Claims (4)
- 測定用の流管を構成する一対の第一、第二湾曲管部を対向振動させて、該第一、第二湾曲管部に作用するコリオリの力に比例した位相差及び/又は振動周波数を検出することにより、被計測流体の質量流量及び/又は密度を得るコリオリ流量計であって、
前記第一湾曲管部に前記被計測流体を流入させる第一流入口部と前記被計測流体を流出させる第一流出口部とを形成するとともに、前記第二湾曲管部に前記被計測流体を流入させる第二流入口部と前記被計測流体を流出させる第二流出口部とを形成するコリオリ流量計において、
前記流管を平面視したときの中間に位置するように固定部材を設け、
該固定部材には前記第一流入口部、前記第二流入口部、前記第一流出口部、及び前記第二流出口部を固定し、
前記固定部材に対する固定に関しては、前記第一流入口部、前記第二流入口部、前記第一流出口部、及び前記第二流出口部の各管軸を同一平面上の配置となる固定とし、且つ、前記第一流入口部と前記第二流入口部とを前記固定部材から離れるにしたがってこれら二つの間隔が広がる非平行状態の配置となる固定とし、且つ、前記第一流出口部と前記第二流出口部とを前記固定部材から離れるにしたがってこれら二つの間隔が広がる非平行状態の配置となる固定とし、且つ、前記第一流入口部及び前記第二流入口部と、前記第一流出口部及び前記第二流出口部とを対称な配置となる固定とする
ことを特徴とするコリオリ流量計。 - 測定用の流管を構成する一対の第一、第二湾曲管部を対向振動させて、該第一、第二湾曲管部に作用するコリオリの力に比例した位相差及び/又は振動周波数を検出することにより、被計測流体の質量流量及び/又は密度を得るコリオリ流量計であって、
前記第一湾曲管部に前記被計測流体を流入させる第一流入口部と前記被計測流体を流出させる第一流出口部とを形成するとともに、前記第二湾曲管部に前記被計測流体を流入させる第二流入口部と前記被計測流体を流出させる第二流出口部とを形成するコリオリ流量計において、
前記流管を平面視したときの中間に位置するように固定部材を設け、
該固定部材には前記第一流入口部、前記第二流入口部、前記第一流出口部、及び前記第二流出口部を固定し、
前記第一流出口部及び前記第二流入口部の間にはこれら二つを接続する接続管部を設け、
前記固定部材に対する固定に関しては、前記第一流入口部と前記第二流入口部とを前記固定部材から離れるにしたがってこれら二つの間隔が広がる非平行状態の配置となる固定とし、且つ、前記第一流出口部と前記第二流出口部とを前記固定部材から離れるにしたがってこれら二つの間隔が広がる非平行状態の配置となる固定とし、且つ、前記第一流入口部及び前記第二流入口部と、前記第一流出口部及び前記第二流出口部とを対称な配置となる固定とし、
前記第一流出口部、前記第二流入口部、及び前記接続管部の配置に関しては、各管軸三つを一直線となる配置とする
ことを特徴とするコリオリ流量計。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載のコリオリ流量計において、
前記固定部材を平面視略円形状又は円弧形状に形成する
ことを特徴とするコリオリ流量計。 - 請求項3に記載のコリオリ流量計において、
前記固定部材を壁状に形成する
ことを特徴とするコリオリ流量計。
