Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a rubber elastic segment structure that is mounted on a vehicle wheel and an endless track zone used in civil engineering machines, construction machines, or off-roads to provide driving force.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A structure of a wheel in which a hollow rubber elastic body segment is continuously attached to a rim of a vehicle wheel by a bolt and nut or the like is known. For example, there are wheels disclosed in JP-T-4-5000048, but each rubber elastic body segment forms a hollow portion in the width direction of the wheel, and the side portions constituting the hollow portion are in contact with each other to support each other. And the vibration during work is mitigated by the deformation of the side surface.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has a new structure in which the hollow portion of the rubber elastic segment and the stopper have a new structure to prevent the segment from swinging more than necessary and The object is to eliminate heat generation in the vicinity.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The gist of the present invention is a rubber elastic body segment mounted on the outer peripheral side of a wheel or an endless track, and the rubber elastic segment has a hollow portion formed in the width direction of the wheel or the endless belt, and the The hollow portion is defined by an outer surface portion, a side surface portion, and a bottom surface portion, a stopper rising from the bottom surface portion is formed in the hollow portion, and a hollow portion inner surface corresponding to the outer surface portion and a top surface of the stopper can be fitted. The present invention relates to a rubber elastic body segment.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
When the rubber elastic body segment is used for running, the side surface portion receives a load and repeatedly undergoes deformation, so that the rubber elastic body segment as a whole is the region with the highest heat generation. For this reason, in the present invention, a stopper is formed in the hollow portion to prevent excessive deformation, and furthermore, the inner surface of the hollow portion and the top surface of the stopper can be fitted to each other. Therefore, the heat generation at the side surface portion and the base of the rubber elastic body segment is reduced.
[0009]
The fitting shape of the hollow portion of the rubber elastic body segment and the top surface of the stopper is not particularly limited. For example, the top surface of the stopper is provided with a recess portion, and the hollow portion protrudes from this. There are those that form a portion, and conversely, the top surface of the stopper is provided with a convex portion, whereas the hollow portion is formed with a hollow portion. Furthermore, the case where a step is formed on the opposing surfaces is also included in the scope of the present invention.
[0010]
The planar shape of the rubber elastic body segment is not particularly limited, and the rubber elastic segment has a straight line shape that is mounted side by side in a direction perpendicular to the rim, a V-shaped shape that is bent at the center, or an inclined shape. There are things that are installed.
