【0063】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an exhaust heat system of an internal combustion engine, and more particularly to an exhaust heat system thermally connected to a circuit interposing a load such as heat utilization equipment and a control method thereof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 7 shows an example of an exhaust heat system of an internal combustion engine (for example, a gas engine 12) in the prior art. The exhaust heat system is roughly divided into an

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been proposed in view of the above-described problems of the prior art, and the internal combustion engine does not stop (trip) even when the heat utilization load fluctuates, and the heat utilization load is interposed. It is an object of the present invention to provide an exhaust heat system of an internal combustion engine that does not require a long circuit pipe length and a control method therefor.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, in the exhaust heat system of the internal combustion engine having the first circuit in which the cooling water of the internal combustion engine circulates and the second circuit in which the heat utilization load is interposed, the second circuit Controls a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the hot waste water flowing in the second circuit, cooling or heat radiating means, and controls the flow rate of the hot waste water supplied to the cooling or heat radiating means in response to the detection result of the temperature sensor. A cushion tank, and the cushion tank is interposed in a branch circuit branched from the second circuit, and bypasses the branch circuit in the second circuit. A first on-off valve is interposed in the region, a second on-off valve is interposed in the branch circuit, and the first and second on-off valves respond to the detection result of the temperature sensor. Thus, it is configured to be controlled to open and close.
[0011]
According to the present invention having such a configuration, since the cushion tank is provided in the second circuit, even if the tube length of the second circuit is not so long, the heat utilization load is rapidly reduced, A relatively long time is required until the temperature of the warm drainage flowing through the second circuit including the cushion tank rises. This is because the amount of warm waste water stored in the cushion tank is large, and a considerable amount of heat is required to raise the temperature. Before the “relatively long time” elapses, the temperature of the warm drainage supplied to the cooling or heat radiating means increases, so that the temperature of the warm drainage flowing through the second circuit is stopped ( Decrease the temperature so that it does not trip. Therefore, an increase in the temperature of the cooling water flowing in the first circuit and the accompanying stop of the internal combustion engine are prevented.
[0013]
Here, it is preferable that the cushion tank is provided with a cooling means for lowering the temperature of the warm drainage in the tank. If constituted in this way, even if the temperature rise of the warm waste water temperature flowing through the second circuit is abrupt, and cooling or cooling by the heat radiating means is not in time, by the heat radiating means provided in the cushion tank described above, The hot wastewater that flows into the kyung tank is cooled and cooled down, so it can be dealt with sufficiently.
[0014]
Alternatively, a heat exchanger for exchanging heat with the warm drainage in the cushion tank is provided, and a circuit communicating with the heat exchanger is in communication with the cooling or heat radiating means, and the cushion tank is You may comprise so that the temperature of an internal warm drainage may be dropped.
[0015]
In a waste heat system of an internal combustion engine having a first circuit through which cooling water of the internal combustion engine circulates and a second circuit in which a heat utilization load is interposed, a cushion tank is interposed in the first circuit. The cushion tank is interposed in a branch circuit branched from the first circuit, and a first on-off valve is interposed in a region of the first circuit that bypasses the branch circuit. A second on-off valve is interposed in the branch circuit, and in response to a detection result of a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the hot waste water flowing in the second circuit, the first and first valves The two on-off valves are configured to be controlled to open and close.
[0016]
According to the present invention having such a configuration, a cushion tank is interposed in the first circuit, and the volume of the cushion tank is relatively large. Therefore, without increasing the pipe length of the first circuit, the amount of cooling water flowing through the first circuit increases, and the temperature of the cooling water rises to an allowable value or more compared to the case of the prior art. A much longer time is required. The “much longer time” is a time sufficient for the temperature of the waste water in the second circuit to be lowered by the cooling or exhaust heat means and the temperature of the cooling water flowing through the first circuit to be lowered. It is. Therefore, the situation where the internal combustion engine trips is completely prevented.
[0018]
Furthermore, when carrying out the present invention, it is preferable that the cushion tank is provided with a stirring means.
[0019]
Alternatively, it is preferable that a baffle plate is provided in the cushion tank.
[0020]
In addition, the cushion tank is filled with a latent heat storage material having a melting point near the allowable upper limit temperature of the warm drainage flowing through the second circuit, and the excess amount of heat held by the warm drainage is converted into latent heat. It is preferable that heat is stored in the cushion tank.
[0021]
Furthermore, according to the present invention, in the control method for controlling the exhaust heat system of the internal combustion engine, the temperature and temperature of the hot waste water flowing through the second circuit is detected by a temperature sensor, A determination step of determining that the heat use load has changed abruptly when the temperature detected in the detection step is equal to or higher than a set temperature; and a determination step of determining that the heat use load has changed abruptly; Closes the valve, opens the second on-off valve, allows the warm drainage in the second circuit to flow into the cushion tank, and controls the three-way valve that controls the flow rate of warm drainage supplied to the cooling or heat dissipation means And a step of increasing the flow rate of the warm drainage cooled by the cooling or heat radiation means.
