Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a window locking device. In particular, the present invention relates to a locking device for a window that opens and closes by rotating around a vertical axis. In this specification, the window rotating around the vertical axis is not only a window having a fixed rotation axis, but, for example, the upper and lower ends of one vertical slidper slide along the upper and lower window frame members, respectively. It also includes sliding windows with sliding paper doors that slide out.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional window locking device, for example, there is one disclosed in JP-A-7-208015.
[0003]
This locking device includes a window frame, a shoji attached to the window frame, and slidingly opened by sliding the upper and lower ends of one vertical sill along the upper and lower window frame members, and both upper and lower windows of the window frame. A window stay provided between the frame member and the upper and lower stiles of the shoji and switched between an open position for holding the shoji in an open state and a closed position for keeping the shoji in a closed state. Upper and lower window opening and closing operation that is provided so as to be movable in the left and right directions along both the upper and lower window frame members, and that opens and closes the window stay by switching the window stay between the open position and the closed position. It is used for a window including a bar, a window opening / closing operation handle provided on the window frame, and transmission means for converting the rotation of the operation handle into the movement of the upper / lower opening / closing operation bar.
[0004]
The locking device includes an engagement member provided at the upper and lower edges of the shoji, a hook that is provided on each of the lower and upper window frame members of the window frame and can be engaged with the engagement member, and the upper and lower window frame members Is provided between the hook and the hook, and the hook is swung to engage with the engaging member by moving the opening / closing operation bar to the left or right, and the hook is also moved by moving the opening / closing operation bar in the reverse direction. A cam and a cam follower that are rocked to release the engagement with the engaging member are provided.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the above locking device engages the hooks provided on the upper and lower window frame members of the window frame and the engaging members provided on the upper and lower edge portions of the shoji, the window is equal when the height of the window is high. In the case where the window is bent, there is a problem that the sealing performance at the center in the height direction of the window may be deteriorated.
[0006]
Further, the hook swings with the movement of the window opening / closing operation bar and engages with the engaging member. On the other hand, as the height of the window increases, the force required to move the upper and lower operation bars increases, so the force required to rotate the operation handle also increases. For this reason, when the height of a window becomes high, there exists a problem that force required in order to engage a hook with an engaging member also becomes large.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to provide a window lock device that is excellent in sealing of a closed window regardless of the height of the window and has a small operating force regardless of the height of the window. The purpose is to do.
[0008]

Corresponding portions are provided with false lock prevention means, and when the shoji is in an open state, both false lock prevention means engage with each other to prevent the vertical movement of the moving member, and the shoji Close, characterized in that the Sai, the stopper is adapted to be swung by a shoji or engaging member engaging the false locking means for preventing the stopper and the moving member is released It is intended to.
[0009]
In this locking device, the engaging member is provided on the side edge of the shoji, and the hook is provided at a position corresponding to the engaging member in the window frame. It can be locked to the frame member. Therefore, for example, if this locking device is provided at the center in the height direction of the window, the sealing performance of the window can be enhanced regardless of the height of the window.
[0010]
In addition , since the locking operation member for moving the hook up and down is provided separately from the operation member for opening and closing the shoji, the force required to move the hook up and down is reduced regardless of the height of the shoji. can do.
[0011]
Furthermore, it is possible to prevent the device from being accidentally locked when the shoji is open, and to easily disengage the false lock prevention means when closing the shoji.
[001 2 ]
In the above apparatus, a plurality of sets of engagement members, cams and hooks are provided at intervals in the vertical direction, a plurality of hooks are attached to one moving member, and a stopper is attached to at least one of the cams. May have been.
[001 3 ]
In this apparatus, the sealing property of the window does not deteriorate even if the height of the window is increased. In addition, since the plurality of hooks move up and down by the same moving member, it does not take time to lock the window. Further, since the plurality of hooks are moved up and down by one moving member, the operation member can be provided at an arbitrary position. Therefore, even when the height of the window is high, the operation member can be provided at the lower part of the window, and this lock device has excellent operability for locking the window.
[001 4 ]
The locking device may be provided with an inclined portion that closes the shoji by closing the engaging member on the indoor side of the hook.
[001 5 ]
In this locking device, the hook pulls and the shoji is pulled by the inclined portion, so that the pulling distance for pulling the shoji in the open state to the closed state becomes large. In particular, when the height of the window is high, the shoji is twisted, and the distance between the upper part of the shoji and the window frame tends to be larger than the distance between the lower part of the shoji and the window frame. Since the pulling distance of the shoji is large, the difference in torsion can be absorbed, and the upper portion of the shoji whose distance from the window frame is large can be reliably pulled into the closed state.
[001 6 ]

A spring (17) is positioned between the plate-like portion (15b) and the stopper (15) is urged by the spring (17) so as to swing counterclockwise.
[003 2 ]
FIG. 3 shows a state where the shoji (2) is locked in the locking device as described above, and FIG. 4 shows a state where the shoji (2) is unlocked.
[003 3 ]
When the shoji (2) is locked and closed, the cam follower (10d) is located at the top of the notch (14c) of the cam (14) and the front vertical part (10a) of the hook (10) and the cam The hook (10) and the protrusion (9a) of the engaging member (9) are engaged with each other while being sandwiched by the front surface of the main body portion (14b). At this time, the stopper (15) is inclined backward and downward. At this time, the operating member (13) is in a state of extending vertically. Further, the inclined portion (10e) of the hook (10) and the front plate portion (15b) of the stopper (15) are in contact with each other.
[003 4 ]
Then, the lock is released from the locked state shown in FIG. 3 as follows, and the state shown in FIG. 4 is obtained.
[003 5 ]
In order to release the lock, the operating member (13) is swung clockwise in FIGS. As the operating member (13) swings, the tip of the transmission member (16) is lowered, the moving member (12) is lowered, and the hook (10) is also lowered integrally.
[003 6 ]
As the hook (10) descends, the cam follower (10d) descends in the notch (14c). When the cam follower (10d) descends the upper straight portion (14f) in the notch (14c), the hook (10) descends straight downward. At this time, the stopper (15) rotates counterclockwise as the hook (10) descends, but the position of the engaging member (9) remains the same as in the locked state and the shoji (2) remains closed. There is.
[003 7 ]
When the cam follower (10d) moves from the straight part (14f) in the notch (14c) to the inclined part (14g), the front plate-like part (15b) of the stopper (15) becomes the inclined part of the hook (10). Apart from (10e), the inclined portion (15a) of the stopper (15) corresponds to the inclined portion (10e) of the hook (10).
[003 8 ]
As the cam follower (10d) descends in the inclined portion (14g) of the notch (14c), the hook (10) descends while swinging clockwise as shown in FIGS. On the other hand, the stopper (15) swings counterclockwise while being guided by the inclined portion (10e) of the hook (10). The engagement member (9) is guided to the inclined portion (10e) of the hook (10) by the swing of the hook (10) and the stopper (15) and gradually moves forward, and the shoji (2) is closed. Open the state little by little.
[00 39 ]
When the cam follower (10d) moves away from the inclined portion (14g) in the notch (14c) or the cam follower (10d) reaches the lower portion of the inclined portion (14g), the stopper (15) and the hook (10) are separated, Since the engaging member (9) is released from the state sandwiched between the hook (10) and the stopper (15), the shoji (2) can move freely. At this time, the rear plate portion (15c) of the stopper (15) is fitted between the rear wall of the notch (12b) and the protrusion (12c) in the moving member (12).
[004 0 ]
In this state, the upward movement of the moving member (12) is prevented by the rear plate-like portion (15c) of the stopper (15). Accordingly, in this state, the hook (10) is prevented from moving upward, shoji (2) operates the erroneous I operating member (13) in the open state locking device (8) is in the locked state It is prevented from becoming. At this time, the operating member (13) is in an unlocked state extending to the left and right, and cannot move the moving member (12) downward because it is in a position where it cannot swing further clockwise.
004 1 ]
The procedure for switching the shoji (2) from the unlocked state to the locked state is the reverse of the above, but the operation of the device (8) will be briefly described below.
[004 2 ]
When closing the shoji (2) in the fully open state, when the shoji (2) rotates a predetermined amount, the engaging member (9) of the shoji (2) contacts the stopper (15) and slightly stops the stopper (15). By swinging clockwise, the rear plate-like portion (15c) is separated from between the notch (12b) and the protrusion (12c). In this way, the engagement of the rear plate-like portion (15c) of the stopper (15) with the notch (12b) and the protrusion (12c) of the moving member (12) is released, and the moving member (12) It becomes possible to move upward. Accordingly, the operating member (13) can be operated to lock the shoji (2). Note that when the engagement between the stopper (15) and the moving member (12) is released, the shoji (2) is still slightly opened. Next, the operating member (13) is swung counterclockwise to move the hook (10) upward. This again cam follower hook (10) (10d) is guided to the cam follower guide surface (14) is guided in (14h) smoothly the notch (14c). Then, while elevating the inclined portion (14 g) in the cam follower (10d) is notched (14c), an engaging member (9) is sandwiched de stopper (15) and the hook (10) hooks ( The door is gradually pulled backward by 10) and the shoji (2) is gradually closed from the slightly opened state. When the cam follower (10d) reaches the straight portion (14f) from the inclined portion (14g) in the notch (14c), the shoji (2) is closed. Then, the cam follower (10d) rises in the straight portion (14f) of the notch (14c) and enters the locked state shown in FIG.
[004 3 ]
In this locking device (8), the hook (10) and the stopper (15) are swung, so that the closed shoji (2) is pushed out and slightly opened, while it is slightly opened. The shoji (2) in the state is drawn to the closed state. Further, the hook (10) for pulling the shoji (2) swings and the inclined portion (10e) is provided in the front vertical portion (10a). It becomes longer compared with the case where no is provided.
[004 4 ]
Further, in this locking device (8), when the lock is released, the shoji (2) is slightly opened and the engaging member (9) of the shoji (2) is brought into contact with the stopper (15). movement is blocked operating member moving member unless disengaged (12) of the stopper (15) stopper path by swinging (15) and the moving member (12) Te (13) does not move. Therefore, when the shoji (2) is fully opened, the operation member (13) can be moved by mistake, and the lock device (8) is not locked and is safe. The blocking of the movement of the moving member (12) is released by closing the shoji (2) and swinging the stopper (15) by the engaging member (9) of the shoji (2). Not.
[004 5 ]
Further, in this locking device (8), since the operation member (13) is provided on the window frame (1) so as to protrude indoors, the shoji (2) is locked and the shoji (2) is unlocked. In short, the operating member (13) does not interfere with the screen door (S).
[004 6 ]
In addition, this invention is not restricted to the thing of the said embodiment, Each part structure can be changed suitably. For example, in the locking device (8) of the above embodiment, the stopper (15) is provided on both the upper and lower cams (14), but at least one of the cams (14) is provided with the stopper (15). Just do it.
