Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a diameter-expanded simple liner, and more particularly to a technique for improving the diameter expansion structure of this type of liner.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The tunnel construction method using a tunnel boring machine (hereinafter abbreviated as TBM) is used for, for example, excavation of advanced conductors. Unlike the shield method, the basic principle is to secure the excavation reaction force from the ground. It is said.
[0003]
Also, when constructing tunnels with the TBM method, most of them are mountain tunnels, and since the support effect of the natural ground itself can be expected, and there is little damage to the natural ground like blasting excavation, Depending on the nature of the natural ground, it can be relatively light.
[0004]
However, in the TBM method, since the excavation speed is high, the support operation has a greater influence on the entire excavation cycle than the excavation speed. Therefore, a support structure that is as simple as possible is required.
[0005]
In order to meet such demands, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-12587 proposes an enlarged diameter simple liner that can be easily assembled and disassembled. The diameter-expanded simple liner proposed in this publication is provided with a diameter-expanding means for expanding and contracting at the connecting portion on the top end side of the liner piece assembled in an annular shape.
[0006]
In the diameter-expanded simple liner disclosed in the above publication, a hydraulic jack is used as the diameter-expanding means for expanding the diameter of the liner piece, and the diameter of the annularly assembled liner piece is increased by operating the jack.
[0007]
By the way, in the tunnel excavation work by the TBM method, excavation occurs due to the skin falling from the top of the excavation surface or the leaving of the excavation gap at the cutter head before the simple liner is installed. In some cases, unevenness may occur in the inverted portion of the surface. In such a case, the conventional enlarged diameter simple liner has a technical problem described below.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In other words, the above-described conventional enlarged diameter simple liner has liner pieces all around the circumference except for the enlarged diameter portion on the top end side. Alternatively, the diameter expansion operation is performed ignoring unevenness.
[0009]
In this case, if uneven shaping is performed, it takes time to work and affects the excavation work of the tunnel. Further, when the diameter expansion operation is performed ignoring the unevenness, there is a problem that the liner piece is distorted due to the influence of the unevenness when the diameter is expanded, and the installation becomes difficult.
[0010]
The present invention has been made in view of such conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a diameter-expanded simple liner that does not require uneven shaping and can be easily installed. is there.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a diameter-expanded simple liner that is sequentially assembled along a excavation surface on the rear side as the tunnel excavating machine is dug. A crown piece disposed at the top end of the digging surface, side pieces disposed on both sides of the excavation surface, and a diameter expansion maintaining member of the simple liner, wherein the crown piece and the side piece are mutually connected The hinge is connected so that it can be folded, the crown and the side piece are expanded, pressed against the top end and both sides of the excavation surface, and the invert is not installed in the invert part of the tunnel. so as to be positioned above the part and the enlarged diameter retaining member between the lower end of the side pieces so as to fixedly installed.
The expanded diameter simple liner configured as described above includes a crown piece disposed at the top end portion of the excavation surface, side pieces disposed on both side surfaces of the excavation surface, and an expanded diameter maintaining member, Since the diameter of the side piece is expanded and pressed against the top end and both sides of the excavation surface and the diameter expansion maintaining member is installed and fixed on the lower end side of the side piece, the arched liner shape is maintained, so excavation Even if the inverted portion of the surface is uneven, there is no need to perform shaping because no liner is installed in the inverted portion.
In addition, the diameter-expanded simple liner is constructed so that the crown piece and the side piece can be hinged to each other so that it can be folded. Can be done.
The crown and the side piece are curved with substantially the same curvature as the inner circumferential curvature of the excavation surface, and a pair of curved plates arranged in parallel with a predetermined interval, and both ends are fixed to the curved plate, A plurality of connecting rods arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval, and connecting members made of steel such as angles and channels can be used.
According to this configuration, the diameter-expanded simple liner can have a framework structure of a curved plate and a connecting material made of steel such as a connecting rod, an angle, and a channel, so that the cost of the liner can be reduced.
