*3:竹炭3…孟宗竹の竹炭、比表面積315m2 /g、平均粒径1000μm
*4:備長炭(ウバメ樫)…比表面積125m2 /g、平均粒径300μm
*5:植物性粒状体(胡桃殻粉砕物、RFL処理液で表面処理済み))…日本ウォルナッ ト製、ソフトグリッド#46、平均粒径300μm
*6:フライポンタイト−シリカ複合体…水澤化学工業製、ミズカナイトHP
各試験タイヤ4本を排気量2000ccの前輪駆動式乗用車に装着し、一般乾燥路面において2,500Km毎に前後輪のローテイションを行い、1万Km走行後の4本のトレッド残溝深さの平均値から摩耗量を求め耐摩耗性の評価とした。結果を比較例2を100とする指数表示で示した。数値の大きいものほど耐摩耗性が良好である。
各試験タイヤ4本を排気量2000ccの前輪駆動式乗用車に装着し、乾燥アスファルト路面にて100Kmの予備走行の後、気温−5±3℃、路面温度−5±3℃の氷上路面にて、速度40Km/hでABSを作動させ制動距離を測定した。10回の測定の平均値を氷上性能の評価とし、比較例2を100とする指数表示で示した。数値の大きいものほど制動距離が短く良好である。
Claims (3)
- ジエン系ゴム成分100重量部に対して、竹炭からなる平均粒径10〜500μmの粒状体を1〜20重量部配合してなる
ことを特徴とするタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。 - 胡桃の殻の粉砕物などの植物性粒状体がさらに配合されてなる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のゴム組成物をトレッド部に用いた
ことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
