compared with the hydraulic cylinder, the pneumatic cylinder has a remarkably large piston diameter, and the piston weight increases accordingly. It can be said that
[0013]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the vertical injection mechanism according to the second or third aspect is used, the back pressure control cylinder is set in a free state in the injection process, the screw is advanced by the injection cylinder, and the injection cylinder is retracted after the injection is completed. Then, the ram of the cylinder is separated from the screw, and in the plasticizing / metering step, the screw is subjected to a predetermined back pressure control by the back pressure control cylinder.
[0014]
In the plasticizing / metering process, the back pressure control cylinder can perform the back pressure control without being affected by the injection cylinder. Since the back pressure control cylinder is controlled by a light screw, the control is easy and the control accuracy can be easily increased. As a result, precision molding can be performed.

The embodiment has been described with the vertical injection mechanism. However, the present invention can also be applied to a horizontal injection mechanism. The injection cylinder has a large diameter, and the operation of the injection cylinder has a great influence on the back pressure control even when it is placed horizontally. Therefore, if the horizontal injection mechanism is provided with a back pressure control cylinder separately from the injection cylinder, the injection cylinder is separated in the plasticizing / metering process, and the back pressure control is performed only with the back pressure control cylinder, the vertical injection mechanism and This is because the same effect can be obtained.

[0042]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the injection cylinder is a pneumatic cylinder. Compared with the hydraulic cylinder, the pneumatic cylinder has a remarkably large piston diameter, and the piston weight increases accordingly. It can be said that
[0043]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the vertical injection mechanism according to the second or third aspect is used, the back pressure control cylinder is set in a free state in the injection process, the screw is advanced by the injection cylinder, and the injection cylinder is retracted after the injection is completed. Then, the ram of the cylinder is separated from the screw, and in the plasticizing / metering step, the screw is subjected to a predetermined back pressure control by the back pressure control cylinder.
[0044]
In the plasticizing / metering process, the back pressure control cylinder can perform the back pressure control without being affected by the injection cylinder. Since the back pressure control cylinder is controlled by a light screw, the control is easy and the control accuracy can be easily increased. As a result, precision molding can be performed.
