Description
【0001】
本発明は、天然ゴム、ブタジエンゴム、スチレンブタジエンゴム、イソプレンゴム、ブチルゴム、及びこれらの変性ゴム等のジエン系ゴムよりなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種以上のゴム100重量部に対して;
補強剤としてカーボンブラックとシリカの合計量が40から100重量部であり、かつシリカは前記合計量の5重量部以上を含み;
で表わされるビスマレイミド化合物(X)を0<X<2重量部及び硫黄(S)を0<S<1重量部を配合してなり;
加硫促進剤(Y)として、ジベンゾチアジルジスルフィド、N−シクロヘキシル−2−ベンゾチアジルスルフェンアミド、N−オキシジエチレン−2−ベンゾチアジルスルフェンアミド、N,N−ジシクロヘキシル−2−ベンゾチアジルスルフェンアミド、N−tert−ブチル−2−ベンゾチアジルスルフェンアミド、テトラメチルチウラムジスルフィド、テトラエチルチウラムジスルフィド、テトラブチルチウラムジスルィド、テトラメチルチウラムモノスルフィド、テトラブチルチウラムモノスルフィドからなる群より選択された少なくとも1種の化合物をY>1.5(X+S)重量部である;

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a rubber composition suitable for use on ice and used for a tread of a studless tire having durability.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Spike tires are prohibited as a measure against dust pollution, and studless tires are rapidly spreading. And with the improvement of the studless tire, its performance is close to that of the spike tire, but one factor for maintaining the performance on ice is the softness of the rubber, but due to the increase in rubber hardness due to running over time However, the performance on ice is reduced, which is a problem. Therefore, as countermeasures, the amount of oil in the rubber composition has been reduced, the sulfur cross-linking mode has been optimized, and the use of foam rubber has been made. However, the increase in hardness has not been sufficiently suppressed. . Accordingly, the rubber hardness increases with aging, and the performance on ice tends to decrease.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a tread rubber composition for a studless tire in which the hardness increases due to aging with age and the performance on ice does not deteriorate.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to 100 parts by weight of at least one rubber selected from the group consisting of natural rubber, butadiene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber, butyl rubber, and diene rubbers such as these modified rubbers;
The total amount of carbon black and silica as a reinforcing agent is 40 to 100 parts by weight, and the silica includes 5 parts by weight or more of the total amount;
As a cross-linking agent, a general formula
[Chemical 2]
[0006]
(Wherein R represents a phenylene group, a naphthylene group, a — (CH 2 ) n — group, and n is an integer of 2 to 6)
A blend of 0 <X <2 parts by weight of the bismaleimide compound (X) and 0 <S <1 part by weight of sulfur (S);
As vulcanization accelerator (Y), dibenzothiazyl disulfide, N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazylsulfenamide, N-oxydiethylene-2-benzothiazylsulfenamide, N, N-dicyclohexyl-2-benzo Thiazylsulfenamide, N-tert-butyl-2-benzothiazylsulfenamide, tetramethylthiuram disulfide, tetraethylthiuram disulfide, tetrabutylthiuram disulfide, tetramethylthiuram monosulfide, tetrabutylthiuram monosulfide At least one compound selected from the group is Y> 1.5 (X + S) parts by weight;
It is a tread rubber composition.
[0007]
Examples of the diene rubber used in the present invention include natural rubber (NR), butadiene rubber (BR), styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), isoprene rubber (IR), butyl rubber (IIR), and modified rubbers thereof. Can be used.
In the rubber component, carbon black and silica are used in combination as a reinforcing agent. At this time, the total amount of carbon black and silica is 40 to 100 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the rubber component, and preferably 50 to 70 parts by weight is blended. In addition, the compounding quantity of the said silica is 5 weight part or more, Preferably 20-50 weight part is good.
[0008]
When the total amount of carbon black and silica is less than 40 parts by weight, the wear resistance is low, and when it exceeds 100 parts by weight, a large amount of softening agent is required to maintain workability in the kneading step and the extrusion step.
On the other hand, the reason why the amount of silica is 5 parts by weight or more is that if the amount is less than 5 parts by weight, the effect of improving the performance on ice by silica cannot be expected sufficiently.
[0009]
As described above, in the present invention, it has been found that the combined use of carbon black and silica as a reinforcing agent results in less change in hardness than the combination of carbon black alone.
Next, the crosslinking agent used in the present invention is a blend of bismaleimide compound X represented by the following formula and sulfur S.
[0010]
[Chemical 3]
[0011]
(Wherein R represents a phenylene group, a naphthylene group, a — (CH 2 ) n — group, and n is an integer of 2 to 6)
Specific examples of the bismaleimide compound X which is one composition of the crosslinking agent include N, N′-m-phenylene bismaleimide, N, N′-1,5-naphthylene bismaleimide, and N, N′-ethylene bismaleimide. N, N′-tetramethylene bismaleimide, N, N′-hexamethylene bismaleimide, and the like.
[0012]
The bismaleimide compound X of the present invention contains 0 <X <2 (parts by weight), preferably 0.5 <X <1.5 (parts by weight), and crosslinking with the compound exhibits heat aging resistance. Therefore, a change in hardness due to a change in cross-linking form can be suppressed. At this time, when the addition amount of the bismaleimide compound X is 2 parts by weight or more, the hardness of the original (new tire) is increased, and the vulcanization speed of the rubber compound is also decreased.
[0013]
Sulfur S, which is another composition of the above crosslinking agent, is blended with 0 <S <1 (parts by weight), and preferably 0 <S <0.5 (parts by weight). When it contains only compound X, the hardness slightly decreases due to heat aging. In the present invention, when the compounding amount of sulfur S is added by 1 part by weight or more, the change in the sulfur cross-linking portion greatly affects and the hardness is increased.
[0014]
Next, examples of the vulcanization accelerator Y used in the present invention include dibenzothiazyl disulfide, N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazylsulfenamide, N-oxydiethylene-2-benzothiazylsulfenamide, N , N-dicyclohexyl-2-benzothiazylsulfenamide, N-tert-butyl-2-benzothiazylsulfenamide, tetramethylthiuram disulfide, tetraethylthiuram disulfide, tetrabutylthiuram disulfide, tetramethylthiuram monosulfide And at least one compound selected from the group consisting of tetrabutylthiuram monosulfide.
[0015]
In this invention, the compounding quantity of the vulcanization accelerator Y selected from the above is shown by a following formula.
Y> 1.5 (X + S): (parts by weight)
Here, the reason for limiting the numerical value of the above formula will be described. By increasing the amount of the vulcanization accelerator Y above the amount of the bismaleimide compound X, the reaction rate of the bismaleimide compound X is increased, the vulcanization rate as a rubber compound is increased, and the processability is improved. To do.
[0016]
On the other hand, when the amount of the vulcanization accelerator Y is made larger than the amount of the sulfur S, the sulfur cross-linking chain (effective vulcanization system) becomes shorter, and the hardness change is suppressed by heat aging. As described above, the bismaleimide compound X is 0 <X <2, and the sulfur S is 0 <S <1.
Further, in the present invention, in addition to the reinforcing agent, the crosslinking agent, and the vulcanization accelerator, a process oil such as aroma oil, a compounding agent usually used in the rubber industry such as a plasticizer, an anti-aging agent, and a vulcanization acceleration aid is required. Depending on the condition, it may be blended appropriately.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, since the tread rubber composition according to the present invention is configured as described above, it is possible to provide a pneumatic tire in which the change in hardness due to aging due to aging is reduced and the performance on ice is not deteriorated.
[0018]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to comparative examples and examples.
Various rubber compositions according to the blending contents shown in the table were prepared, and the strength after vulcanization and the hardness (JIS A) when it was thermally aged in an oven at 100 ° C. for 48 hours were measured and compared.
[0019]
[Table 1]
[0020]
From the said table | surface, it turns out that Example 1 and 2 have few hardness changes compared with Comparative Examples 1-5.
