本発明は分離形空気調和機の室外ユニットに関する。

従来の分離形空気調和機の1例が図3に示されている。
室外ユニット1を屋外に据え付け、室内ユニット2を室内に据え付けた後、サービスパネル7を取り外した状態で室内ユニット2からの液冷媒配管3a、ガス冷媒配管3bを操作弁4a、4bに接続し、制御信号線5を端子6に接続することによって室外ユニット1と室内ユニット2とは互いに連結される。

2台の室内ユニット2を1台の室外ユニット1に連結する場合には、図2に示されるように、液冷媒配管3aが接続される2個の液側操作弁4a及びガス冷媒配管3bが接続される2個のガス側操作弁4bはそれぞれ操作弁ブラケット9の取付面9aに螺子10によって固定されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来の空気調和機においては、液冷媒配管3a、ガス冷媒配管3bを液側操作弁4a、ガス側操作弁4bと接続し又は取り外す際、各操作ナット4cを回さなければならないが、操作弁ブラケット9の取付面9aが平坦面とされているため、操作ナット4cと取付面9aとの距離が短く、メガネレンチを用いることができなかった。
従って、モンキーレンチやスパナを用いていたが、その回転角度が小さいので手間及び時間が掛かるという問題があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記課題を解決するために発明されたものであって、その要旨とするところは、室内ユニットからの冷媒配管が接続される操作弁を設置する取付面が平坦面である操作弁ブラケットを備え、該操作弁ブラケットの上記取付面に操作ナットを有する上記操作弁を該操作ナットの軸心が上記取付面と平行になるよう設置してなる分離形空気調和機の室外ユニットにおいて、上記操作弁ブラケットの上記取付面における上記操作ナットに対応する部分に、上記操作弁の上記操作ナットと上記取付面との間に該操作ナットを回す工具が入る隙間を確保する矩形状の凹み部を反操作弁側へ突出させて一体形成したことを特徴とする分離形空気調和機の室外ユニットにある。

本発明の実施形態が図1に示され、(A) は操作弁ブラケットの正面図、(B) は(A) のB−B線に沿う断面図である。

操作弁ブラケット9には各液側操作弁4a、ガス側操作弁4bの操作ナット4cに対応する部分に操作ナット4cとの隙間を確保する凹み部20が形成されている。

本発明においては、操作弁ブラケットにこれと操作弁の操作ナットとの隙間を確保する凹み部を形成したため、室内ユニットからの冷媒配管を操作弁に接続又は取外す際、モンキーレンチやスパナを用いた場合にはその回転角度を大きく採れるので、操作ナットを容易、かつ、迅速に回すことができる。
