BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a washing water supply container that supplies washing water for washing a beverage dispensing path of a beverage dispensing device that cools and dispenses a beverage such as draft beer to a glass or a mug.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, beverage distribution devices for draft beer (dispensers for draft beer) have been widely used in restaurants and the like because they can easily provide delicious draft beer at an appropriate temperature.
However, in the beverage dispensing apparatus for draft beer, when a beverage dispensing device (hereinafter referred to as a dispense head) is mounted on a beverage storage tank arranged outside the beverage dispensing apparatus, the vicinity of the tip of the dispense head is exposed to the outside air. As a result of touching, germs in the air may enter the beverage dispensing path inside the beverage dispensing device. In particular, draft beer contains a large amount of nutrients, so that germs easily propagate inside the beverage pouring route, which is unsanitary, and has a problem of significantly impairing the taste of the beverage.
[0003]
For this reason, normally, after the day's business has ended, washing water is poured into the beverage dispensing path corresponding to the portion where draft beer comes into contact with the inside of the beverage dispensing device, and the beverage dispensing path is washed to prevent contamination. Try not to keep it clean.
[0004]
This cleaning operation is usually performed as follows. That is, the dispense head is removed from the beverage storage tank, and the dispense head is attached to a wash water supply container storing wash water instead. Next, as in the case of beverage distribution, the carbon dioxide gas decompressed from the carbon dioxide gas cylinder through the pressure reducing valve is introduced into the washing water supply container, and the inside of the washing water supply container is utilized using the pressure of the carbon dioxide gas. Wash water is sent to the beverage dispensing device to clean the inside of the beverage dispensing path.
[0005]
However, since the washing method as described above uses the pressure of carbon dioxide gas for the delivery of washing water in the same manner as when the beverage is dispensed, in the case of an operation error of the pressure reducing valve or a failure of the pressure reducing valve, There was a risk that the pressure of the carbon dioxide gas would directly act on the inside of the washing water supply container to rupture the washing water supply container. In preparation for such a case, it has been proposed that high pressure does not act on the inside of the cleaning water supply container by the following safety measures.
[0006]
The first method is a method in which the pressure resistance of the cleaning water supply container is sufficiently high. The second method is the most common method, but when a pressure exceeding a predetermined value is applied to the relief valve using a relief valve having a structure that presses the valve body against the valve seat by a spring force, In this method, the pressure is released through the relief valve.
[0007]
Among these, the first method is not preferable in terms of work because the manufacturing cost and weight of the cleaning water supply container increase. In addition, in the case of the second method, particularly when draft beer adheres, adhesion between the valve body and the seat surface is likely to occur with the passage of time, which may cause malfunction of the relief valve itself. is there. For this reason, it is necessary to periodically check the operation of the relief valve, and there is a problem that it takes time and effort for management.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, in the washing water supply container for supplying the washing water for washing the beverage dispensing path of the beverage dispensing device, the conventional method relates to the safety measures in the event that a high pressure is applied to the inside. Each had problems and further improvements were desired.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances. The purpose of the present invention is to ensure that the container is ruptured by quickly releasing the pressure when a high pressure is applied to the inside of the container due to some abnormality. An object of the present invention is to provide a washing water supply container having a structure that can be avoided and easily managed.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The cleaning water supply container of the present invention is
A washing water supply container for supplying washing water for washing a beverage dispensing path of an apparatus for cooling and dispensing a beverage,
A sealed container body;
A base provided near the top of the container body, to which the dispensing head is mounted, and provided in the container body, when the pressure inside the container body exceeds a predetermined pressure, A safety device incorporating a rupture disc to release pressure,
It is provided with.
[0011]
Here, the dispense head is an instrument used to take out the liquid stored in a sealed container, and is attached to the base of the container so that a high pressure can be introduced into the container. A pipe joint to which a pipe for introducing gas is connected, and a pipe joint to which a pipe for sending the liquid stored inside the container to the outside of the container by the pressure of the gas is connected.
[0012]
Preferably, the safety device is configured to fix the rupturable plate by pressing a peripheral portion of the rupturable plate from both sides via a seal ring made of an elastic body.
[0013]
Preferably, a seal ring having a structure for preventing co-rotation is used as the seal ring.
As the rupturable plate, for example, a copper thin plate is suitable.
[0014]
In addition, when an acidic or alkaline aqueous solution is used as the cleaning water, or when the cleaning water changes to acidic depending on the type of gas supplied, the rupturable plate is subjected to a corrosion resistance treatment. In the case of a copper thin plate, gold plating is preferably applied.
[0015]
(Function)
According to the cleaning water supply container of the present invention, when a high-pressure gas pressure exceeding a predetermined upper limit is applied to the inside of the container due to some abnormality, the rupture disk starts to deform so as to expand outward. When the pressure becomes excessive and the tensile strength of the material of the rupture disc is exceeded, the rupture disc breaks and the gas in the container is released to the outside, and the internal pressure is released to prevent the container from being destroyed. .
[0016]
When fixing the rupturable plate using a screw-in cap, the safety device is structured such that the rupturable plate is fixed by sandwiching the peripheral edge of the rupturable plate from both sides with an elastic seal ring. This can reduce the risk of scratching the rupturable plate.
[0017]
Furthermore, the above measures can be made more effective by making the seal ring into a shape or structure that does not easily cause co-rotation.
Further, the rupturable plate is required to reliably break at a relatively low pressure and a constant pressure with little variation. In this case, a copper thin plate is suitable from the viewpoint of workability and corrosion resistance.
[0018]
Further, when an acidic or alkaline aqueous solution is used as the washing water in order to obtain effects such as washing and sterilization, the rupturable plate is required to have sufficient corrosion resistance against these washing waters. Therefore, the rupturable plate is subjected to a corrosion-resistant surface treatment corresponding to each washing water to prevent a reduction in plate thickness due to corrosion. If a rupturable plate made of a thin copper plate is used, gold plating is suitable for this purpose.
[0019]

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, in the unlikely event that a high pressure gas pressure is applied to the inside of the cleaning water supply container, the rupturable plate incorporated in the safety device breaks down to release the high pressure gas, and the cleaning water supply container Since the internal pressure is released, the rupture of the cleaning water supply container itself can be prevented. By using a safety device with a built-in rupturable plate, it is possible to secure a stable operating pressure at a relatively low pressure, and to realize a highly reliable washing water supply container that does not require management effort. be able to.
