Description
【0001】

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a block diagram of one aspect of the skin condition evaluation apparatus of the present invention.

[0015]
The bandpass filter 7 extracts signals of at least two frequency bands from the blood flow signal in order to read out information such as the shaking of the blood vessel, the heartbeat, and the nerve tension on the blood flow signal. This is a characteristic configuration with respect to the original multi-channel laser tissue blood flow meter for analyzing the blood flow volume.
[0016]
In the band-pass filter 7, for example, when reading information on the skin sympathetic nerve excitement state and the degree of skin fatigue, when the blood flow signal sample rate is 1 to 10 Hz, 0.04 Hz or more and less than 0.15 Hz, more preferably A low frequency range of 0.06 to 0.11 Hz and a high frequency range of 0.15 Hz or more, more preferably, a high frequency range of 0.15 to 0.50 Hz are extracted.
[0017]
In this embodiment, the signal analysis means 8 is realized by a personal computer, takes a ratio of signals of at least two frequency bands extracted by the band pass filter 7, and analyzes the skin state.
[0018]
For example, the ratio (LF / HF) of the signal intensity (LF) in the low frequency range and the signal intensity (HF) in the high frequency range described above becomes an index of the excitement state of the skin sympathetic nerve, and as the value increases, the skin sympathetic nerve Means that the excitement is growing.
[0019]
Further, (LF / HF) is an index of the degree of skin fatigue, and means that the greater the value, the greater the degree of skin fatigue.
[0020]
The ratio of the signals obtained in this way is not affected by fluctuations in the respiration rate in natural breathing and movements of the thorax or the like, and is a reliable skin condition index.
[0021]
After extracting a signal of a specific frequency band from the blood flow signal, frequency analysis may be performed by fast Fourier transform (FFT) or maximum entropy method (MEM) to obtain a power spectrum of the specific frequency band.
[0022]
Further, the signal analysis means 8 may store a signal of a specific frequency band extracted from the blood flow signal as necessary, and perform analysis using the stored signal.

[0024]
The skin condition evaluation method of the present invention is performed as follows using the above-described apparatus of the present invention.
[0025]
First, as in the case of measuring blood flow with a conventional multi-channel laser tissue blood flow meter, the
[0026]
Although there is no particular limitation on the site of the skin to be measured, it is preferable to set the site to which the sympathetic nerve of the skin blood vessel acts preferentially, such as the forehead or the palm.
[0027]
The measurement time depends on the sampling interval and the like, but is preferably about several minutes. This makes it possible to evaluate a steady state, not an instantaneous state of the skin.
[0028]
After obtaining the blood flow signal with the photodetector 6, the band pass filter 7 extracts signals of two or more specific frequency bands, and the signal analysis means 8 compares the signal intensities of the respective frequency bands. Is displayed on a display means such as a monitor or a printer. In this way, the skin condition can be easily evaluated non-invasively.
[0029]
【Example】
Example 1
Twenty healthy women in their 40s were divided into two groups, Group A and Group B. Group A was massaged for 20 minutes once a day, and Group B was a control group in which no treatment was performed. Using the apparatus shown in FIG. 1 (light source: semiconductor laser, wavelength 830 nm), the blood flow signal of the skin at the mouth corner before the start of treatment and 4 weeks after the start was measured, and 0.06 to 0.11 Hz extracted from the blood flow signal. The signal strength (LF) of the low frequency region and the signal strength (HF) of the high frequency region of 0.15 to 0.50 Hz were measured. LF / HF, a beam index, a moisture index, a dullness index, and a wrinkle index were obtained as indices of the degree of skin fatigue at the measurement site.
[0030]
Here, the beam index obtains a determination value obtained by classifying 1 subject to 10 states from a state in which each subject has no beam by palpation by palpation, and obtains an average value. It was an index.
[0031]
The moisturizing index is obtained by determining the judgment value by classifying 1 subject to 10th stage from the state where the subject is not moistened to the subject with 5 expert judges by palpation, and the average value is used as the moistening index. .
[0032]
The dullness index is determined by classifying 1 to 10 grades from the dull state to the dullness state, and the average value is used as the dullness index. .
[0033]
The wrinkle index is a wrinkle index that is obtained when the five expert judges visually determine each subject by dividing the wrinkle-free state into a wrinkle-free state in 1 to 10 stages. .
[0034]
These results are shown in FIGS. 4 to 7 show the effect of improving the skin condition by massage for each determination item, it can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 3 that LF / HF is lowered after massage. Therefore, it can be seen that LF / HF is an index of skin fatigue.
[0035]
Example 2
Twenty healthy women in their 20s were divided into two groups, Group A and Group B, and acclimated to a temperature and humidity environment of 25 ° C. and 50% from 6 am to the end of measurement on the next day. Group A was allowed to stay overnight all day, and Group B was allowed to sleep for 8 hours from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am on the following day, and served as a control group. The skin on the cheek was used as the measurement site, and in the same manner as in Example 1, the LF / HF, the beam index, and the dullness index were used as indices for the degree of fatigue of the skin at the measurement site. It was determined at 8 o'clock.
[0036]
These results are shown in FIGS. FIGS. 10 and 11 show that the skin fatigue caused by staying up all night for each of the determination items, it can be seen from FIGS. 8 and 9 that the LF / HF has increased after staying up all night. Therefore, it can be seen that LF / HF is an index of skin fatigue.
[0037]
【The invention's effect】
According to the skin condition evaluation method of the present invention, or by using the evaluation apparatus of the present invention, the skin condition such as fatigue level can be easily and non-invasively evaluated by a general person, and further, the evaluation result Can be displayed visually and clearly. Therefore, the present invention is useful for evaluation of products that improve skin fatigue, such as care agents, and proposal of concepts.
