Description
The present invention includes a plurality of power conversion circuits including switching elements for power conversion that perform an ON-OFF operation using a DC voltage as an input, on the primary side of a common transformer, and uses the power from the plurality of power conversion circuits as a load. The present invention relates to a power supply circuit provided with a secondary side DC output circuit for supply on the secondary side of the transformer.
In the power supply circuit as in
In view of the above-mentioned situation, the present invention intends to solve the problem that the driving time (driving rate) of each of the plurality of power conversion circuits can be easily changed with a simple configuration. To provide a power supply circuit that can automatically supply a stable output from the power converter circuit on the normal side without stopping the output even when trying to drive alternately with one or more faulty is there.
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention includes a plurality of power conversion circuits each including a power conversion switching element that performs an ON-OFF operation using a DC voltage as an input, on the primary side of a common transformer. In the power supply circuit comprising a secondary side DC output circuit for supplying power from the conversion circuit to the load on the secondary side of the common transformer, each of the plurality of power conversion circuits is provided with a booster circuit, A load balance control signal generator for outputting a priority signal for load balance control is connected to the plurality of booster circuits, and a load balance control means for changing the drive rate of each power conversion circuit is configured. by inputting the priority signal for load balance control to said plurality of boosting circuit, the output voltage of the particular boosting circuit is higher than the output voltage of the other remaining booster circuit It is characterized in that configured to be lower, to supply power from said power conversion circuit having a high step-up circuit of the output voltage to the secondary side DC output circuit.
Since a high-voltage circuit among the plurality of power conversion circuits provided on the primary side of the common transformer is output to the secondary side DC output circuit, a booster circuit for changing the voltage of the power conversion circuit is provided, By outputting a priority signal for load balance control from the load balance control signal generator to each of these booster circuits, it is possible to freely change the drive time (drive rate) of each power conversion circuit.
Each step-up circuit includes an active filter circuit provided in each power conversion circuit in order to improve the power factor of the input current to each power conversion circuit, and an output voltage monitor provided in the active filter circuit The output voltage of the active filter circuit may be changed by inputting a priority signal for the load balance control to the circuit unit.
When a priority signal for load balance control is not output from the load balance control signal generator, a pulse signal from an oscillator provided in the input power source of each power conversion circuit is used as a load balance control signal. May be used.
An input power source of one power conversion circuit of the plurality of power conversion circuits is configured from a commercial AC power source, the rectifier circuit for converting the commercial AC voltage into a DC voltage is provided in the power conversion circuit, and the other By configuring the input power source of the power conversion circuit from a DC power source such as a secondary battery, the power conversion circuit can be driven using the voltage from the DC power source even during a power failure.
When a short-circuit fault detection circuit for detecting that the power conversion switching element of the power conversion circuit has a short-circuit fault and a short-circuit fault current detection signal from the short-circuit fault detection circuit are output to each of the power conversion circuits A circuit breaking switching element for breaking the power conversion circuit may be provided.
The short circuit failure detection circuit compares the current from the current detection means for detecting the current of the power conversion circuit with the drive signal for driving the power conversion switching element, and the drive stop signal of the power conversion switching element is A short-circuit fault current detection signal for turning off the circuit breaking switching element may be output based on a current detection signal from the current detection means when output.
By providing a booster circuit for changing the voltage of the power converter circuit and inputting a priority signal for load balance control from the load balance control signal generator to each of the booster circuits, the drive time of each power converter circuit (Driving rate) can be changed freely. For example, a specific power conversion circuit of a plurality of power conversion circuits is not driven in a concentrated manner, and adversely affects a life component such as an electrolytic capacitor due to heat generation. In addition, the heat generated by power loss can be evenly distributed to each power conversion circuit, so that the maximum power that can be supplied to each power conversion circuit to the load on the secondary side is reached. A power supply circuit that can be supplied can be provided.
Each booster circuit is composed of an active filter circuit provided in each power conversion circuit in order to improve the power factor of the input current to each power conversion circuit, and an output voltage monitoring circuit unit provided in this active filter circuit It can be configured to change the output voltage of the active filter circuit by inputting a priority signal for load balance control, and the drive factor can be changed using the active filter circuit that improves the power factor Can do.
When each of the power conversion circuits outputs a short-circuit fault detection circuit for detecting that a power conversion switching element of the power conversion circuit has a short-circuit fault and a short-circuit fault current detection signal from the short-circuit fault detection circuit, power conversion is performed. By providing a circuit breaking switching element for breaking the circuit, when the power conversion switching element of the power conversion circuit is short-circuited, this is detected by the short-circuit fault detecting means, and this short-circuit fault current detection signal is output. Then, for example, the circuit-breaking switching element that operates in 3 μs or less can be turned off, and the power conversion circuit can be cut off (opened), and a fuse (in the case of a fuse, about 1 msec is required until the circuit is cut off). When the circuit is interrupted by using it, it is possible to avoid applying an excessive voltage to the transformer.

As shown in FIG. 1, a priority signal for load balance control from a load balance control signal generator U is provided to each of output voltage monitoring circuit units (not shown) provided in the

Driving time set by the priority signal or pulse signal for the load balance control, the output voltage of the booster circuit is set higher than the output voltage of the other remaining booster circuits, and the power is converted to a high voltage via the common transformer.
You may comprise as shown in FIG. That is, the two

As shown in FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b) to FIG. 9, the power supply circuit is composed of a plurality of units that can be brought into a connected state and a disconnected state by insertion and removal so as to be advantageous in terms of maintenance. The unit structure will be described.
First, as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, a first output unit 35 (including the secondary side
