Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a window regulator suitable for mounting on a front door of a cab-over type vehicle such as a truck.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIG. 2, the front door panel A of a cab-over type vehicle such as a truck has a shape in which the rear edge of the lower edge is inclined so as to avoid the wheel arch, and the window is also installed at a high position. The lower end front part of the window glass B is made lower than the lower end rear part to ensure a lateral view.
Therefore, when a general X-arm type window regulator is mounted on such a door panel A and a straight lift arm bracket a is attached to the center of the lower edge of the window glass B, the front end of the lift arm bracket a is a window. It protrudes to the lower end front part.
In order to avoid this, the window regulator is usually installed while being shifted backward. However, if the lift arm bracket a is attached to the rear lower end of the window glass B, the window glass B tends to tilt forward due to its weight. The raising and lowering of the window glass B becomes unstable and the sealing performance is deteriorated.
[0003]
Therefore, in order to stably support a window glass whose lower end front part is lower than the lower end rear part, the lift arm bracket is provided with a step having a front end part at a lower position and a rear end part at an upper position. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-280800 discloses a window regulator that is bent at each of the intersections so that the distance from the intersection to both ends is substantially equal.
However, this wind regulator has a special lift arm bent in a square shape so that the lift arm and equalizer arm do not cross this step when the window glass is closed even if the step at the lower end of the window is enlarged. Since an equalizer arm is used, there is a disadvantage that a normal arm cannot be used and the cost is high.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
This invention can stably support a window glass having a step at the lower edge, and even if the step at the lower end of the window is large, the equalizer arm and the lift arm do not get in the way, and it is generally used as an equalizer arm and a lift arm. It is an object of the present invention to provide a window regulator that can reduce costs by using a typical arm.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Window regulator according to claim 1, the lower end front portion lift arm bracket for supporting the window glass in the lower bottom rear position in the door panel, one end slidably mounted to said lift arm bracket, closer to the other end a lift arm but that is the shaft support rotatably driven relative to said door panel being pivotally attached to the lift arm at intersection retarding part you cross to the lift arm, one end slidably mounted to said lift arm bracket The lift arm bracket is formed with a step so that the front end is lower than the rear end, and the front end is made of the wind glass. together they are attached to the lower end front rear end is attached to a lower end rear portion of the window glass A than, in order to solve the above problem, the lift arm with rectilinear shape, the length from the intersection to the one end is larger than the length of the before Symbol shaft bearing from the intersection, the equalizer arm with rectilinear shape, wherein the length from the crossing portion to the one end of which is larger than the length to the other end from the intersection.
[0006]
A step is formed in the lift arm bracket so that the front end portion is lower than the rear end portion, and the front end portion of the lift arm bracket is attached to the front end of the lower end of the wind glass in which the lower end front portion is lower than the lower end rear portion. By attaching the rear end portion of the lift arm bracket to the lower end rear portion, the window glass can be stably supported, and the lift arm bracket and the lower end shape of the window do not interfere with each other. The length from the intersection of the lift arm to one end is greater than the length from the intersection to the shaft support for the door panel, and the length from the intersection to one end of the equalizer arm is greater than the length from the intersection to the other end. With this configuration, even if the mounting part of the lift arm and equalizer arm to the door panel is in the normal position, the inclination of the equalizer arm when the window glass is closed can be made a steep angle. Even when the step at the lower end of the window is made larger with the door panel, the lift arm and equalizer arm do not cross the step at the lower end of the window, and the general lift arm and equalizer arm can be changed by simply changing the position of the intersection. Available.

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the windshield having a step on the lower edge can be stably supported without the lift arm bracket interfering with the lower end shape of the window, so that the windshield smoothly moves up and down, Sufficient sealing performance can be secured.
Even if the step at the bottom of the window is made large, when the window glass is closed, the lift arm and equalizer arm do not cross the front lower part of the window, and it is generally used as a lift arm and equalizer arm. The cost can be reduced because it can be used simply by changing the position of the intersection.
