Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a rotational position sensor and a rotational shaft for a rotational position sensor, and in particular, magnetically detects the rotation of a rotational shaft to which a rotational drive source is connected, and generates an electrical signal corresponding to the rotational angle of the rotational shaft. The present invention relates to a generated rotational position sensor and a rotational shaft for a rotational position sensor used for the rotational position sensor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a throttle sensor mounted on an automobile, for example, a rotational position sensor that transmits the rotation of a throttle valve to a magnet disposed close to a magnetic sensing element and detects a change in the magnetic field due to this rotation as the opening of the throttle valve Is often used.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Specifically, the rotational position sensor has a coupling connected to a valve shaft of a throttle valve, and a rotation shaft that rotates together with the valve shaft, and is fixed to the rotation shaft with an adhesive, together with the rotation shaft. A rotating magnet, a core disposed in the vicinity of the magnet, and a Hall element as a magnetic sensitive element provided between the gaps of the core are configured.
[0004]
Therefore, in the conventional rotational position sensor described above, since the rotation shaft and the magnet are formed separately, it is necessary to fix the magnet and the rotation shaft with an adhesive, which is troublesome. In addition, when the adhesive is exposed to the rotating shaft and the appearance of the magnet, the rotating shaft and the magnet cannot be rotatably attached to the core. For this reason, the management which does not expose an adhesive agent to the rotating shaft or the external appearance of a magnet is also required, which is troublesome. Furthermore, if the rotating shaft and the magnet are weakly bonded, there is a problem that the magnet falls off the rotating shaft.
[0005]
Therefore, the present invention pays attention to the above-described problems, and by integrally forming the rotating shaft and the magnet, the bonding work between the rotating shaft and the magnet is omitted, and the cost from the rotating shaft is reduced. It is an object of the present invention to provide a rotational position sensor that does not drop off and improves its reliability, and a rotational shaft for a rotational position sensor that is used in the rotational position sensor.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention according to
[0007]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the rotation from the rotation drive source is transmitted to the rotation shaft through the coupling, the rotation shaft rotates. When the rotating shaft with the NS pole magnetized along at least a part of the outer peripheral surface rotates, the magnetic field generated in the magnetic body provided along the outer peripheral surface changes. Then, the magnetic sensitive element provided between the gaps of the magnetic body outputs an electric signal corresponding to the change of the magnetic field due to the rotation of the rotation shaft as an output corresponding to the rotation of the rotation drive source.
[0008]
Therefore, by integrally forming the rotating shaft and the magnet, it is possible to omit the bonding operation between the rotating shaft and the magnet and to prevent the magnet from falling off the rotating shaft. In addition, by magnetizing the outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft to the NS pole, the inner peripheral surface of the hollow portion is simultaneously magnetized to the NS pole, and it is possible to prevent the rotating shaft and the coupling from falling off.
[0009]
A second aspect of the present invention is the rotational position sensor according to the first aspect, wherein the rotation shaft is formed of a plastic magnet as the magnet member.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the invention, the bonding operation between the rotating shaft and the magnet is omitted, so that the cost can be reduced. In addition, it is possible to eliminate the falling of the magnet from the rotating shaft, and it is possible to prevent the rotating shaft and the coupling from coming off, so that a rotational position sensor with improved reliability can be obtained.
[0022]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, by using a plastic magnet that is easy to process as a magnet member, it is possible to obtain a rotational position sensor that can easily form a rotational shaft.
