Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The invention of this application relates to a ventilation module. More specifically, the invention of this application relates to a new ventilation module that can effectively perform roof ventilation at a roof eave portion, which is useful for a roof to which a solar cell module is attached.
[0002]
[Prior art]
With increasing interest in global environmental problems, solar power generation systems are attracting attention as one of the new energy technologies using natural energy, and their practical application has been accelerated. This solar power generation system is characterized in that solar energy is converted into electric power by a solar cell.
[0003]
This solar cell is usually modularized by attaching its four side edges to a frame member. For example, the frame member is fixed to a pedestal rail disposed on a roof member such as a field plate. And installed on the roof of a house or the like.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, regarding the roof on which the solar cell module is installed in this way, there has been a problem that roof ventilation cannot be easily performed.
[0005]
Therefore, the invention of this application was made in view of the circumstances as described above, solves the problems of the prior art, and can effectively perform roof ventilation without impairing the appearance of the roof. The challenge is to provide a new ventilation module.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention of this application, as to solve the above problems, a ventilation module for roof ventilation in the eaves of the roof solar cell module is installed, has a solar cell module and the same shape, the horizontal frame The ventilation module main body is attached to the member and the vertical frame member, and the ventilation module main body includes an upper plate portion having a plurality of ventilation openings formed by bending any part of the ventilation module main body, and air below the upper plate portion. Provided is a ventilation module comprising a lower plate part for forming a flow and a ventilation port for exhausting air into a roof ventilation layer.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0008]
【Example】
FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 each show an embodiment of the ventilation module of the invention of the present application in which roof ventilation is performed at the eaves of the roof to which the solar cell module is attached.
[0009]
The ventilation module has the same shape as the solar cell module (see FIG. 3) in which the eave / ridge side end and the left and right end portions of the solar cell (100) are attached to the horizontal frame member (111) and the vertical frame member (110). The ventilation frame body (10) is mounted on the horizontal frame member (111) and the vertical frame member (110) (not shown in FIGS. 1 and 2), and the horizontal frame member (111) is attached and supported. The member (260) is attached and supported on the roof surface.
[0010]
The horizontal frame member (111) and the vertical frame member (110) include a fitting portion into which an end portion of the ventilation module main body (10) is fitted.
[0011]
The ventilation module main body (10) includes an upper plate portion (11) and a lower plate portion (12), and the upper plate portion (11) is formed by refracting an arbitrary part thereof inward. A plurality of ventilation openings (13) are provided, and an exhaust ventilation opening (14) is provided on the eaves side portion. The vents (13) and (14) are a plurality of slit-shaped openings when viewed from above, for example, as illustrated in FIG. Further, the lower plate portion (12) has a plurality of refracted shapes corresponding to the slope of the roof, and forms an air flow below the upper plate portion (11).
[0012]
Furthermore, the ventilation module main body (10) is also provided with an exhaust ventilation port (15) on the ridge side portion (see FIG. 1).
[0013]
In this ventilation module, air enters the space formed by the upper plate portion (11) and the lower plate portion (12) from the outside at the intake vent (13) for intake of the ventilation module body (10), and the eaves side portion. The air is exhausted to the outside through the exhaust ventilation port (14), and at the other exhaust ventilation port (15) in the ridge side, the air is taken up by the solar cell (100) and the lower covering material (210). It is discharged into the space formed between the two and the roof is ventilated.
[0014]
The ventilation module of the invention of this application that performs ventilation by supplying and exhausting the roof surface as described above has the same shape as the solar cell module, thereby creating a sense of unity with the solar cell module and impairing the appearance of the roof. In addition, since it is not necessary to open the eaves for ventilation, roof ventilation can be performed without impairing the fireproofing and waterproofing of the roof.
[0015]
In addition, since the space formed between the roof base material such as the solar cell (100) and the underlaying material (210) functions as a ventilation layer, as described above, the ventilation vent ( The air discharged in 15) flows through the ventilation layer in the direction of the building, and is discharged to the outside from the building ventilation member (250) installed in the building, for example, as illustrated in FIG.
[0016]
Usually, when the solar cell module is disposed on the roof, the height from the roof base material is higher than the height when the flat roof tile (220) is disposed. Therefore, the ridge ventilation member (250) that exhausts air in the ventilation layer as described above is combined with the height dimension in the case where the solar cell module is arranged in this way, on the side on the solar cell module arrangement side. The part is short and its end is in contact with the upper surface of the cover member (101) of the solar cell module. On the contrary, the side portion on the flat roof tile (220) arrangement side is long so that the end thereof is in contact with the upper surface of the flat roof tile (220), and the height of the side portion on the solar cell module arrangement side is A coping (240) is also provided to balance.
[0017]
Since exhaust in the ventilation layer is carried out by such a building ventilation member (250), there is no need for a separate exhaust opening or the like, so primary waterproofing can be achieved on the front surface of the roof, and the sheet metal on the back surface of the roof It becomes unnecessary. Moreover, the building ventilation member (250), the solar cell module, and the ventilation module can have a unity design, and the design of the roof can be improved.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, the solar cell roof ventilation module according to the invention of this application can effectively perform roof ventilation in the eaves portion of the roof while maintaining excellent fire resistance and waterproofness in the eaves portion. The design with a sense of unity with other modules can be improved without impairing the appearance of the roof.
