【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、道路や駐車場などに並べ置いて車両や歩行者の通行を禁止したり通行方向を規制する交通規制用標識や道案内標識として用いたり、あるいは、ホテル等の建物内に置いて会場案内標識として用いたり、店舗の広告塔などとして用いたり、さらには、旗や幟などを立てる支柱の支持脚体として用いることもできる折り畳み式標識具に関する。

【従来の技術】
交通事故の検証現場や道路工事,電線工事の工事現場などに並べ置かれるコーン形の標識具としては、図7に示すように、とんがり帽子のようなコーン40とその下端部周囲にフランジのように水平に突出する四角いベース41とが赤色の着色プラスチックで立体的に一体成形されたカラーコーンが一般に普及している。
このように全体がプラスチックで成形された普及品のカラーコーンは、使用現場に運んでそのまま直ぐ使用できると言う利点がある反面、大きくて嵩張るため運搬や保管が不便であるという欠点があった。

特に、カラーコーンを沢山使用する道路工事では、カラーコーンの運搬に使用するトラックの台数が多くなり、その分だけ工事費が嵩むという問題があった。
また、電線工事では、電柱1本あたりに3つのカラーコーンを置くことが義務付けられており、工事しようとする電線が複数の電柱に架け渡されている場合には、その電柱の数の3倍のカラーコーンを使用しなければならないが、小型の工事車両ではそれを運搬することができないため、ある程度安全性を犠牲にしてカラーコーンを置かずに工事する場合も多かった。
さらに、コーン40内に他のカラーコーンのコーン40を挿入させて多段に積み重ねた状態でも、普通乗用車のトランク内には僅かな数しか入らないので、交通事故の検証現場に駆けつけるパトカーや、交通検問の現場に出掛けるパトカーなどに、その現場で必要な数量分のカラーコーンを携帯させることができず、別途の車を使って運搬しなければならないという不便があった。

このような事情に鑑み、図8及び図9に示すように、四角いプラスチック板でなるベース50の中央に、太さの異なる複数本のパイプ52,53,54で振出竿のごとき伸縮自在な多重管構造に形成された支柱51を触設し、その支柱51の上から円錐状に成形されたシート製コーン55を被せて当該コーン55の上端を支柱51の上端に冠着されるキャップ56で固定すると共に、当該コーン55の下端をベース50に固定して、使用時には、キャップ56の部分を手で掴んで持ち上げることにより、図8の如く支柱51を伸長させてコーン55を円錐状に張り上げ、また、運搬時や保管時には、キャップ56を手で押し下げることにより、図9の如く支柱51を収縮させてコーン55を押し潰したように折り畳める標識具が提案されている(実開平5−83018号公報)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上記の標識具は、図9の如く支柱51を完全に収縮させた状態でも、その支柱51が少なくともパイプ52〜54の一本分の長さに相当する高さだけベース50上に突出しているので、あまり嵩減りしない。
しかも、ベース50上に支柱51が突出した標識具は図6の普及品のように、多段に積み重ねることもできず、単に寄せ集めた状態で運搬したり保管せざるを得ないから、運搬や保管が便利になるどころか、却って不便になるという致命的な欠点があるため、実用化に至っていない。
また、ベース50上に突出した支柱51は、運搬や保管の際に折れ曲がったり破損するおそれがある。

そこで本発明は、折り畳みや組み立てが極めて簡単で、使用時はコーンのような立体形状に組み立てて立設することができ、運搬時や保管時には平らな状態に折り畳んで極めてコンパクトに収納できる構造にすることを技術的課題としている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この課題を解決するために、本発明は、略三角錐の使用形態に組み立てられる折り畳み式標識具であって、前記略三角錐の頂点を囲う3面のうち、その2面が、夫々一枚板で形成されると共に、それら一枚板同士が内側に折り畳み可能に連結され、残る1面が、略左右対称形に分割された半割り板同士を折り畳み可能に連結して成ると共に、それら各半割り板が夫々に隣接する前記各一枚板に対して内側に折り畳み可能に連結されていることを特徴とする。

本発明の折り畳み式標識具によれば、使用時には、略三角錐の立体形状に組み立てられるので極めて安定がよく、いずれの方向から風が強く吹きつけても倒れにくい。また、頂点を囲む各面が平面で形成されるので、その表面に文字,図形などを簡単に施すことができるだけでなく、大きな文字や図形を表しても、これを正面に向けたときに完全な形で表すことができる。

そして、略三角錐の頂点を囲う3面のうち、その2面を形成する一枚板が内側に折り畳み可能に連結され、残る1面を形成する半割り板が夫々に隣接する前記各一枚板に対して内側に折り畳み可能に連結されているので、各半割り板を三角錐の内側に折り込んで行くと、その両端に連結された一枚板同士が互いに近づいて重なり、その一枚板の大きさに折り畳むことができる。

さらに、各半割り板夫々の上部側に略同じ高さで穿設された一対の紐通し孔と、各一枚板夫々の上部側に前記各紐通し孔よりも高位置に略同じ高さで穿設された一対の紐通し孔との間に、把手となる吊り紐を略三角錐の内側から掛け回せば、この吊り紐を持って標識具を持ち上げるだけで、この吊り紐により各半割り板の両端側が内側に引っ張られて当該半割り板が折り畳まれると同時に、これに連結されている各一枚板が互いに近づくように内側に折り畳まれる。

さらにまた、前記各一枚板及び半割り板を蝶番で連結し,そのうち、少なくとも一つに例えばバネ蝶番を用いて、前記略三角錐を折り畳んだときに内側に閉じた両辺を外側に開く方向に付勢するようにしてもよい。
この場合は、開いている標識具を水平に倒すとバネ蝶番の弾撥力に抗してその自重により略三角錐が自動的に平板状に折り畳まれ、折り畳まれた標識具を立てていくとバネ蝶番に作用していた荷重が解放されるので、その弾撥力により標識具が略三角錐状に自動的に開く。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施形態を図面に基づいて具体的に説明する。

また、標識具1の頂点Pを囲う各面S1 〜S3 には、その底辺の両端が脚部9,9となるように、前記各一枚板2,3及び半割り板5R,5Lの下端縁が円弧状に切り欠かれており、前記各脚部9で標識具1を三点支持することにより、路面などの凹凸があっても安定よく立てることができるようになされている。
さらに、脚部9にはスリップ止めのゴム10が前記略三角錐の外側に突出するように取り付けられており、当該ゴム10の上にウエイト11を置くことができるように成されている。

なお、前記一枚板2,3及び半割り板5R,5Lは、塩化ビニル,ポリエチレン,再生プラスチックなどのプラスチックで形成されると共に、その表面に標識となる文字,図形などを施したり、表面の全体又は一部をリフレクタ板で形成したり、また、反射シールを貼付することもできる。
さらに、当該各板2,3及び5R,5Lは、略三角錐を組み立てたときにその頂点Pに信号灯12などを挿し込んで装着する挿込部13が形成されるように、その先端部分がカットされて形成されている。

また、14は把手となる吊り紐であって、前記各半割り板5R,5L夫々の上部側に略同じ高さで穿設された一対の紐通し孔15R,15Lと、前記各一枚板2,3夫々の上部側に前記各紐通し孔15R,15Lよりも高位置に略同じ高さで穿設された一対の紐通し孔16,17との間に、略三角錐の内側から掛け回されている。この吊り紐14を持って標識具1を持ち上げると、吊り紐14が引っ張られて、各半割り板5R,5Lが蝶番6から折れると同時に、蝶番7,8を介して各半割り板5R,5Lに連結されている各一枚板2,3が蝶番4から折り畳まれ、標識具1は自動的に折り畳まれる。

なお、前記各蝶番4,6,7,8のうち、一枚板2,3同士を連結する蝶番4と、一枚板2,3と各半割り板5R,5Lを連結する蝶番7,8は、硬質ゴム製のものが用いられておりいる。
また、各蝶番4,6,7,8のうち少なくとも一つ、例えば、一枚板3と半割り板5Lを連結する蝶番7のうちの一つに、略三角錐を折り畳んだときに内側に閉じた両辺を外側に開く方向に付勢されるバネ蝶番7aが用いられている。

以上が本発明の一例構成であって、次に、その作用について説明する。
標識具1を使用する際は、図2に示すように折り畳まれた状態で、標識具1の吊り紐14を持って当該標識具1を立てると、バネ蝶番7aの弾撥力により一枚板3と半割り板5Lが押し拡げられ、これに伴い他の一枚板2及び半割り板5Rも自動的に押し拡げられることになるので、図3に示すように標識具1が徐々に三角錐形状に拡がっていき、何らの操作を行うことなく、極めて簡単に標識具1を立てることができる。
また、略三角錐の脚部9で標識具1を三点支持するように組み立てられるので、路面などの凹凸があっても安定よく立てることができ、いずれの方向から風が強く吹きつけても倒れにくい。

このとき、頂点Pには、信号灯12を挿し込んで装着する挿込部13が形成されるので、夜間は当該挿込部13に信号灯12の把手部分を挿し込んで信号灯12を点灯させることにより夜間用標識具として使用することができる。
また、標識具1の各板2,3,5R,5Lを光透過率の比較的高いプラスチック板で形成し、信号灯12の点灯部を標識具1の略三角錐内に挿し込むように挿入すれば、標識具1の全体を光らせることもできる。

さらに、組み立てたときに円錐ではなく略三角錐となり、三つの平面S1 〜S3 で頂点Pを囲むこととなるので、略三角錐の各面S1 〜S3 に夫々異なるマーク(例えば右向き矢印,左向き矢印,進入禁止)を施し、図4に示すようにその正面に見せたいマークを位置させて配列することにより、一種類の標識具を用いてその置き方を変えるだけで、様々な交通規制を行うことができる。
さらにまた、各面S1 〜S3 は平面なので、印刷などにより文字,図形などを簡単にその表面に表すことができるだけでなく、これらの文字を正面から見た場合に完全な形で視認することができるので、大きな文字,図形を表すことができ、遠くからも標識の内容が非常に見やすいという標識具1にとって最大のメリットがある。

次いで、これを折り畳むときは、把手となる吊り紐14を持って標識具1を持ち上げれば、この吊り紐14により各半割り板5R,5Lの両端側が内側に引っ張られて当該半割り板5R,5Lが蝶番6で折り畳まれると同時に、これに連結されている各一枚板2,3が蝶番4で互いに近づくように内側に折り畳まれていき、各板2,3,5R,5Lが平板状に重なり、標識具1はバネ蝶番7aの弾撥力に抗して平板状に折り畳まれることになる。
この場合に、バネ蝶番7aの弾撥力を適度に選定し、標識具1を横に倒したときにかかる負荷より僅かに弱くすれば、開いている標識具1を倒すだけでバネ蝶番7aの弾撥力に抗してその自重により標識具1が自動的に折り畳まれる。

なお、本発明は上記実施形態に限らず、例えば、図5に示すように、把手となる吊り紐14がない場合や、各面S1 〜S3 の底辺を円弧状に切り欠かない場合や、さらに、バネ蝶番7aを用いない場合であってもよい。
また、複数の標識具1同士を互いに連結棒20で連結すれば、各標識具1をより安定して立てることでがきる。この連結棒20は、その両端にリング21が形成され、当該リング21内に標識具1の頂部Pを挿し込む三角形の差込孔22を形成した回転円板23が回動自在に装着されており、標識具1を任意の向きに向けて連結することができるようになされている。

また、本例の標識具1によれば、標識として用いるだけでなく、販売促進のための店頭キャンペーンを行う際などに、その看板や旗の支柱などを頂点Pの挿込孔13に挿し込んで支持する支持脚体として用いることもできる。

【発明の効果】
以上述べたように、本発明によれば、使用時は略三角錐に組み立てられるので、路面などに安定よく立てることができるだけでなく、その表面が平面で形成されいてるので文字,図形などを簡単に施すことができ、しかも、これを正面から見た場合に完全な形で視認することができるので大きな文字などを施すことができ、遠くからも見やすいという効果がある。
また、略三角錐の頂点を囲う3面のうち、その2面を形成する一枚板が蝶番で内側に折り畳み可能に連結され、残る1面を形成する半割り板が夫々に隣接する前記各一枚板に対して蝶番で内側に折り畳み可能に連結されており、蝶番で連結された各半割り板を三角錐の内側に折り込んで行くと、その両端に連結された一枚板同士が互いに近づいて平板状に折り畳むことができるので、運搬時や保管時には極めてコンパクトに収納することができるという大変優れた効果を有する。
