【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an undulation gate used for the purpose of raising or discharging water flowing in a water channel by standing up or lying freely with a rotating shaft provided at the bottom of the water channel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a undulation gate, a wire rope or chain is attached to the head of a steel door with a sufficiently strong cross or vertical girder against a steel plate (water stop plate) that receives water pressure, and this is landed. There is a type that winds or rewinds with a hoisting machine and raises or falls, and a type that lifts a similar steel door body with a hydraulic jack and stands up, and shrinks and collapses the hydraulic jack. Various types have been developed and used.
[0003]
In recent years, a rubber tube reinforced with a cloth is fixed to the aqueduct floor to withstand internal air pressure and external force (water pressure, impact force received from the falling material, etc.), and rubber is injected into the interior of the channel. The cylinder of the rubber swells up and weirs the flowing water, and conversely, by opening the on-off valve and releasing air with internal pressure, the rubber cylinder is flattened by its own weight and water pressure, and the water that has been dammed up A so-called rubber weir that flows out has been developed and widely used.
Have been put to practical use.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the type that performs undulation operation with a wire rope or chain attached to the head of a steel door reinforced by a cross beam and a vertical beam is excellent in operability and stable even in an intermediate standing posture. However, it is not suitable for large undulating gates, and construction costs are high.
[0005]
In addition, the type that pushes up the steel door reinforced with a sufficiently strong cross and vertical girder with a hydraulic jack is an easy-to-handle undulating gate that has good operability and is stable even in an intermediate standing posture. The gate width is 30 to 40 m, and it is possible to adopt a considerably large dimension, and it is a highly safe undulating gate that is not easily damaged by earth, sand, rocks, driftwood or drift ice. However, there is a drawback that the construction cost is high. The manufacture, transportation and installation of long and heavy steel doors are the main causes of high construction costs. In addition, if the operating oil leaks, there is a risk of contaminating waterways and causing social problems.
[0006]
The rubber dam has a great advantage in that the construction cost is lower than that of the undulation gate of the steel door body. Still, when constructing in a wide-width channel, the construction of long and heavy rubber cylinders in the factory, transporting and installing them without damage to the site requires many technical difficulties and high costs. Become.
[0007]
Even if rubber weirs are reinforced with several layers of cloth, they are easily damaged by earth and sand, rocks, driftwood, and drift ice that flow down with water, and it is uneconomical that they must be constantly monitored and repaired. .
[0008]
In addition, the flexible door body of the rubber weir has a serious technical disadvantage in that it is unstable in an intermediate expansion state and cannot maintain a uniform intermediate standing state over its entire width. In other words, in the intermediate expansion state, the cylindrical door body becomes unstable, and if part of the crushing is preceded, only the crushing of the part proceeds and the part is in a safe crushing posture. It is not possible to maintain the water surface upstream of the gate.
[0009]
As described above, the present invention has developed and used a wide variety of gates. However, the present invention solves the technical problems with respect to the current situation that each has advantages and disadvantages, and at the same time, is constructed at a much lower cost. It provides a relief gate that can be used.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In other words, the undulation gate of the present invention is strong against the external force of the undulation gate (water pressure, impact force received from a falling material, etc.) by a conventionally used steel door body, has wear resistance, and has an intermediate standing posture. Taking advantage of its stability, it has succeeded in introducing the same economic efficiency as a rubber weir that supports continuous external force in the gate width direction by a laminated body of air bags. It is a undulating gate.
[0011]
This will be specifically described below. That is,
Adopting a laminated body of air bags stacked while adhering flat unit air bags having a cross-sectional shape in a half-open state of a fan by an overall shape holding sheet.
[0012]
When the undulation gate is fully upright, the angle between the reference line of the door body and the horizontal is designed to be 70 ° to 90 °, and it is freely attached to the aquatic floor by the rotating shaft, and the reference line of the door body is almost horizontal. When it becomes, it will be a lying posture.
[0013]
In this way, in the width direction of the gate as an ideal form of an operating device that uses the pressure of fluid such as air pressure that supports the door body of the undulating gate having a horizontal rotation axis on the water channel floor on the back side (anti-hydraulic pressure side) of the gate In a cross section that is continuous and orthogonal to the rotation axis, a position where the door body is supported and its width are constant.
[0014]
If such an operating device can be used, external forces acting on the steel door body (water pressure, impact force received from a falling object, etc.) are dispersed and supported over a wide area (since a large load is not concentrated in one place). ) It is very economical because it can be used without reinforcing the steel plate (without attaching a cross beam or a vertical beam).
[0015]
If such an operating device is used, the force that the steel door receives from the operating device is [fluid pressure (air pressure, etc.)] × [area where the door and the operating device contact]
Because it can be easily calculated, the fluid pressure (air pressure, etc.) required to counter the external force (water pressure, impact force received from the flowed object, etc.) acting on the door body can be easily calculated, and the design of the operating device. Production becomes very easy.
[0016]
An operation device such as a fan meets the above purpose. That is, the main part of the fan is the rotation axis of the door body, the folding of the fan paper unit is a unit air bag, the fan bone is the whole shape retaining sheet connecting the unit air bag and the rotation axis of the door body, The end plate is assumed to be a door body. If the closed fan is placed horizontally, the end plate is lifted and the fan is opened, the door body stands up, and conversely, if the fan end plate is pushed down to close the fan, the door body falls down.
[0017]
Since the operating device is designed in this way, the cross-sectional shape of the unit air bag when it is inflated is flat and is a shape like a fold of the fan surface that increases in height as it moves away from the rotation axis (closed fan). Is the same).
[0018]
In addition, since the cross-sectional shape of the laminated body of air bags in which unit air bags having such cross-sectional shapes are bonded and stacked while ensuring mutual air flow is like a half-open fan, there is pressure inside the air bag. When air is introduced, the air bag stack tends to deform in a direction away from the rotation axis. Therefore, this deformation is prevented by fixing the entire shape holding sheet sandwiched between the unit air bags near the rotating shaft.
[0019]
At this time, since a tensile force acts on the overall shape retaining sheet, the same reinforced rubber cloth as the unit air bag may be used.
[0020]

【The invention's effect】
According to the undulating gate of the present invention, it has the same strength and durability as the steel door body against earth and sand, rolling stones, driftwood, drift ice, etc. flowing down, and the structure is simple, and it is inexpensive in manufacturing, transportation and installation in general. In addition, it is possible to provide a new undulating gate that is easy to inspect, maintain and repair, and does not have to worry about polluting the environment. That is, (1) Adoption of an air bag laminate having an overall shape retaining sheet
A flat unit air bag with several fans closed is glued and stacked, and in addition, the middle part of the air bag stack is rotated by the undulating gate by the whole shape holding sheet sandwiched between the unit air bags As a result of adopting a structure that holds in the direction of the shaft, the following effects were obtained.
[0060]
(A) Since the unit air bag is small, the strength of the reinforced rubber cloth constituting the unit air bag may be small and inexpensive.
[0061]
(B) Since the flat unit air bags are originally stacked, a change in the area of the unit air bags contacting the back surface of the steel door body when expanded and flattened can be reduced.
[0062]
This is because the air bag can be designed to have a large area in contact with the back surface of the door to support the standing door body, so that the air pressure required to stand up and support the steel plate door body can be reduced. It is possible and advantageous.
[0063]
For example, the pressure at a depth of 2 m is 0.2 kgf / cm 2 Therefore, the pressure required to operate the undulation gate with a depth of 2 m is 0.4 kgf / cm. 2 A degree is sufficient, it is technically easy, and is very advantageous economically.
[0064]
(C) For the same reason as in (b) above, a steel plate door is possible. In other words, the steel door that receives water pressure, impact of falling objects, and the weight of the door as a load is supported by an air bag in contact with a large area, so there is less stress concentration, and reinforcement with horizontal and vertical girders is required. Therefore, it is possible to use a steel plate door that is light in weight and very inexpensive.
[0065]
(D) The effect of a suitably sized vent provided on the adhesive surface when unit air bags are stacked is that the rate of expansion and contraction of the entire air bag stack can be controlled. In particular, in the present invention, since the air pressure is low, even if one unit air bag ruptures, the entire air bag contracts gradually, so that sudden collapse of the undulation gate can be avoided.
[0066]
(E) Although the shape of the back side of the air bag laminate when supporting the standing door body is slightly uneven, it is generally a cylindrical surface centered on the rotation axis of the door body.
(2) The effect that the steel plate door protects the laminated body of air bags
Steel doors are directly subjected to the pressure of the water stored in the undulation gates, and are also subject to the impact of flowing earth, sand, rocks, driftwood and drift ice, and have sufficient rigidity, strength, wear resistance, etc. This has the effect of protecting the laminated body, and not only increases the safety and reliability of the undulating gate, but also eliminates the need for extra reinforcement in the laminated air bag, which makes it possible to use an inexpensive laminated air bag. It is.
(3) Effect of arranging undulating gates with small widths side by side
In the undulation gate of the present invention, the components of the undulation gate are divided into two parts: a steel plate door body that is directly subjected to water pressure and impact of the falling material, and an operating device that is an air bag laminate having an overall shape retaining sheet. Since each structure is free to extend or shorten in the width direction of the gate, the undulation gates with a small gate width (about 2 to 3 m) are arranged side by side and the water channel with a large width (such as 10 to 200 m) It became easier to build a relief gate.
[0067]
As a result, the following effects are listed.
[0068]
(A) It became possible to standardize the relief gate. In other words, by designing a stack of air bags of several different heights in response to changes in the gate height, and finding the appropriate range of steel plate door height for each of these, the width of the installation site Depending on the height, the design calculation work performed each time can be omitted, the construction period is shortened, and the cost is reduced.
[0069]
(B) When standardized, air bag stacks, steel doors and bearings will be produced in large quantities at the factory with the same specifications and dimensions, and will be used whenever necessary. Is greatly reduced.
[0070]
(C) When the undulating gates with a small gate width are installed side by side, the manufacturing, transportation and installation are much easier and less expensive than the case where all the gates are made in one piece. In addition, it can be carried in without a wide road in a mountainous area, etc., and can be transported and installed by a helicopter, so the possibility of application can be greatly widened.
[0071]
(D) The parts that make up the undulation gate have been standardized and can be reduced in size and weight. Therefore, when repairs are required, replacement of the parts is necessary, so that it is cheap, reliable, and has a short construction period. Construction has become possible.
(4) Since the air used for the operation can be used freely and free of charge, not only is it effective in reducing costs, but there is no fear of polluting the environment if it is leaked or released.
