【0025】
評価システム1は、予測航跡L3における自船100が障害物に衝突するまでのTTC(危険が顕在化するまでの余裕時間、Time To Collision)を計算する。
そして、以下の式によりSJ値が所定のレベルになるときのTTC(以下、「SJT」ということがある。)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a navigation safety evaluation method, a navigation safety evaluation system, and a navigation safety evaluation program for evaluating the safety of vessel navigation calculated by actual vessel navigation and simulation.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a method for objectively evaluating navigation safety, there is known an evaluation method based on the concept of “potential area of water (hereinafter sometimes referred to as“ PAW ”)” (Non-patent

[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described technique, in the determination of the collision, the hull is represented as a point by representing the center of gravity with the center of gravity, and thus various inconveniences occur. For example, although the magnitude of damage and the collision avoidance method differ depending on which part of the hull collides, such a difference cannot be considered in the above-described technique. Further, when navigating a narrow sea area such as a harbor or a narrow channel, the bow and stern may collide with surrounding obstacles depending on the bow azimuth even if the center of gravity does not collide with the obstacle. In particular, for ship berthing, for example, a large ship with a total length of 300 m needs to be berthed at a low speed of 5 to 15 cm / sec. Even if the center of gravity is stopped, the bow or stern collides with the berth due to the turning of the hull. Or the hull may be damaged. However, the above-mentioned technique cannot detect such a danger.
[0005]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an evaluation method, an evaluation system, and an evaluation program capable of reflecting the influence of the hull shape on the evaluation of navigation safety.

[0032]
In step S24, coordinate transformation is performed on the barycentric coordinates of the predicted track L3, and the coordinates of the points P1 to P5 in the predicted track L3 are calculated. This coordinate conversion is performed based on the relative coordinates of the points P1 to P5 held in the hull shape data D2 and the bow azimuth in the predicted wake L3. By calculating the coordinates of the points P1 to P5 in the predicted track L3, the positions of the line segments SL1 to SL5 (see FIG. 2B) in the predicted track L3 are grasped. In step S25, it is determined whether or not any one of the line segments SL1 to SL5 collides with an obstacle (step S25), and if it is determined to collide, TTC is calculated. If it is determined that there is no collision, step S26 is skipped. In step S27, it is determined whether or not the calculation has been completed for all of the line segments SL1 to SL5. If it is determined that the process has not been completed, steps S25 to S26 are repeatedly executed, and TTC is sequentially calculated for the remaining line segments.
[0033]
When it is determined that the calculation has been completed for all the line segments SL1 to SL5, the calculated TTC is compared with a predetermined reference time to determine whether or not it is an unsafe ship maneuvering state (step S28). In this determination, the TTC obtained for each of the line segments SL1 to SL5 may be appropriately used. For example, among the TTCs calculated for the line segments SL1 to SL5, the shortest TTC may be compared with the reference time, and when the TTC is equal to or less than the reference time, it may be determined as an unstable ship maneuvering state. The reference time is compared with the average of SLTC and the TTC of the barycentric coordinates, and when the TTC is equal to or less than the reference time, it may be determined that the unsafe ship maneuvering state.
[0034]
In addition, by specifying the line segment SL1 to SL5 having the shortest TTC, information about which of the line segments SL1 to SL5 collides can be obtained. At this time, it is only necessary to specify which of the line segments SL1 to SL5 collides, and it is also possible to specify which position (point) of the colliding line segment collides. Further, the determination of whether or not any of the line segments SL1 to SL5 collides may be executed in step S14 of FIG. 5, and the routine of FIG.
[0035]
In step S28, the reference time to be compared with the TTC may be appropriately set based on various conditions such as the ship's hull form, ship speed, maneuverability, etc. For example, FIG. 7 (a) and FIG. 7 (b). It may be set as shown in FIG. In FIG. 7A, the horizontal axis indicates the speed (u) of the

SJLIs the danger that the operator feels when approaching the revetment.SIs the danger that the operator feels when approaching another ship. Since the standard is set for each sensory rank for the SJ value, any sensory rank can be appropriately selected as a predetermined level, and sensitivity can be taken into detection of the unsafe ship operation state. In FIG. 7A and FIG. 7B, SJLSJT where = 6 is used as the reference time. In addition, sp2 is calculated | required as a speed when SST and SJT correspond. When the reference time is set as described above, the SST and SJT differ depending on the hull form, so the larger the ship, the longer the reference time, as shown in FIG.

The example which evaluated navigation safety by the
[0041]
FIG. 8 shows the TTC calculation results from time to time, along with the state of speed reduction of the own ship, for the ship maneuvering while entering the third route and sailing toward Maya Pier using Kobe Port as a model. In the figure, the horizontal axis represents time, the left vertical axis represents TTC, and the right vertical axis represents speed. The solid line L20 is the speed of the ship, the solid line L21 is the calculated TTC, and the solid line L22 is a reference time corresponding to the speed.
[0042]
When the plot of the TTC value falls below the determination reference line, it is determined that the ship is in an unsafe ship operation state. Up to about 1000 seconds on the horizontal axis, it corresponds to the point of passing through the breakwater entrance, where an unsafe maneuvering state has appeared, but after entering the port, the unsafe maneuvering state has decreased by sufficiently reducing the speed. is doing.

Figures 9 (a) and 9 (b) show the results of the ship maneuvering simulator experiments at Yokohama Port, Kobe Port, and Osaka Port (Japan Marine Accident Prevention Association, "Survey Report on Navigation Assistance Operations for Ports, etc.", 1997 The rate of appearance of unsafe maneuvering conditions detected in March, 1999, and the rate of collision and landing accidents occurring at the port (Japan Marine Accident Prevention Association, “Navigation Assistance, etc. "Survey report on business", March 2000). According to Heinrich's law, the detection of unsafe maneuvering conditions can be detected by thousands (103Corresponding to detecting an unsafe state of (order). Therefore, the number of occurrences of unsafe maneuvering conditions is obtained from a series of maneuvering processes, and 10-3The risk of accidents in the ship maneuvering process can be estimated from the relationship of the ratios.

The collision between the outer shape of the hull and the obstacle may be determined by various methods. For example, the hull shape may be approximated and determined by a shape having a curve such as a polygon other than a pentagon or an ellipse. As in the embodiment, the collision between the line group (SL1 to SL5) on the outer shape of the hull and the obstacle may be determined, or the collision between the point group (P1 to P5) on the outer shape of the hull and the obstacle is determined. You may judge.
[0061]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, since the time until the point or line on the outer shape of the ship collides with the obstacle is calculated, a risk that cannot be detected only by considering the movement of the center of gravity is detected. Is done. For example, when calculating the time until the collision over a plurality of locations on the outer shape, information on which portion of the hull collides can be obtained by specifying the location with the shortest time until the collision.
