[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such a conventional method for displaying the heating state of the induction heating cooker, the portion for actual cooking and the portion to be displayed are visually separated, making it difficult to visually grasp.
[0008]
In particular, the induction heating cooker has a problem that it is difficult to grasp visually because the alternating magnetic flux to be output is invisible compared to the gas cooker in which the flame is visible, and the usability is poor.
[0009]
It is an object of the present invention to provide an induction heating cooker with better usability by displaying the heating state of a highly safe induction heating cooker with a feeling close to that of a gas cooker.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a translucent top plate on which a heated cooking container is placed, a heating coil that is positioned below the top plate and heats the heated cooking container, and the heating coil A light emitting means for emitting a light beam positioned below the heating coil, and causing the light beam of the light emitting means to propagate so as to spread after being incident to emit light at an end opposite to the light emitting means. Or it has a translucent light guide means to display on the upper surface side of the top plate by reflecting , and the light emitting means is fixed to the light guide means.
[0011]
The present invention has a translucent light guide means for displaying on the upper surface side of the top plate by propagating the light rays of the light emitting means so as to spread after incidence and causing the light to be emitted or reflected at the end opposite to the light emitting means. Therefore , the display of the heating state visually separated can be expressed in the vicinity of the cooking unit, and can be used with a sense close to a gas cooker.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a translucent top plate on which a heated cooking container is placed, a heating coil that is positioned below the top plate and heats the heated cooking container, and the heating coil A light emitting means for emitting a light beam positioned below the heating coil, and causing the light beam of the light emitting means to propagate so as to spread after being incident to emit light at an end opposite to the light emitting means. Or it has a translucent light guide means to display on the upper surface side of the top plate by reflecting , and the light emitting means is fixed to the light guide means.
[0013]
As described above, the translucent light guide means for displaying on the upper surface side of the top plate by propagating the light beam of the light emitting means so as to spread after incidence and causing light to be emitted or reflected at the end opposite to the light emitting means. By having it, a wide range (for example, parallel plate-shaped light rays) display can be performed. Further, by fixing the light emitting means to the light guiding means, the positions of the light emitting means and the light guiding means can be regulated.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an induction heating cooker showing an embodiment of the present invention. A

The effect | action is demonstrated about the induction heating cooking appliance comprised as mentioned above. When the cooked
[0016]
As described above, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the heating state can be displayed on the upper surface side of the

Further, by providing the
[0018]
In the light emitting means 106 composed of a light bulb or a semiconductor light emitting element, it is possible to prevent malfunction due to the influence of a strong magnetic field or a decrease in reliability due to self-heating. Note that a decrease in luminous intensity due to a temperature rise of a semiconductor element or the like used for the light emitting means 106 can be prevented.
[0019]
In the present embodiment, the display state of the heating state is an annular shape, a semicircular shape, or a dotted line shape, but is not particularly limited as long as it is displayed via the
[0020]
As another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the light guide means 107 made of translucent glass or resin is formed in a disc shape, and an opening is provided in the center portion. The light emitting means 106 is disposed in the part, and the light beam is propagated toward the outer periphery of the light guiding means.
[0021]
The effect | action is demonstrated about the induction heating cooking appliance comprised as mentioned above. Most of point light sources such as a light bulb or a semiconductor element used for the light emitting means 106 usually spread with a certain directivity angle. For example, the luminous intensity of the light beam projected in a parallel plate shape with respect to the light emitting means 106 is nonuniform. This is because the linear distance of each light beam to the parallel plate is different.
[0022]
However, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the linear distance from the light emitting means 106 to the outer peripheral end of the light guide means 107 is constant at the same radius, and a uniform display of luminous intensity can be obtained.
[0023]
The same effect can be obtained by applying a diffusing material to the outer peripheral end of the light guide means 107 or treating the surface so as to diffusely reflect, or by integrally or fixing a light receiving material of another member. The number of the light emitting means 106 can be arbitrarily set by the designer.
[0024]
As another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the light guide means 107 made of translucent glass or resin is made thicker on the inner periphery and thinner toward the outer periphery. Reflecting means 108 made of opaque resin, sheet metal, mirror body or the like is provided on the upper surface, lower surface or both surfaces of 107.
[0025]
The effect | action is demonstrated about the induction heating cooking appliance comprised as mentioned above. As described in the above embodiment, most of the point light sources such as light bulbs or semiconductor elements used for the light emitting means 106 usually spread with a certain directivity angle. Therefore, the incident surface of the
[0026]
However, when the light emitting means 106 has a wide directivity angle, it is not rational to increase the thickness of the light guide means 107 uniformly, and the thickness is reduced toward the outer periphery where the light beam propagates. It is possible to do. Further, since the light beam travels straight, the light beam is lost through the inclined surface provided to reduce the thickness.
[0027]
However, the thickness of the inner periphery of the light guide means 107 made of translucent glass or resin, etc., as in the embodiment of the present invention is increased and becomes thinner toward the outer periphery, so Loss can be reduced and a rational configuration can be achieved. Further, by providing the reflection means 108 made of opaque resin, sheet metal, mirror, etc. on the upper surface, lower surface or both surfaces of the light guide means 107, the loss of light rays during propagation is reduced, and the light intensity with less loss and high brightness. An indication can be obtained.
[0028]
As another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, a C-cut (45 ° with respect to the light propagation direction) is applied to the outer peripheral end portion of the light guide means 107 made of translucent glass or resin as an irradiation surface. It is provided to totally reflect the propagated light beam.
[0029]
The effect | action is demonstrated about the induction heating cooking appliance comprised as mentioned above. When the light beam of the light emitting means 106 made of a light bulb or a semiconductor element is incident from the end of the light guiding means 107 made of translucent glass or resin, the light beam propagated through the light guiding means 107 is the opposite end of the light emitting means 106. The unit emits light. A C-cut (45 ° with respect to the light propagation direction) is formed as an irradiation surface at the end, and the light beam is guided toward the
[0030]
As described above, according to the embodiment of the present invention, clearer display can be performed on the upper surface side of the
[0031]
As another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, an opaque resin, a sheet metal, a mirror, or the like is used in parallel with the C cut provided at the outer peripheral end of the light guiding means 107 made of translucent glass or resin. The reflecting means 108 is arranged.
[0032]
The effect | action is demonstrated about the induction heating cooking appliance comprised as mentioned above. The light beam propagated through the light guide means 107 is totally reflected by a C-cut (45 ° with respect to the light propagation direction) provided at the outer peripheral end of the light guide means 107. However, considering variations in manufacturing, etc., it is possible that light rays are lost from the C-cut.
[0033]
Therefore, the reflecting means 108 made of opaque resin, sheet metal, mirror body or the like is arranged in parallel with the C cut, and the lost light beam is guided toward the
[0034]
As described above, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the light beam lost due to the manufacturing variation or the like can be guided by the reflecting means 108 toward the
[0035]
In the present embodiment, the reflecting means is arranged. However, the same effect can be obtained even if an irregular surface is provided on the C-cut surface to diffusely reflect, a diffusing material is applied, or another light receiving material is integrated or fixed. Is obtained.
[0036]
As another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, the top surface of the C-cut provided at the outer peripheral end portion of the light guiding means 107 made of translucent glass or resin is provided with a ceiling made of translucent heat-resistant glass. A

The effect | action is demonstrated about the induction heating cooking appliance comprised as mentioned above. The light beam guided in the direction of the

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram of an induction heating cooker showing an embodiment of the present invention. A
[0042]
The effect | action is demonstrated about the induction heating cooking appliance comprised as mentioned above. Most of the light rays emitted from the light emitting means 206 made of a light bulb or a semiconductor element usually spread with a certain directivity angle, and the range used for display is determined by this directivity angle. For example, when the disk-shaped light guide means is configured as in the invention described in the first embodiment, the display range is determined by the full angle (360 °) / directivity angle, but rarely the display angle exceeds 90 °. There are a plurality of light emitting means 206 required. However, when the directivity angle is large, the loss of light upon entering the
[0043]
Note that when light is propagated using the light guide means 207 instead of using direct light as a display, the light emitting means 206 requires a considerable amount of light intensity because light rays are lost in the course of propagation. However, in order to obtain a considerable amount of light intensity, the directivity angle is inevitably small. Further, the normal light beam is refracted with respect to the incident angle of the light beam when passing through the boundary between the two media, and exhibits a negative property (refractive angle) with respect to the incident angle (incident angle). The number of will increase.
[0044]
Thus, in view of the loss of light at the time of incidence, the loss of light in the propagation process, the decrease in luminous intensity for display, the refraction of the light, etc., a considerable number of light emission to obtain a wide display in the high luminous
[0045]
However, an incident angle is provided by providing a curved surface that is concave with respect to the light-emitting means 206 (having a property of collecting light rays when they are convex and spreading light rays when they are concave) at the boundary portion of the light guide means 207. By increasing the refraction angle, a wide display with a high luminous intensity can be obtained even when the light emitting means 206 having a small directivity angle is used. The radius of the concave curved surface can be arbitrarily set by the designer.
[0046]
In FIG. 8, the propagation direction of the light beam is set from the inner side to the outer peripheral direction of the light guide unit. However, as shown in FIG. 9A, the

[0055]
However, by fixing the light emitting means 406 to the light guide means 407 by screwing, bonding or the like, the incident position on the light guide means 407 can be regulated, and the loss of light rays at the time of incidence can be minimized. Can do.
[0056]
As for the mounting direction of the light emitting means 406, as shown in FIG. 13, a structure in which the substrate of the light emitting means 406 is screwed or fitted in parallel to the light guiding means 407 is simple in manufacturing. As shown in FIG. 14 (a), the substrate of the light emitting means 406 is parallel to the light guide means 407, and only a light bulb or a semiconductor element is configured in the same direction as the light propagation direction of the light guide means 407, or As shown in FIG. 14B, the substrate of the light emitting means 406 is perpendicular to the light guiding means 407 and is configured in the same direction as the direction in which the light bulb or semiconductor element propagates the light rays of the light guiding means 407. The loss of light at the time of incidence can be reduced.

Is made into a block.
[0061]
The effect | action is demonstrated about the induction heating cooking appliance comprised as mentioned above. The light guide means 607 is made into a block according to the directivity angle of the light emitting means 606. When a plurality of blocks are combined, a space can be secured as shown in the figure. As described in Reference Example 2 , this space is very advantageous for cooling and can improve the cooling performance.
[0062]
Further, by making a block, even if a part of it breaks down, the repair can be performed quickly and easily by replacing only the block.
[0063]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, by fixing the light emitting means to the light guide means, the incident position on the light guide means can be regulated, and the loss of light rays upon incidence due to the misalignment between the light emitting means and the light guide means is suppressed. , Non-uniformity in display brightness can be suppressed . Also, the range by having a light guiding means for displaying on the upper surface of the top plate by causing emit light or reflected at the end opposite the light emitting means is propagated so as to spread after the incident the light emission to light emitting means Wide display can be obtained. Further, if the distance between the light emitting means and the light emitting edge is constant, a uniform display with a wide range of luminous intensity can be obtained.
