BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pneumatic tire that can improve productivity.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
In a pneumatic tire, since required characteristics in each part such as a tread portion, a sidewall portion, and a bead portion are different, rubber molded bodies having different blending and cross-sectional shapes are used for the rubber materials arranged in these portions. And such a rubber molded object is conventionally produced with each rubber extruder or a calendar, is carried to the formation process, and is affixed on the tire molding drum.
[0003]
However, the conventional method of extruding or calendering with a finished cross-sectional shape is in an environment where the apparatus tends to be large in order to increase production efficiency. Furthermore, even when a tire is taken as a single rubber molded body such as a sidewall rubber, the shape and size of the tire vary depending on the type of tire. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare various types of bases according to each specification for each rubber molded body, and each time the type of tire to be manufactured is changed, the base must be replaced and adjusted, etc. In particular, in recent years when there is a strong tendency to produce a variety of products in small quantities, the productivity is very poor and the initial capital investment tends to be large.
[0004]
The present invention has been devised in view of the above-described problems. A long rubber strip made of unvulcanized rubber is spirally wound on the sidewall rubber and the inner liner rubber instead of an integrally extruded product. The main object is to provide a pneumatic tire that can flexibly adapt to the shape of each rubber material and can greatly improve the productivity of the tire, based on the use of a laminated body that is laminated and formed into a predetermined cross-sectional surface shape. It is said.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a cross-sectional view of a normal state in which the pneumatic tire of the present embodiment is in an unloaded state in which a rim (not shown) is assembled to a normal rim and filled with a normal internal pressure. The regular rim is a rim determined for each tire in a standard system including a standard on which a tire is based. For example, a standard rim for JATMA, “Design Rim” for TRA, or ETRTO. For example, "Measuring Rim". In addition, the normal internal pressure is the air pressure that each standard defines for each tire in the standard system including the standards on which the tires are based. The maximum air pressure is JATMA, and the table "TIRE LOAD LIMITS AT VARIOUS" is TRA. The maximum value described in “COLD INFLATION PRESSURES”, “INFLATION PRESSURE” for ETRTO, but 180 KPa for tires for passenger cars.

[0034]
As described above, the pneumatic tire according to the present embodiment can greatly improve the productivity of the tire by forming the rubber material of each part into a predetermined cross-sectional shape using the
[0035]
In this example, the rubber material excellent in adhesiveness forming the insulation rubber Ig, the cushion rubber Cg, and the sidewall rubber Sg contains 40 to 100 parts by weight of low-viscosity polybutadiene rubber in 100 parts by weight of the rubber component. And what contains 2.5 weight part or more of anti-aging agents with respect to 100 weight part of rubber components is preferable.
[0036]
A general polybutadiene rubber has a Mooney viscosity of about 43 to 44 {ML (1 + 4) @ 100 ° C.}, but the low viscosity polybutadiene rubber used in the present embodiment has a Mooney viscosity of 40 {ML (1 + 4) @ 100. ° C} or lower viscosity. By forming the sidewall rubber Sg, the cushion rubber Cg, and the insulation rubber Ig from the rubber material containing a large amount of low-viscosity polybutadiene rubber in this way, the
[0037]
Further, the sidewall rubber Sg, the cushion rubber Cg, and the insulation rubber Ig are easily subjected to mechanical fatigue because they are disposed at a portion subjected to a relatively large strain. Also, the side wall rubber Sg, the cushion rubber Cg, and the insulation rubber Ig It is necessary to prevent a decrease in crack resistance due to bending by being made of a sulfide. For this reason, the rubber material contains 2.5 parts by weight or more, more preferably 2.7 parts by weight or more, and further preferably 3.0 to 4.0 parts by weight of the anti-aging agent with respect to 100 parts by weight of the rubber component. By improving the above, the crack generation performance is improved.
[0038]
Examples of the anti-aging agent include N-phenyl-N′-isopropyl-p-phenylenediamine, N- (1,3-dimethylbutyl) -N′phenyl-p-phenylenediamine, diallyl-p-phenylenediamine mixture, N, N'-diphenyl-p-phanylenediamine, p- (p-toluenesulfenylamino) diphenylamine, octylate diphenylamine, polymer of 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline, 6-ethoxy -2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline, N-phenyl-1-naphthylamine, 4,4 '-(α, α-dimethylbenzyl) dithiocarbamate, N, N'-di-2- Naphthyl-p-phenylenediamine, nickel-dimethyldithiocarbamate, nickel-dibutyldithiocarbamate 2-mercaptobenzimidazole, zinc salt of 2-mercaptobenzimidazole, 2-mercaptomethylbenzimidazole, zinc salt of 2-mercaptomethylbenzimidazole, 1,3-bis (dimethylaminopropyl) -2-thiourea, tributyl And thiourea, N-phenyl-N ′-(3-methacryloyloxy-2-hydroxypropyl) -p-phenylenediamine, and the like.
[0039]
Further, the sidewall rubber Sg, the cushion rubber Cg and the insulation rubber Ig desirably have a 100% modulus of 0.5 to 2.5 MPa and a JIS durometer A hardness of 65 degrees or less in physical properties after vulcanization. . When the 100% modulus of each rubber is less than 0.5 MPa, there is a problem that the rigidity of the

【Example】
A pneumatic tire (Example) according to the present invention was prototyped according to the specifications shown in FIG. 1 and Table 1, and evaluated for durability, green cover molding time, and tire cost. We also made a prototype of a conventional tire (conventional example) that does not have an insulation rubber formed using an extruded product obtained by extruding an inner liner rubber, cushion rubber, or sidewall rubber with an extruder, and compared the performance. . As for durability, the drum durability test is performed under the following conditions, and the running time until the tire breaks is measured. The durability is evaluated by an index with the conventional example being 100, and the larger the value, the better.
Load 6.96 (kN)
Internal pressure 190 (kPa)
Speed 80 (km / h)
Drum diameter 1.7076 (m)
In addition, the molding time of the green cover is measured by measuring the molding time of the green cover per tire and evaluated by an index with the conventional example being 100. The smaller the numerical value, the better. Moreover, about tire cost, it shows that it is so favorable that a numerical value is small which evaluated the production cost per tire by the index | exponent which sets the conventional example to 100.
The test results are as follows.
[0045]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the first aspect of the present invention, the sidewall rubber and the inner liner rubber are formed using a laminate in which long rubber strips made of unvulcanized rubber are spirally wound and laminated. The As a result, even if the cross-sectional shapes of the sidewall rubber and inner liner rubber are different, it can be handled freely by changing the winding position of the rubber strip, etc. Productivity can be significantly improved compared to the tire to be formed.
[0046]
AlsoClaim 1In the described invention, between the carcass and the inner liner rubber, the belt layer extends from the vicinity of the outer end in the tire axial direction to the inner side in the tire radial direction and ends at a position at least exceeding the maximum width in the tire cross section. By arranging the insulation rubber to be used, it helps to improve the adhesion between the carcass and the inner liner rubber, for example. Further, by forming this insulation rubber from the same rubber material as the sidewall rubber, it is possible to reduce the type of rubber used in the tire, which helps to reduce the production cost. Further, since the insulation rubber is formed using the laminate, productivity can be further improved.
[0047]
In the invention according to
[0048]
AlsoClaim 3In the described invention, the sidewall rubber contains 40 to 100 parts by weight of a low-viscosity polybutadiene rubber in 100 parts by weight of the rubber component, and contains 2.5 parts by weight or more of an anti-aging agent with respect to 100 parts by weight of the rubber component. In addition, the 100% modulus is 0.5 to 2.5 (MPa) and the JIS durometer A hardness is 65 degrees or less, which improves the crack damage resistance performance while ensuring flexibility and impact mitigation performance. it can. Moreover, the dimensional stability of the rubber strip can be improved, and it is useful for forming a laminate with high accuracy.
