Description
【0001】

There is a natural opening / closing vent device described in Japanese Patent No. 241256.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]

[0010]
On the other hand, since the natural opening / closing vent device described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 3-241256 is a rotating mechanism, the shape of the vent for the required opening area can be minimized. However, there are problems that the number of members is large, the mechanism is complicated, and the axial thickness of the ventilation port is increased. In addition, since the structure cuts off two points in the flow path, for example, even if one shape memory alloy spring operates in response to the outside air temperature, one movable blade operates in the other shape memory alloy spring. After that, the outside air will not hit, the timing of the wind will be different, and the reaction will be delayed. Thus, there is also a problem that the response of the operation of the shape memory alloy spring attached to both movable plates is poor.
Therefore, the problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a compact ventilation port that is formed with a simple mechanism to reduce the thickness and that operates with good response and stability.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the ventilation port of the present invention is a ventilation port provided with an opening / closing mechanism that is disposed in the ventilation channel and that opens and closes the ventilation channel by a rotating movable blade .
The opening and closing mechanism, the disposed in one place in the flow direction of the ventilation passage has two different types of Ru is open and close the ventilation passage temperature sensitive and by rotating the movable blade thermosensor,
The opening / closing mechanism uses only two movable blades that occupy the entire ventilation channel and have an opening, and each movable blade is urged to urge the movable blade in any rotation direction. Force members are provided,
The two types of temperature sensitive elements are arranged on each of the movable blades so as to be biased in a direction opposite to the biasing direction of the biasing member,
One of the temperature sensing elements opens the ventilation channel by rotating the one movable blade in a direction in which the openings overlap each other,
The other of said temperature sensitive device is you characterized by blocking the ventilation passage by rotating the other of the movable blade in a direction in which each said opening do not overlap each other.
The shape of the movable blade may be arbitrary as long as it does not hinder rotation, such as a circular shape, a conical shape, and a hemispherical shape.
Since only the two movable blades are rotated to open and close the ventilation channel, the opening area is widened and sliding resistance is reduced compared to the case where the movable blades are arranged in series, and the device can operate smoothly. Besides reducing the thickness , the number of members can be reduced to reduce the weight.
[0013]
The opening / closing mechanism is provided with one movable blade that occupies the entire ventilation channel and has an opening, and one fixed blade that is in sliding contact with the movable blade and has an opening,
The movable blade is provided with a biasing member that biases the movable blade in any rotation direction,
The two types of temperature sensitive elements are arranged so that the movable blade can be urged in a direction opposite to the urging direction by the urging means,
One of the temperature sensing elements opens the ventilation channel by rotating the movable blade in a direction in which the openings overlap each other,
The other temperature sensing element may block the ventilation flow path by rotating the movable blade in a direction in which the openings do not overlap each other . With such a configuration, one movable blade rotates along one fixed blade, so that the rotation trajectory is stabilized. In addition, the cost can be reduced by reducing the number of parts.
[0014]
The two types of temperature sensitive elements can be formed of two types of shape memory alloy springs having different deformation temperatures. By using a shape memory alloy spring, force can be automatically transmitted in response to temperature without using a drive source such as electricity or compressed air. The deformation temperature of the shape memory alloy spring has a predetermined range, and the shape memory alloy spring is gradually deformed within this range.
[0015]
The two types of temperature sensitive elements may be configured with two types of wax sensors having different deformation temperatures. A wax sensor is a device that expands and contracts a rod by utilizing the fact that wax sealed in a cylinder changes its state at a predetermined deformation temperature and changes its volume. By using a wax sensor, force can be transmitted without using a drive source. It should be noted that the deformation temperature of the wax sensor has a predetermined range, and gradually deforms within this range.
[0020]
The two types of wax sensors may be formed integrally with a common cylinder and rod. The integrally formed wax sensor operates such that the rod extends once when the lower deformation temperature is reached and further extends when the higher deformation temperature is reached. Since the wax sensor is integrally formed, the number of parts can be reduced and the structure can be simplified.
[0021]
The outer shape of the movable blade can be circular or conical. With this configuration, the movable blade can be easily and accurately manufactured. In particular, when the blades are conical, the effective aperture ratio of the blades can be increased and the fluid resistance is also reduced.
[0022]
It is also possible to arrange the two types of temperature sensitive elements on one side in the flow direction with respect to the movable blade. With such a configuration, since both the temperature sensing elements are arranged in the same space when the flow path is shut off, the timing at which the outside air hits both temperature sensing elements is equal, no operation time lag occurs, and malfunction can be prevented. Responsiveness is improved.

[0052]
The
[0053]
The embodiment of the present invention has been described above. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, two bias springs can be provided on the outside air side with respect to the movable blade. According to the configuration, when dust or the like adheres, air can be blown off from the outside to facilitate maintenance.
It is also possible to provide one on the outdoor side and one on the indoor side, or two on the indoor side. With this configuration, the bias spring can be provided on a different side from the shape memory alloy spring, and interference between the springs can be prevented, so that the degree of freedom in design is increased and installation is facilitated.
In addition, when two bias springs are provided on the indoor side and a wax sensor is used, if the wax sensor and the bias spring are arranged so as to overlap each other when viewed in the flow direction, the area that closes the opening is reduced to a minimum level. This can reduce the resistance when taking in air.
[0054]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention has the following effects.
(1) Since the ventilation flow path is opened and closed by rotating the movable vane, the sliding resistance is reduced compared to the case of operating in a straight line, the operation can be smoothly performed, the opening area is widened, and one part of the flow path is provided. Since the device is opened and closed, the thickness of the device is reduced.
(2) When two movable blades are used for the opening / closing mechanism, the number of members can be reduced, and the thickness can be reduced and the weight can be reduced. In addition, the cost can be reduced by reducing the number of parts.
(3) By providing the fixed blade, it is possible to prevent the sliding resistance from being fluctuated due to distortion during rotation of the movable blade and to operate stably. Further, since the fixed blade can be fixed to the inside of the frame, the frame can be prevented from being distorted and its shape can be maintained.
(4) If the temperature sensitive element is formed of a shape memory alloy spring or a wax sensor, force can be automatically transmitted in response to temperature without using a driving source such as electricity or compressed air.
(5) When the opening / closing mechanism is provided with one movable blade and one fixed blade and is operated by a shape memory spring or a wax sensor, one movable blade rotates along the one fixed blade. Therefore, the rotation trajectory is stabilized. Further, since the fixed blade can be fixed to the inside of the frame, the frame can be prevented from being distorted and its shape can be maintained. In addition, the cost can be reduced by reducing the number of parts.
(6) If two types of wax sensors are integrally formed, the number of parts can be reduced, the structure can be simplified, and the cost can be reduced.
(7) When two types of temperature sensing elements are arranged on one side in the flow direction with respect to the movable blade, both temperature sensing elements are arranged in the same space when the flow path is interrupted. The temperature difference between the two is reduced, the timing at which the fluid contacts both temperature sensing elements is the same, the operation time lag does not occur, the responsiveness is improved, and the malfunction can be prevented.
