以下、図1〜図6を参照して本発明による作業機の強度評価方法の実施の形態について説明する。
図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係わる強度評価方法が適用される油圧ショベル10の斜視図であり、図2は、本実施の形態に係わる場内試験のシステム構成を示すブロック図である。図1に示すように、油圧ショベル10は、走行体1と、走行体1上に旋回可能に搭載された旋回体2と、旋回体2に回動可能に取り付けられたブーム3A、アーム3B、バケット3Cからなるフロント装置3とを有する。ブーム3Aはブームシリンダ3aの伸縮により回動し、アーム3Bはアームシリンダ3bの伸縮により回動し、バケット3Cはバケットシリンダ3cの伸縮により回動する。フロント装置3には、フロント各部の応力σ1を検出する歪みゲージなどの応力検出器4(図2参照)が設けられている。
