本発明は、左右一対のカップ部と、左右一対の肩ストラップとを備え、前記カップ部の下縁湾曲部に沿ってカップワイヤーが設けられ、前記カップ部の下縁湾曲部の脇側に、下縁にアンダーテープを有する左右一対の脇部が設けられたブラジャーに関する。

【従来の技術】
人間は手を挙げたとき、体幹の脇部分の皮膚伸展は非常に大きく、バストは皮膚伸展が殆ど起こらない左右バスト間の中央を支点として内上方向に回転しながら縦に伸びることが判明した。

例えば、図７（ａ）、（ｂ）は片方の手のみを挙げた場合の、体表面上の乳頭点を通る水平の基準線Ｈ１とアンダーバスト点を通る水平の基準線Ｈ２の変化を示すが、図７（ａ）の正中線Ｃよりも右半分（挙手した側）と図７（ｂ）を見ても明らかなように、体幹の脇部分の皮膚伸展は非常に大きい。

また、図８は片方の手のみを挙げた場合の、体表面上の乳頭点を通る垂直の基準線Ｖ１の変化を示すが、図８の正中線Ｃよりも右半分（挙手した側）を見ても明らかなように、挙手した側の縦線は波打ちながら肩に向かってすぼまった曲線となる。このため、図９（ａ）、（ｂ）に矢印Ａ、Ｂで示すように、バストは引き上げられながら中央に寄せられる、即ち、バージスラインが矢印Ａ方向に所定角度回転することがわかる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来のブラジャーは前中心布・バック布によって固定されており、上記のような上肢の動作による体幹の変形やバージスラインの回転に追随できず、カップやバックの着崩れを引き起こしている。

本発明は、上記課題を解決するために成されたものであり、上肢の動作に追随することで着崩れを防止することができるブラジャーを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明に係るブラジャーは、左右一対のカップ部と、前記カップ部に連結された左右一対の肩ストラップとを備え、前記カップ部の下縁湾曲部に沿ってカップワイヤーが設けられ、前記カップ部の下縁湾曲部の脇側に、下縁にアンダーテープを有する左右一対の脇部が設けられたブラジャーであって、前記脇部にて、前記カップワイヤーにおける脇側端点よりも下方の脇側所定位置で、前記カップワイヤーの脇側と前記アンダーテープとを連結する伸縮性を有する連結部材を備えたことを特徴とする。

ブラジャーを着用した状態で、腕を挙げる動作をすると、肩ストラップを介してカップ部及びカップワイヤーが持ち上げられる。このとき、前述したように、体幹の脇部分の皮膚が大きく伸展しつつ、バストは引き上げられながら中央に寄せられるような形状変化をする。

本発明では、脇部において、カップワイヤーにおける脇側端点よりも下方の脇側所定位置で、連結部材により、カップワイヤーの脇側とアンダーテープとを連結した。これにより、カップワイヤーの脇側端点は、バック布と連結されず、バック布によって後方に引っ張られる力がかからないため、動きが拘束されない「遊びのある状態」となる。このため、バストが引き上げられながら中央に寄せられ、バージスラインが図１の矢印Ｐ方向に所定角度回転するのに伴い、カップ部及びカップワイヤーが追随して回転することとなる。このように上肢の動作に追随することで着崩れを防止することができる。

本発明に係る連結部材は請求項２のように、テープ状素材により構成しても良い。また、請求項５のように、本発明に係る連結部材が、編組織変化をつけた１枚の経編地において他の部位に比べて伸縮性が低くなるよう編まれた所定幅の略直線状箇所となるよう、経編地をカップワイヤー脇側所定位置に取り付けた構成としても良い。

この経編地としては、例えば、図１３（ａ）、（ｂ）に示すパワーネット２３を採用することができる。このパワーネット２３は、生地全体を同じ地組織で編み、請求項２のテープに相当する所定幅の略直線状部位２３Ｂについて、他の部位２３Ａ、２３Ｃよりも弾性糸を多く編み込むか、他の部位よりも太い弾性糸を挿入した編み組織とすることによって、１枚のパワーネット２３の中に、伸縮性の低い部位２３Ｂと、伸縮性の高い部位２３Ａ、２３Ｃとを設けることができる。このうち、伸縮性の低い部位２３Ｂは本発明に係る連結部材として適用することができる。なお、このとき、部位２３Ｂと、他の部位２３Ａ、２３Ｃとで、ある程度以上の伸縮性の差異が存在することが望ましい。

ここで、カップワイヤー脇側所定位置に取り付ける経編地は、図１３（ａ）のように外側に低伸縮性の部位２３Ｂを設けた２層の構成としてもよいし、図１３（ｂ）のように低伸縮性の部位２３Ｂを、両側から高伸縮性の部位２３Ａ、２３Ｃで挟んだ３層の構成としてもよい。

一方、ブラジャーの前中心については、請求項６のように、前中心が、略三角形の左右２枚の布が重なって形成され、各布の下縁は互いに縫合され、各布の上縁及び内側の辺は互いに縫合されず浮いた状態となるよう構成することが望ましい。この場合、各布（いわゆる前中心布）の下縁は固定され、カップ部が回転する際の支点となる。その一方、各布の上縁及び内側の辺は互いに縫合されず浮いた状態であるため、各布はカップ部の回転に伴い形状が変化する。このように下縁を伸びのない支点としつつ、上縁及び内側の辺を拘束されない状態とすることにより、カップ部の回転を妨げず、スムーズな回転を促すことができる。

また、請求項７のように、アンダーテープにおける前中心部の下辺に、逆Ｖ字状の切れ込みを設けることが望ましく、左右のカップワイヤーがそれぞれ独立して、より円滑に動作できるようになる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照しながら、本発明に係るブラジャーの実施形態について説明する。

図１は、本実施形態に係るブラジャー１０の構造の特徴を示す図である。図示の通り、左右一対のカップ部であるカップ布部１は上カップ布１１と脇カップ布１２と下カップ布１３の３枚の布を縫着して構成されている。カップ布部１の下縁湾曲部には、形状記憶合金あるいは樹脂製のカップワイヤー（図示しない）を内部に有するワイヤーループ１４が設けられ、保形性を高めている。ワイヤーループ１４及び後述の前中心布部２の下縁には、伸縮性に富むアンダーテープ４が縫着されており、このアンダーテープ４は、図示しないホックにより着脱自在に連結される。また、左右一対の肩ストラップ５も伸縮性の繊維素材から成り、カップ布部１の上端とアンダーテープ４の背面側との間に掛け渡される。

本実施形態のブラジャー１０で特徴的なことは、第１に、ワイヤーループ１４とアンダーテープ４とを連結するテープ３が、ワイヤーループ１４の脇側端点１４Ａでなく当該脇側端点１４Ａよりも下方の所定位置１４Ｂで、ワイヤーループ１４と略直角をなすように留められていることである。即ち、脇側端点１４Ａは、動きにある程度の自由がきく「遊びのある状態」とされている。なお、テープ３は伸縮性のある繊維素材から構成されている。

本実施形態は上記のような特徴的な構成を有するため、腕を上げる等の上肢の動作に伴い、バストが引き上げられながら中央に寄せられ、バージスラインが矢印Ｐ方向に所定角度回転すると、カップ布部１及びワイヤーループ１４が追随して回転することとなる。このように上肢の動作に追随することで着崩れ防止が実現される。

特に、左右のワイヤーループ１４の前端点同士を連結することなく、当該前端点を左右別々に固定したため、左右のうち一方の腕の動作に追随して一方のカップ布部１及びワイヤーループ１４が回転しても、他方がそれに拘束されてずれたり動いたりすることが回避される。これにより、バストの左右差がある人でも、小さい方のバストが大きい方のバストに引かれてずれることがなく、前中心幅に融通がきくので、左右のバストが寄っている人や離れている人にもフィットしやすいという利点もある。

また、テープ３が連結点１４Ｂにおいてワイヤーループ１４と略直角をなす角度で連結されるよう構成したため、回転するカップ布部１及びワイヤーループ１４をその脇側にて安定的に支持することができる。もちろん、略直角をなす角度で連結することは必須ではなく、テープ３の連結位置は、アンダーテープ４がワイヤーループ１４の下縁部と離れる点１４Ｃと脇側端点１４Ａとの略中央の位置であれば、回転するカップ布部１及びワイヤーループ１４をその脇側にて安定して支持することができる。

図２は本実施形態のブラジャー１０の構成図であり、この図２のブラジャー１０においてテープ３の前に、トリコットを用いたバック布２０が取り付けられたものを図３に示す。図３ではワイヤーループ１４の脇側が全体的にバック布２０と連結されているが、バック布２０としてテープ３よりも伸縮性の高いものを採用することで、ワイヤーループ１４の回転動作の妨げとならないよう構成することで、図１、図２のようにバック布を付けないものと同様の効果が得られる。

図３に関連する別の態様を図１０〜図１２に示す。図１０のブラジャー１０は、バック布２１としてレースを用いた態様である。図１１のブラジャー１０は、バック布２０Ｓとして図３と同様にトリコットを用いているが、バック布２０Ｓがカップワイヤー１４の上端部１４Ａよりも下側に縫着され、上端部１４Ａには縫合されていない態様である。また、図１２のブラジャー１０は、バック布２０を袋状のものとして形成し、テープ３やアンダーテープ４がその中に収納された構成態様である。

なお、左右のワイヤーループ１４の前端点同士を連結することなく、当該前端点を左右別々に固定する態様としては、図１〜図３の態様以外に、図４に示すようにワイヤーループ１４の前端点１４Ｃと下端点１４Ｄとを左右交差して連結する態様を採用してもよいし、図５に示すようにワイヤーループ１４の下端点１４Ｄ同士を連結する態様を採用してもよく、いずれも左右のカップ布部１及びワイヤーループ１４の独立した動作が確保され、同様の効果が得られる。

また、図６に示すように、ワイヤーループ１４が肩ストラップ５に繋がった構成を採用することもでき、この場合、上肢の動作に伴う肩ストラップ５の動きに、カップ布部１及びワイヤーループ１４が追随しやすくなり、上記のようにカップ布部１及びワイヤーループ１４を容易に回転可能としたこととあいまって、着用者に動きやすさを感じさせることができる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明によれば、脇部において、カップワイヤーにおける脇側端点よりも下方の脇側所定位置で、連結部材により、カップワイヤーの脇側とアンダーテープとを連結したので、カップワイヤーの脇側端点は、動きが拘束されない「遊びのある状態」となり、バストが引き上げられながら中央に寄せられバージスラインが図１の矢印Ｐ方向に所定角度回転するのに伴い、カップ部及びカップワイヤーが追随して回転することとなり、着崩れを防止することができる。
