BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an engine mount device used when an engine assembly, which is a vibrating body, is attached to a vehicle body member or the like, and in particular, misalignment of an engine side connecting member (first connecting member) connected to an insulator. The present invention relates to an engine mount device that prevents the positioning of the engine assembly when the engine assembly is mounted.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the conventional engine mount device, the engine-side connecting member connected to the rubber insulator during the transportation of the engine mount device causes a displacement (angular displacement), and the positioning is not performed accurately when the engine is mounted. There is. In order to solve such a problem of displacement, between a stopper rubber provided on the engine side connecting member or a part of the engine side connecting member and a stopper holder (bracket) in contact with the stopper rubber, Some of them are assembled in a state where an elastic material made of a rubber sheet or the like is sandwiched between them, and a preliminary compression force is applied between the stopper rubber and the stopper holder. By this action of the precompression force, the angular position shift of the engine side connecting member is suppressed. In addition to this, a mechanical relative displacement restricting means comprising a concave portion and a convex portion is provided between the stopper rubber and the stopper holder, thereby preventing the angular displacement of the engine side connecting member. There is one (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-252828).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the type of sandwiching the rubber sheet or the like, it is necessary to separately sandwich the rubber sheet when the engine mount device is assembled, and further, the rubber sheet sandwiched is removed after being mounted on the vehicle. There is a problem that work efficiency is not good, for example, work is required. In addition, an extra rubber sheet must be prepared, and there is a problem that the overall cost of the engine mount device is inevitably increased. Further, in a device in which relative displacement regulating means such as that described in JP-A-10-252828 is provided, due to the engaging action (fitting action) of the concavo-convex parts provided in each member, a certain amount of A resistance force is generated, which can prevent angular displacement to a certain extent. However, in general use after mounting on the engine (after mounting the engine), an oblique direction is formed between the stopper rubber and the stopper holder. When the movement occurs, the convex portion provided on one of the members frequently comes into contact with the stopper rubber which is the other member. That is, since the clearance between the two is substantially reduced, the stopper contact phenomenon occurs frequently, and there is a problem that the buffering function cannot be sufficiently exhibited. In order to solve such problems, the stopper rubber is made of a highly slidable rubber having excellent lubricity (slidability), and thereby the insulator rubber produced by the angular displacement of the engine side connecting member is used. It is an object (problem) of the present invention to provide an engine mount device having a positioning mechanism that uses torsional torque to return the engine side connecting member to its original position.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides:
Provided between the first connecting member connected to the engine side which is a vibrating body, the second connecting member connected to a member on the vehicle body side, and the like between the first connecting member and the second connecting member In an engine mount device composed of a rubber-like insulator that serves to absorb and block vibration from the engine side,
The first connecting member is connected to a bracket on the engine side when the engine is mounted, and a connecting bracket forming a part of the first connecting member is integrally connected by a fastening means such as a bolt. A stopper rubber that suppresses vibration with a large amplitude from the engine side is provided at the connection bracket, and a raised portion or a recessed portion is provided in a part of the stopper rubber, while facing the stopper rubber. When the engine mount device is assembled, a stopper holder formed so as to be in constant contact with the stopper rubber is provided, and further, the engine mount device is installed at the stopper holder. A recess or projection formed to engage with the raised or recessed portion provided on the stopper rubber during assembly. The engagement portion made of formed,
The stopper holder is composed of a rigid plate-like member that is integrally connected to the second connecting member, and the recess portion is provided on a side of the stopper holder that contacts the stopper rubber. One plate surface portion is recessed and the other plate surface portion is protruded, and the convex portion protrudes one plate surface portion on the side contacting the stopper rubber of both plate surfaces of the stopper holder. And the other plate surface part is recessed,
In a state where the engine mount device is assembled, a force that twists the rubber-like insulator is applied to a connecting bracket that forms a part of the first connecting member, and the raised portion or the recessed portion is engaged with the engaging portion. Even if it is temporarily removed from the part, the connecting bracket is returned to its original position by the torsional reaction force generated at the rubber-like insulator, and the raised part or the recessed part is engaged with the engaging part. Provide an angular position deviation prevention means to come together,
The angular misalignment prevention means is formed such that the raised portion or the recessed portion and the engaging portion formed of the recessed portion or the convex portion are formed in a truncated cone shape, and the stopper rubber is included in the rubber base material component. It is characterized by being composed of a highly slidable material having 2 to 30 weight percent fatty acid amide .
[0005]
By adopting such a configuration, in the present invention, in the engine mount assembly state, that is, in the assembly state, the raised portion and the like are engaged with the engagement portion, and the first connection connected to the insulator. The position of the member (engine side connecting member) is accurately regulated. Further, even if a positional deviation (angular positional deviation) occurs, the stopper rubber is made of a highly slidable rubber material having excellent lubricity, and is easily slipped between the stopper holder. Due to the rotational force (restoring force) generated by the twisting action of the insulator rubber, the stopper rubber and the stopper holder are returned to their original positions (states) by the sliding action of the stopper rubber. That is, the raised portion provided on the stopper rubber side fits in the engaging portion on the stopper holder side. As a result, when the engine is mounted, the first connecting member (engine-side connecting member) is accurately aligned with the engine-side bracket, and the efficiency of engine mounting work can be improved. It becomes like this.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIG. 1, the configuration of the present embodiment is connected to a first connecting member (engine-side connecting member) 1 connected to the engine side forming a vibrating body, a member on the vehicle body side, and the like. 【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the first connecting member connected to the engine that is the vibrating body, the second connecting member connected to the vehicle body side member, and the like, and the first connecting member and the second connecting member. With respect to an engine mount device that is provided between a member and is composed of a rubber-like insulator that serves to absorb and block vibration from the engine side, at the member that forms the first connecting member, A stopper rubber that suppresses large-amplitude vibration from the engine side is provided, and a raised portion or a recessed portion is provided in a part of the stopper rubber, and on the other hand, the stopper rubber is formed to face the stopper rubber. When assembling the engine mount device, a stopper holder formed so as to be in constant contact with the stopper rubber is provided. An engagement portion comprising a recess or a projection formed to engage with the raised or recessed portion provided on the stopper rubber at the time of assembling the engine mount device is further provided. Since the stopper rubber is made of a highly slidable material having 2 to 30 weight percent fatty acid amide in the rubber base material component, the engine mount assembly state, that is, In the assembled state, the raised portion or the recessed portion is always engaged with the engaging portion, and the first connecting member (engine-side connecting member) connected to the insulator is misaligned (angular misalignment). No longer occurs.
[0016]
That is, even when the engine mount device is assembled and in the transport stage, even if an unreasonable force is applied to the connection bracket and the engagement relationship is temporarily disengaged, The raised portions returned to their original state by sliding, and immediately engaged with the engaging portions. Therefore, the engine side connecting member connected to the connecting bracket and the rubber-like insulator is not left in a state where the angular position shift or the like is caused at an inappropriate position. As a result, during the engine mounting operation, the first connecting member (engine side connecting member) is accurately aligned with the engine side bracket, and the efficiency of the engine mounting operation is improved. I was able to do it.

One plate surface portion is recessed and the other plate surface portion is protruded, and the convex portion protrudes one plate surface portion on the side contacting the stopper rubber of both plate surfaces of the stopper holder. And the other plate surface part is recessed,
In a state where the engine mount device is assembled, a force that twists the rubber insulator is applied to a connecting bracket that forms a part of the first connecting member, and the raised portion or the recessed portion is engaged with the engaging portion. Even if it is temporarily removed from the part, the connecting bracket is returned to its original position by the torsional reaction force generated at the rubber-like insulator, and the raised part or the recessed part is engaged with the engaging part. Provide an angular position deviation prevention means to come together,
The angular misalignment prevention means is formed such that the raised portion or the recessed portion and the engaging portion formed of the recessed portion or the convex portion are formed in a truncated cone shape, and the stopper rubber is included in the rubber base material component. engine mount apparatus characterized by being configured so as to consist of high slidability materials having 2 to 30 wt% of fatty acid amides.
