Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a composition for a chimney lining material and a molding lining material thereof, and more particularly to a composition for a chimney lining material produced by papermaking and a molding lining material thereof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a cylindrical chimney lining material used in the construction field, a concrete pipe or the like formed by pouring a raw material composition into a mold is known.
In addition, asbestos slate tubes and asbestos calcium silicate tubes formed by round netting are also known.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Among the above-mentioned lining materials, concrete pipes have a problem that they are heavy and have low heat resistance.
On the other hand, the asbestos slate tube and the asbestos calcium silicate tube obtained by round netting are relatively light, but there is a problem in using asbestos which is a carcinogenic substance.
In recent years, the number of cases where emergency generators are installed has increased due to the multi-functionality of buildings, power generation facilities have become larger and higher performance, and the exhaust gas temperature has become high (400 to 600 ° C.).
In addition, regulations on asbestos are strict, and a chimney lining material having almost the same heat resistance as that of asbestos is required without using asbestos.
[0004]
The main object of the present invention is to provide a composition for a chimney lining material that is lightweight and can be used in a high temperature range without using asbestos, and a molded lining material thereof.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems, the present inventors prepared a composition containing cement, pulp, heat-resistant filler, and clay as main components, and made this composition into a round net. Thus, it was found that a lightweight and heat-resistant chimney lining material was obtained, and the present invention was completed based on this finding.
[0006]
That is, the composition of the chimney lining material according to the present invention is characterized in that the blending composition is composed of cement, pulp, heat-resistant filler, and clay.
[0007]
Further, the chimney lining material according to the present invention has a gist that it is formed into a cylindrical shape by round net-making the composition.
[0008]
In the above blended composition, as the cement, cement or cement using an admixture such as silica fume, blast furnace slag, fly ash or the like is used.
[0009]
The above-mentioned pulp is useful for the sealing effect of other composition materials at the time of papermaking, and also contributes to the reinforcing effect. The blending amount of the pulp is 2 to 20 parts by weight, preferably 6 to 10 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the cement. When the amount exceeds 20 parts by weight, the nonflammability (heat resistance) is deteriorated, and when it is 2 parts by weight or less. Papermaking properties (meshing action) deteriorate.
[0010]
Examples of the heat-resistant filler include mica and wollastonite, and the blending amount thereof is 2 to 100 parts by weight, preferably 50 to 80 parts by weight, with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement. If it is less, the heat resistance will be lowered.
[0011]
Examples of the clay include clay minerals such as kibushi clay, kaolin, feldspar, glazed clay, and bentonite, and it is particularly preferable to use kibushi clay. The blending amount is preferably 5 to 60 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement. The strength is increased by adding clay, but if it exceeds 60 parts by weight, the dimensional change after heating becomes large, and there is a problem in heat resistance.
In addition to the above composition, inorganic fillers and reinforcing fibers may be added.
[0012]
As the inorganic filler, inorganic substances in a pulverized or finely divided form, for example, various inert or water-insoluble minerals such as silica, talc, sepiolite, calcium carbonate, and the like are used. These fillers can be used alone or in combination.
[0013]
Examples of the reinforcing fibers include glass fibers such as E glass fibers and alkali-resistant glass fibers (ARG), polypropylene fibers, and nylon fibers. In view of heat resistance, ARG is particularly preferable.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a round net is made of a composition comprising 2 to 20 parts by weight of pulp, 20 to 100 parts by weight of heat-resistant filler, and 5 to 60 parts by weight of clay with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement. It is formed into a cylindrical shape to form a chimney lining material.
[0015]
【Example】
Examples of the present invention are shown in Table 1 below together with comparative examples.
The compounded composition described in Table 1 is made into a round net using a round net making machine, and a cylindrical shaped product (lining material product) having an inner diameter of 612 mm, a length of 900 mm, and a thickness of 11 mm (density 1.30 g / cm 3 ). )
[0016]
The cylindrical shaped body is subjected to steam curing and natural curing for 10 days or longer to cure the cement.
For the cylindrical product obtained as described above, heat resistance, which is a particularly important performance as a chimney lining material, and concrete placement (concrete is poured into a formwork provided on the outer periphery of the lining material and integrated with the lining material) The pressure resistance at the time was evaluated by the following test.
[0017]
Heat resistance test As shown in FIG. 1, a product in which a glass mat heat insulating material (not shown) is wrapped around a cylindrical specimen is heated with a burner at 650 ° C. for 2 hours, cooled to room temperature for 2 cycles, and cracked. Check whether there is any occurrence.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 2, a cylindrical test specimen is sealed in a plastic bag and pressurized to 2.5 kgf / cm 2 by water pressure to check for cracks or breakage.
