この発明は、ペットを運ぶためのペット用鞄付きカートに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
人々は通常、犬をはじめとするペットを散歩させるときはそれらに鎖やロープを付けるなどして歩かせている。しかし、ペットが老いて歩行が不自由又は困難になった場合、毎日安全な公園等まで抱き抱えて運んでから散歩させるようにしなければならず、飼い主にとっては大変な負担となっていた。

このような場合、前記負担を軽減するため、例えばペット用鞄を用いて運ぶということが考えられる（例えば、特許文献１。）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、ペット用鞄による運搬は、高齢者や子供が使用する場合にはあまりにも負担が大きく、また、体重の大きいペットを運ぶ場合には適用できない。

そこで、この発明では、老若男女のいずれでも容易に大小のペットを運ぶことができるペット用鞄付きカートを提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
（請求項１記載の発明）
この発明のペット用鞄付きカートは、荷台の上方に、ペット用鞄の底面積と同程度又はやや広めの大きさの枠体を設けてあると共に、ペット用鞄を枠本体内に納める態様で荷台上に載置してあり、前記枠体は枠体前部とこれとは別体の枠体後部とから構成され、枠体前部は、ペット用鞄を前方側に引き出せる位置まで上方に揺動できるようにしてある。
（請求項２記載の発明）
この発明のペット用鞄付きカートは、上記請求項１記載の発明に関し、ペット用鞄にはマチ部にペットが顔を出せる窓部を設けてあり、枠体の高さは上記窓部より低くなるように位置設定してある。
（請求項３記載の発明）
この発明のペット用鞄付きカートは、上記請求項１記載の発明に関し、ペット用鞄は、前部の板を取り外して前部を開口にできるものである。
（請求項４記載の発明）
この発明のペット用鞄付きカートは、上記請求項１乃至３のいずれかに記載の発明に関し、ペット用鞄は枠体に設けられた止め具付のベルトで、ペット用鞄を枠体に取り付けるようにしてある。
（請求項５記載の発明）
この発明のペット用鞄付きカートは、上記請求項１乃至４のいずれかに記載の発明に関し、ペット用鞄を構成する外布と内布との間には微量の天然放射線を出す鉱物粉を取り出し可能に収容させてあり、マイナスイオンを生成するようにしてある。

【発明の実施の形態】
この発明の実施形態のペット用鞄付きカートを図面に従って説明する。
〔実施形態１〕
図１は、この発明の実施形態のカートＡの斜視図、図７はペット用鞄１の斜視図、図８は、前記カートＡに前記ペット用鞄１を取り付けた状態の斜視図である。
（このペット用鞄１の構成について）
このペット用鞄１は、図７に示すように、右・左側面部１０，１１及び底面部１２と、前・後マチ部１３，１４とが接合されて成り、上面部に開口部１５が形成されていると共に前記開口部１５を閉止するファスナー等の閉止具１６を具備させてある。そして、図８に示すように、前マチ部１３の上部にペットが顔を出せるように窓部１７を形成してある。なお、このペット用鞄１は、底面の大きさを後述するカートＡの枠体４内に収まる大きさとしてある。

この実施例において、右・左側面部１０，１１、底面部１２及び前・後マチ部１３，１４は、耐水性を有する合成繊維（例えば、ナイロンやポリエステル等）から成る外布と内布との間に薄いスポンジ板を挟み込んで構成された一枚ものの部材により形成されている。また、前記外布と内布との間に、袋に入れた微量の天然放射線を出す鉱物粉を取り出し可能に収容させてあり、マイナスイオンを生成するようにしてある。したがって、このペット用鞄１は、ペットの臭いを緩和する効果を有している。

また、このペット用鞄１には、図７に示すように、右側面部１０に相当する内布には輪状金具１８を取り付けてあり、この輪状金具１８にはフック金具付紐１９（鎖やロープ等でもよい）取り付けている。

上記右・左側面部１０，１１には、図７に示すように、右・左下げ紐２０，２１（把手）を縫着してあり、他方、後マチ部１４には、鞄内の換気のために換気孔２２が設けてある。さらに、前・後マチ部１３，１４及び右・左側面部１０，１１には、図７に示すように、それぞれ二個づつバックル等の止め具２３を有するベルト２４を設けてあり、これにより後述するカートＡの枠体４にペット用鞄１を着脱自在に取り付け得るようにしてある。なお、止め具２３を有するベルト２４は後述する枠体４側に設け、これによりペット用鞄１をカートＡに着脱自在に取り付けるようにしてもよい。
（カートＡの構成について）
このカートＡは、図１や図２に示すように、骨組主体３と、枠体４と、車輪５と、荷台６とから成り、前記荷台６の上方に枠体４が配置されている。

以下、このカートＡの各構成について詳述する。
「骨組主体３について」
骨組主体３は、図１や図２に示すように、逆Ｕ字型の前脚バー３０の各縦部中央にそれぞれ後脚バー３１をネジ止めして側面視逆ｙ字状に形成されている。

前脚バー３０は、図１や図５に示すように、その上端部に掛け止め具３３を介して手押しバー３２が揺動自在に取り付けられており、前記手押しバー３２の下端部には一定範囲だけ上下動できる掛け棒３４が取り付けられている。前記掛け止め具３３は図１や図５に示すように、切欠部３５及びバネ３６を有しており、上記掛け棒３４をバネ３６により下方に付勢させた状態で切欠部３５に引っ掛けることにより前脚バー３０に対して手押しバー３２が所定位置に固定されている。したがって、掛け棒３４をバネ３６の付勢力に抗して引き上げると、掛け棒３４は切欠部３５から外れて揺動が可能となり、図１の固定状態から図５の状態に折り畳むことができる。
「枠体４について」
枠体４は、この実施形態においては図１や図２に示されているように、枠体前部４０と枠体後部４１の二つの独立した部材で構成されている。

前記枠体前部４０は、図１や図２に示すように側面視略く字状で且つ平面視略コ字状のもので、二つの後端部が前脚バー３０に揺動自在にネジ止めされていると共に、図２の二点鎖線の状態から同図の実線の状態まで揺動できるようにしてある。枠体前部４０の下方への揺動運動は、図１や図２に示す如く、枠体前部４０が枠体後部４１の前端に当接することにより制限されている。なお、荷台６から枠体４までの高さは、ペット用鞄１の底から窓部１７までの高さより低く設定してある。

一方、枠体後部４１は、図１や図２に示すように、平面視略コ字状に形成されており、その二つの前端部が前脚バー３０にネジ止めされている。また、第一ロッド４２と第二ロッド４３から成るリンクの一端を枠体後部４１に、他端を後脚バー３１に、ネジ止めすると共に、前記第一・第二ロッド４２，４３の接合部を荷台６にネジ止めしてある。

ここで、上記枠体後部４１、荷台６、前脚バー３０、第一ロッド４２は、図２に示すように平行運動機構を構成しており、図１又は図２の使用可能な展開状態から図５又は図６の状態に折り畳むことができる。そして、前記展開状態においては、枠体後部４１及び荷台６は図１や図２に示すように、荷台６の後部が荷台支持バー６０と当接することにより水平状態に維持される。
「車輪５について」
車輪５は、図１に示すように左右の前輪５０及び後輪５１から成り、前輪５０は前脚バー３０の下端部に、後輪５１は後脚バー３１の下端部に、それぞれ取り付けてある。

前輪５０は、図３に示すように、二個一組のもので、前脚バー３０の下端に取り付けた前輪支持部材５２を介して取り付けられている。前記前輪支持部材５２には、ロックレバー５３が設けてあり、前記ロックレバー５３を図３の二点鎖線で示した下方から同図の実線で示した上方に移動させることにより前脚バー３０に対する前輪支持部材５２の回動が可能な状態からロック（回動不能）された状態となる。なお、この前輪５０は左右一個のものでもよい。

後輪５１は、図４に示されるように、後脚バー３１に取り付けられた後輪支持部材５４に車軸５５を支持させ、前記車軸５５に回転自在に取り付けられている。前記後輪支持部材５４はブレ−キペダル５６を具備しており、前記ブレーキパダル５６を図４の二鎖線に示した状態から実線の押し下げた状態にすることによりブレーキが作動するようになっている。また、後輪支持部材５４には図１や図２に示すように、荷台が水平状態となる位置で受けるための荷台支持バー６０を設けてある。
「荷台６について」
荷台６は、図１や図２に示すように、前後方向の長さが枠体４よりも少し短い枠体により構成されていると共に、その前端が平面視で枠体４のそれとほぼ一致するところに配置されており、前部は前脚バー３０の両縦材下部に軸を介して取り付けられ、後部は荷台支持バー６０の上に載置されている。
「各部材の材料について」
この実施形態においては、カートＡを構成する前・後輪５０，５１と掛け止め具３３は硬質合成樹脂材で構成してあり、その他の部材は金属材料で構成してある。但し、コスト、強度等により自由に変更できる。
（ペット用鞄付きカートＡの使用について）

〔他の実施形態〕
上記実施形態のカートＡを、単純に、荷台６と、これを移動させるべく設けられた車輪５と、腰を大きく曲げることなく荷台を押して移動させるための手押しバー３２を具備するカ−トに変えることができる。

上記実施形態では、カートＡに取り付けられるペット用鞄として図７に示すものが採用されているが、これに限定されるものではない。また前記ペット用鞄１の開口部１５の位置も上部に限定されず、窓部１７も必須ではない。例えば、他の実施形態の例として、図１０に示すように、剛性樹脂製で窓部を有さず、前部に開口部( 前部の板を取り外せる) を設けた形態のペット用鞄でもよい。この場合、ペットを持ち上げてペット用鞄１から取り出す必要がなくなる上に、ペット自ら歩いて出てくることも可能となる。また、図７に示すペット用鞄において、前マチ部１３と右・左側面部１０、１１との接合部にファスナーなどを取り付け、前マチ部１３と底面部１２との接合部のみが接合された状態で、前方向に前マチ部１３が開くことができるようにした場合でも同様の便宜が得られる。

上記実施形態では、止め具２３としてバックルを利用しているが、ベルトを止める役目を果たすものならこれに限定されない。また、図１０に示すように、ペット用鞄１が枠体４内に収まったときに、ペット用鞄１と枠体４の間にほとんど隙間がなく安定していれば、あえてベルトで固定しなくてもよい。
