BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a fiber bundle focusing device for a spinning machine, and more particularly to a fiber bundle focusing device for a spinning machine that is arranged downstream of a draft device (draft part) of a spinning machine and focuses a fiber bundle drafted by the draft device. It is.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Various fiber bundle concentrators have been proposed for the purpose of improving the yarn quality, such as reducing the fluff, by converging the drafted fiber bundle before twisting. In many cases, an endless perforated belt (perforated apron) is used for transfer (see, for example, Patent Document 1, Patent Document 2, and Patent Document 3).
[0003]
The perforated belt is moved in a state of covering suction holes extending in the moving direction of the fiber bundle. In order to regulate the movement (lateral movement) of the perforated belt in the width direction, Patent Document 1 discloses that a tension element made of plastic is provided for tensioning and guiding the perforated belt. Further, it is disclosed that a transverse guide that engages with a perforated belt is provided in a hollow profile having the suction holes. Further, Patent Document 2 discloses that the perforated belt is guided laterally at the lateral edge of a tension roller for tensioning the perforated belt.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the yarn is spun by a spinning machine equipped with a fiber bundle converging device as described above, the generation of fuzz is reduced and the yarn unevenness is also less than when the yarn is spun by a spinning machine not equipped with a fiber bundle concentrating device. Although it decreases and U% improves, further improvement is desired.
[0007]
The conventional fiber bundle concentrating device has not been devised for improving the yarn quality on the downstream side of the nip point. The inventor of the present application provides a suction pipe for applying a suction action to the fiber bundle via a ventilation apron (porous apron) on the downstream side of the nip point, or increases the fleece angle (fleece angle) on the downstream side of the nip point. Therefore, a fiber bundle concentrating device capable of improving the yarn quality by providing a winding member around which a ventilation apron is wound was considered. In this case as well, it is necessary to prevent the lateral displacement of the ventilation apron. The “fleece angle” means a line segment connecting the center of curvature of the arc surface that guides the fiber bundle to the drawing position after the fiber bundle (fleece) passes the nip point, and the center of curvature and the fiber bundle. It means the angle formed by the line segment connecting the lead point of F.
[0008]
When there is a winding member around which the ventilation apron (porous apron) is wound on both the upstream side and the downstream side across the nip point, the ventilation apron is compared with the case where there is no winding member on the downstream side. The presence of a regulating member that regulates movement in the lateral direction (width direction) is important. The ventilated apron needs to be replaced after a certain cleaning cycle or life. However, in the configuration in which a dedicated restricting member is provided in addition to the suction pipe and the winding member, it takes time to replace the vent apron when the ventilation apron is replaced. It takes time to change things. Moreover, when performing special processing to a rotating shaft like patent document 3, cost becomes high.
[0009]
An object of the present invention is to provide a fiber bundle concentrating device for a spinning machine that can improve the yarn quality by suppressing the generation of fluff with a simple configuration from the conventional fiber bundle concentrating device and can suppress the lateral movement of the aerated apron. There is.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 is a fiber bundle concentrating device that is provided downstream of a final delivery roller pair of a draft part of a spinning machine and converges the fiber bundle drafted by the draft part. A suction part having a nip roller, a suction pipe provided on the upstream side in the movement direction of the fiber bundle across the nip point of the delivery part and having a guide surface with a suction slit, and the delivery part. A winding apron that is configured and rotated while sliding on the guide surface, and a winding member in which a part of the ventilation apron is wound on the downstream side in the moving direction of the fiber bundle from the nip point of the delivery unit Is provided in parallel with the suction pipe, and at least one of the suction pipe and the winding member is integrally formed with a regulation guide for preventing lateral displacement of the ventilation apron. .
[0011]
In this invention, the fiber bundle drafted by the draft part is converged by the fiber bundle concentrating device provided on the downstream side of the final delivery roller pair of the draft part, and moves in a converged state. Compared with a spinning machine that is not arranged, the generation of fluff and cotton falling are suppressed, and the yarn quality is improved. Further, the winding member provided separately from the suction pipe downstream from the nip point increases the fuzz generation suppressing action and improves the yarn quality. The ventilated apron that performs the fiber bundle transfer operation is moved (turned) in a state in which the lateral displacement is prevented by the action of the regulation guide, so that the fiber bundle transfer operation is stably performed. In addition, since the restriction guide is formed integrally with at least one of the suction pipe and the winding member, the configuration is simplified as compared with a case where a dedicated restriction guide is provided separately from the suction pipe and the winding member.
[0012]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, the regulation guide is formed on the winding member. In the present invention, cleaning removal when fluff or the like is deposited between the regulation guide and the ventilation apron is easier than that in which the regulation guide is formed on the upstream suction pipe.
[0013]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect of the present invention, the suction pipe or the winding member on which the restriction guide is formed is a step where the portion where the restriction guide is to be formed is one step higher. The regulation guide is formed by removing the step portion in accordance with the width of the ventilation apron. Therefore, in this invention, manufacture becomes easy compared with the case where it manufactures by attaching a regulation guide to a suction pipe or a winding member by welding, adhesion, or screwing.
[0014]
